    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service. I asked James to escalate to higher management as a phone call is not enough. #CustomerService #virginmedia #BadVirginMedia

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    Not impressed with @virginmedia renewal process. Cant pick a deal and renew on website, forced onto chat service.. offered 1 "deal" that doubles price, includes services I dont want. I asked for price for exisiting service, then dumped in a queue with no end. Feels like a con.

    After speaking to the UK Head Office, a great @virginmedia Technician arrived within 30 minutes and sorted the issue, credit where credit is due, he was excellent

    @drkRoss89 I wonder how much of that can be blamed on Virgin Media's all-in-one router/modem/access point, because usually the ISP provided equipment is hot garbage. I'm a bit concerned but I'll do anything for FTTP at this point.

    @virginmedia I have sent DSAR for call recordings as it’s getting ridiculous. I followed timely procedure to have the package cancelled at the earliest point after the 30 day run period. I was advised the package would terminate on 07/11/2022. Now I’m being told it’s December.

    @virginmedia Hi, no the browser doesn’t work either, I’ve seen others have problems where it doesn’t log in but it appears not to be registering my account at all, I can log into my Virgin media account with these details but not o2 priority

    @virginmedia It’s not the fact of when someone can come out that’s my main bugbear it’s the fact that every time there is work on the nearby estate we lose service of one of our services for long periods of time (in this case several days)

    @virginmedia I still don't know a cause to tell my employer? Telling me you're working on it isn't really anything I can take to them. Also regardless of how hard your engineers are working, I'm losing a days work which I won't be compensated for unless the outage is 48 hours, will I?
