    @virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my Tivo box, for the past 4 days search & discover and the apps don’t work until the box gets restarted. So far I have spent over 2 hours on the phone over the last few days and it’s not getting sorted

    @virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

    @virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

    @virginmedia Why do you make it so hard to check/ report broadband issues? Shouldn’t there be an seo-optimised page to find/report issues —without having to jump thru a log-in hoop either? Broadband failures getting more frequent and longer-lasting!!

    @virginmedia Your network/mast issues have been resolved at your end . My phone signal & mobile data are now back on full signal . I will be raising a complaint with regards to this issue.

    @virginmedia So I’ve had a look - the pinhole hasn’t actually got anything to do with the issue I’m experiencing, it’s a signal strength issue and it’s a “this box isn’t very good so let’s over charge our customers for additional equipment” issue

    @virginmedia Update. I contacted your services. 1st time got moved to another team that hanged.. Second time they put the previous tenant as leaving and I have to call in 48h to get the account claimed. However I will also lose internet in 48h (wtf is this process) except if I call in the 1/n
