    @virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my Tivo box, for the past 4 days search & discover and the apps don’t work until the box gets restarted. So far I have spent over 2 hours on the phone over the last few days and it’s not getting sorted

    @virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @virginmedia we have virgin media broadband. Why has it stopped allowing the videos in twitter from playing. Desktop/laptop/phone on wifi, nada. If I flip the phone over to EE mobile - no problem. The desktop not on wifi but ethernet and videos give error.. Any reason for this?

    @virginmedia Yes and I have done this however the first advisor I spoke with advised that a smaller amount wud be taken. This clearly wasn't an option due to your systems and so 30 mins of my time on hold to bank to claim back. Bad crack

    @virginmedia I would, but not sure it is "SECURE" on Twitter. Contract was sent to my email by VirginMedia. My Mailbox I cannot access, They have reset password a few times and still not working. 150 was of no help at all. Any ideas ?

    @virginmedia my internet has been up and down about 50 times in the last couple of days, each time for a minute or two but sometimes 10 time in an hour. Checked service status says nothing wrong. Have restarted modem twice but has no effect. Area 020. (KT19).
