    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    Virgin Media down for the 5th time in Edinburgh in the past 3 weeks. No compensation despite the internet going down 1 out of every 4 days because none of them have been consecutive. Pay full price, receive 75% of the service. What a joke.
