    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service. I asked James to escalate to higher management as a phone call is not enough. #CustomerService #virginmedia #BadVirginMedia

    @virginmedia My first complaint was about the agent I spoke to to cancel didn’t tell me about 30 days or any more bills . The opposite in fact I had to pick a day to cancel and I would not get a bill and I would get a refund. I got a bill !

There’s constant wifi problems and zero customer service, the only reason this company gets away with it. Is because the owner is the biggest Tory funder so the Tory government lets them scam

    I was denied the pleasure of having my day ruined by #r4today as @virginmedia internet was down for the whole 3 hours. So much for the #bbc constantly telling us to use fancy wireless speakers! Not much use when there’s no internet access!
