    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my Tivo box, for the past 4 days search & discover and the apps don’t work until the box gets restarted. So far I have spent over 2 hours on the phone over the last few days and it’s not getting sorted

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia I’ve had no broadband for nearly a week now! It’s not the first time and lost it for 4 days last time. The call centre is absolutely shocking! The worst customer experience I have ever had!

    @virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

    @virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

    @virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

    @virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

    @virginmedia I have called, emailed & recently written a letter to no avail! I’m unable to resolve the issues I first raised in Jan 2021 from a change made in Dec 2020. The most recent communication from Virgin was a letter to say ‘thanks for your time on the phone today’ with the result

    @virginmedia I asked and was told my only options was to basically lump it or cancel my contract because I'm within 14 days. Also asked if there was a record of what was offered. To be told there isn't.

    @virginmedia NO IT ISN'T. I have been on the diagnostic website. You are being of no help. I've done all the checks. I bet next you'll tell me to reset the router or call virgin. I've done all this. From day one its been non stop issues with virgin

    @virginmedia Yes I have rebooted the handset a few times but to no avail! This is the 1st time I have had any sort of issue with an Xperia handset since I swapped manufacture around 10 yrs ago, if not longer.
