@virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

@virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

@virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

@virginmedia I'm not sure. I have managed to terminate the contract but it went via bpo collections so I do not know if my credit score has been affected. The experience has been awful. Even your complaints department were incompetent when I approached them, very very poor service

@virginmedia by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Leaving you after my contract ended and giving 30 days notice has taken 4 months. Staff are incompetent, and contact is nigh on impossible. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone
