    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia @O2 Yrs of VM pain, so signed up to Sky only to be sold a new deal with VM through retentions dept. They promised free wi-fi pods to sort wifi issues and I believed them. The pods did not turn up so I contacted VM and was told their was no mention of them on my notes, was I miss sold

    @virginmedia My understanding 7726 is universal number but is serviced by the network provider? It used to work, and I still see it advertised by other agencies. There are various forums which would suggest I'm not the only Virgin Media customer unable to access this service.
