    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service.     @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia Can you please tell me why the call quality on virgin mobile is absolutely atrocious? Some serious improvements need to be done as it’s bad with every number and even on VoLTE.
