    @virginmedia I have an issue with my Tivo box, for the past 4 days search & discover and the apps don’t work until the box gets restarted. So far I have spent over 2 hours on the phone over the last few days and it’s not getting sorted

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

Nope you haven’t and they know I need a WiFi booster that I’ll need to pay additional for, but they don’t have any stock!     @virginmedia signed up in December, still no welcome email. Due to install 15th March. Still awaiting an email to setup online account. Sick of chasing. Can't wait to be a customer. 🙄

    @virginmedia Hi, it was unplayable all evening. It has since improved but the play back of My Library content frequently pauses for seconds before continuing to play. We get no such delays watching Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Can you suggest a fix?

    @virginmedia Hi, it is still the same as it has been for the last couple of weeks. We are even getting better 4g signal on our phones when the wifi is showing as limited. Crazy, not sure if someone is going to need to come out to check all this?
