However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!
-
Yiddo1982 🐓 (@621_karl) reported from Warminster, England@virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.
-
Jon Wort 🇺🇦 (@Tofrek) reported from Chippenham, England@virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service. I asked James to escalate to higher management as a phone call is not enough. #CustomerService #virginmedia #BadVirginMedia
-
Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England@virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

-
Charlie Murray (@Kranitoko) reported from Chippenham, EnglandStill waiting for Virgin Media to contact me about moving over to them... I know they said it can take up to 10 days but YOU'D THINK they'd do all they could for a new customer who's street has, apparently, been cabled into their network 🤔
-
Jon Wort 🇺🇦 (@Tofrek) reported from Chippenham, England@virginmedia Can’t access that link. Happy to revert to old fashioned courtesy and receive a telephone call. You have my telephone number on my complaint I logged with James earlier.
-
KB (@kadenbatt) reported from Warmley, England@virginmedia I did all that. I waited for thr led to go out. Then went and plugged it in and went green the flashed blue again. 24 hours to connect? It's been working for ages then after the outage yesterday all of a sudden its gone
-
Jamie Walker (@jamiew007) reported from Melksham, England@virginmedia how as a loyal customer, who has just renewed my contract why do I not get offered the Xbox deal? Why do you never look after existing customers?
-
Robert LW (@RJLW) reported from Frome, EnglandAbsolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

Rachel (@_xr4ch3l) reported@virginmedia complaints dept, how does this even work? I raised a complaint about my house move/disconnection and you've closed it as 'resolved to my satisfaction' - despite zero response from you. Impressive. Didn't even have to lift a finger!
-
Some-Nick1976 (@Some_Nick1976) reported@virginmedia It happens almost every evening from around 8pm to 9.30pm. It is also quite poor on a Sunday afternoon for a number of hours.
-
K (@Khushal) reported@RizWanKenobi_ Everyone’s on OpenReach lines, but I was with Sky first & their setup alone took 6 weeks cos they’re too incompetent though service was okayish. Now with Virgin Media for 3 years and paying for 1 gig to get a 500 Mbps download speed. Complained repeatedly but nothing happens.

Mason Littlejohn (@wearetheselect) reportedHow virgin media buyers become Chad scalers > Change budgets every single day > Tinker with the ad account when everyone says set it and forget it > Obsess over account structure > Find the winning campaigns and double the budget > Wait 3-4 days, and if it holds, double it again > Watch the virgin media buyer win > Get called a virgin media buyer for it > Keep changing budgets every day anyway > Keep doubling winners and killing nothing on a single bad day > Watch the virgin media buyer win again
-
Tweetledumb (@xueshang) reported@libertyglobal please ask @virginmedia why they sent me a new TB box without any remote to control it. (Finally they say will send one to reach me "in 5 business days" - keep paying for the service throughout this time!)
-
Foredeck (@Foredeck99) reported@virginmedia When I repeatedly, politely tell your tele sales team to remove my name from your calling list they fail to do so, I am sometimes getting multiple daily calls from you. Execrable customer service, 0/10.

Sam Ed (@iam_samedoho) reported@OgaHans MTN is one of the biggest network operators in Nigeria. EE, Virgin Media O2, Vodafone, and Three are the major network operators in the UK. EE coverage is very good because BT owns and operates it using its existing infrastructure. Most of the smaller network operators are resellers. They bulk-buy wholesale - network minutes, texts, and data at a heavily discounted rate from (like EE, VMO2, or VodafoneThree) and resell it to people. Their coverage isn't good because they are limited. They are only competitive on price, not on coverage.
