    @virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

    @virginmedia is there any chance we can call you and bypass the home phone number option to set up our broadband please? Weโ€™ve been living in our flat since 27/09/21 and still nothing. Weโ€™re on the free plan and weโ€™ve heard and had nothing, please help! Thank you.

    @virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Residential but I use internet when working from home etc. This is so frustrating that given the service has been good for last 2 years I have no alternative to look elsewhere for more reliable service.

    I've had half a dozen or so emails from @virginmedia in the last 6 months offering me a new hub at no extra cost. Each time I'm asked to click the link to order, but each time it merely takes me through to my current service status with no option to order? Extremely annoying.

    @virginmedia been on a call for over 5 hrs. They messed up my details with O2 now I pay for an account I canโ€™t access have no SIM card for. The most pathetic customer service ever. I video recorded at lest an hour of the conversation to upload to tic tok
