@virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

@virginmedia I’ve had no broadband for nearly a week now! It’s not the first time and lost it for 4 days last time. The call centre is absolutely shocking! The worst customer experience I have ever had!

@virginmedia He has had no tv service since Saturday morning. He spoke to someone at Virgin who wanted him to get on the floor to check behind the box! He was promised it would be fixed, it hasn’t been and now he can’t get hold of anyone. He’s on his own and lonely during lockdown.

@virginmedia @rach7303 Why is there no signposted way of logging a complaint about VM? Why is the Reading HQ telephone number so difficult to locate? Is this the same Virgin involved in space exploration? Will astronauts have to liaise with Customer Service to get technical problems resolved?
