    @virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

    @virginmedia .... continue.... So you are not fulfilling your obligation! To ask them to pay for boosters to rectify YOUR problem is not acceptable! Sort it out Virgin Media and don’t take advantage of students! Please show some empathy!

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my Tivo box, for the past 4 days search & discover and the apps don’t work until the box gets restarted. So far I have spent over 2 hours on the phone over the last few days and it’s not getting sorted

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

    @virginmedia Strangely enough, after restarting then resetting the superhub 3 again about 1 hour ago, then checking WiFi security setting the internet WiFi speeds are now back to around 200Mbps? Had bad Internet for nearly a week so I’m hoping it’s now fixed

    @TonyMaudsley1 @virginmedia This is why I left them. Rubbish customer service and really bad internet connection that kept going off. I had been with them right from the beginning before it was Virgin media..Try BT not had a problem with them

    @virginmedia @j_o_d_i_e_ugh Currently she has no internet at all, the connection has completely dropped for her, on the website it’s an area problem that’s what it says I’m replying for her as again her internet has completely gone down, been like that for the past week, which is unacceptable.
