They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

Once remotes received I could go onto apps and download 360 thing. Remotes have come. Error messages the same. Cannot get on to anything in apps

I also sent a formal complaint in, to which I got an email saying that they haven’t heard from me in 28 days so they’ve closed the complaint!! THEY DIDNT REPLY TO ME IM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.
