People talk about him going abroad, maybe back to Celtic where he learned his trade or even in the Championship with a club like Blackburn? There’s no doubt in my mind that he’s more than capable of doing a great job abroad too. But selfishly? I’d like him to stay in Irish Football in whatever capacity, because he has so much to give and I don’t think he’s motivated by money one bit. Look I’ve said it before (half jokingly) I’d love to see him do a tour of Irish Football of sorts whether that be the First Division, Premier, the Women’s National League or even Amateur Football?? I understand why it’s unlikely such is his profile but if I think anyone were to do it the man would be Duffer!
