They are measured on how many and how quickly they resolve customer complaints. Am dumping VM tomorrow after 18 months of abysmal service, cant wait to be rid of them!

If TV goes down for a day should get 33% minimum of contract cost for the days loss of TV service. What would CISAS say? #CISAS
