    @virginmedia I’ve had no broadband for nearly a week now! It’s not the first time and lost it for 4 days last time. The call centre is absolutely shocking! The worst customer experience I have ever had!

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

    @virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

    @virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia No. Signal into the house is showing fine. Devices don't show the WiFi name I order to connect. Have disconnected, restarted and used a paperclip on the reset button

    @virginmedia Yodel unfortunately don't seem to be of any help apart from providing me the scripted update of 'today by 9pm'. I've tried phoning them and you can't speak to a human. Beyond disappointed- could have gone with any other provider and it would have been sorted by now.

    @virginmedia still waiting for assistance to clear error code CS1011 when trying to connect new 360 box. Spent most of the day on the phone to your agents firstly sorting out connection to broadband - eventually done - issue your end apparently & then the 360 box - not sorted.

    @virginmedia They have since offered me a different, if slightly more expensive deal, and I’ve accepted that. So I think I’m OK now, I just think if you offer a customer a deal, and they accept, you should honour it, even if it was offered by mistake.
