I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

They are being repaired, but their servers have been damaged, so as The Box is working, it is being used as a back up feed for its sister channels.
