    @virginmedia .... continue.... So you are not fulfilling your obligation! To ask them to pay for boosters to rectify YOUR problem is not acceptable! Sort it out Virgin Media and don’t take advantage of students! Please show some empathy!

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @virginmedia have got to be the worse Internet provider in the UK. Overpriced expensive garbage ... Going down on a Friday night, why is your Internet service so rubbish all the time ? Not a week goes by without it going down.

    @virginmedia On what planet is a 17 hour turnaround time, on a weekend as well, acceptable to fix an issue. Your service is awful as it is and it seems now BR1-BR6 have completely lost service. Appalling and I truly cannot wait to cancel tomorrow.

    @virginmedia so when I renewed my contract in January I was offered a free TV for being a loyal customer. Told I'd get it in 2 weeks 2 months later I'm still waiting. 6 calls no resolution. Today after waiting 8 hours on WhatsApp no contact. Not a good look. @itvMLshow
