    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @virginmedia My issues and complaint is too lengthily to put on here as not enough characters! Install was due today, not happened, current provider has stopped and I work from home! Shambles start to finish, would never recommend Virgin to anyone!
