    @virginmedia I did all that. I waited for thr led to go out. Then went and plugged it in and went green the flashed blue again. 24 hours to connect? It's been working for ages then after the outage yesterday all of a sudden its gone

    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @FionaSouthall4 @virginmedia They are on a highly compressed voice over IP service. It sometimes sounds like a walkie talkie quality service. Surely these guys need to accommodate your partial deafness? I’m not sure the service would be better. Seriously consider moving to another provider.

    @virginmedia can you explain why there's no 4g signal around Liverpool City centre? It used to be perfect and since the merger with 02 I can barely access my travel ticket apps to get to work. I pay for data that I can't use. I may as well cancel my contract an move.

    @virginmedia Ok, I'll try it. But the point of my tweet is that you seems to have no special support for deaf/ hard of hearing people and you expect us to be able to understand the staff who have strong accents and poor quality phone lines. I feel discriminated against as a disabled person

    @virginmedia Hi Gareth, thanks for your reply. The issue is that the wifi is fine most of the time but multiple times during the day it drops for a short time, 30 seconds or so, and then its restored. I've been on the helpline each day and still no fix. Can I DM you?
