@virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

@virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

As expected, nothing can be done. Have to pay for reconnection, zero empathy or allowance for the circumstances. I will pay the outstanding balance, even though its already been disconnected, my mam would never miss a payment. Will be cancelling my own virgin media account

Phones @virginmedia to cancel my services.... tells me I have 2 months left of my contract which yes he is right. But I refuse to pay the increase and the letter stated I can cancel no matter how far through the contract I was. He then tries to sell Me more services!
