    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia No. Last time I used webchat I was assured the problem was fixed, was given a complaint reference but the problem wasn’t solved and the complaint reference doesn’t even appear on my a/c. I have had enough. I have now raised (another )complaint via MyVirgin.

    @virginmedia It's not our connection, I have checked and it's in the area (RG2). However, it's the first time that the website actually acknowledges an issue which has gone for at least 6 days. So far, we were just forced to "check back tomorrow", which is ridiculous !

    @virginmedia your cust service number is an 0848 premium number so is not inc in minutes from an o2 mobile Even though WM & o2 now same company and I purchased as 1 package with unlimited minutes

    @virginmedia I think my journey with you is over. Poor coverage and data capacity where I live coupled with second class service abroad, all of which I suspect is because you are not fully integrated with O2, all add up to poor service.
