-
Roland Millward (@RolandMillward) reported from Trowbridge, England@virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.
-
Jim James 🇺🇦 (@jimajames) reported from Trowbridge, England@dnhdesign @virginmedia Completely agree with the repetition issue…CRM should capture these. And the time costs more than the actual bills…
-

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
CMDR Andy Fireblade Muza (@andymuza) reported@virginmedia why is it when a contract ends you remove all previous offers instead of automatically giving the loyal customer the best offer you can do? Also why don't you contact the customer about it instead of just increasing their price by a large amount. What a joke.
-
russell elphick (@saabturbocab) reported@virginmedia The team were awful, offered£25 and you took £900 over 4 months. Shameful.
-
not jay (@notjay92349724) reported@FuzziePieRat @virginmedia then their ignorant staff told me to go **** myself and hung up. I rang back and filed a complaint. Later that afternoon, got an email through to say complaint has been CLOSED! Left VM, never going back till they change their customer service agents
-
Martinayres65@outloo (@Martinayres65o1) reported@virginmedia are you gaslighting me. 6 days without broadband or TV and you still haven’t done anything to resolve the issue. I live in a city so it’s not as if I’m in the middle of nowhere making it difficult for you to resolve the issue
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@virginmedia Seems fair comment-they aren't sensible! Googled "how effective making complaints to @virginmedia is" and came up with some very negative feedback culminating in: "customer feedback AND regulatory data suggest their handling of complaints is often seen as inadequate" Oh dear🙁
-
Alex MacLeod 🌻 (@AlexMacLeod9) reported@spudbishop666 @virginmedia I was a VM customer for 30 odd years but ditched them recently because of price and customer service. Last price hike took me package to £235 a month. Now with EE at £86 a month for similar TV and broadband package but no landline phone which we didn't use anyway.
-
ALOYSIUS UCHECHUKWU ASOGWA (@AloysiusAsogwa) reported@virginmedia Just a quick question, are you guys having issues. I have been trying to contact the support team for 3 days now to no avail. What is going on
-
Spamhaus (@spamhaus) reported@orange 151.217.0.0/16 AS62016 AS198198 AS42987 AS22879 AS199524 AS62016: Virgin Media 🇬🇧 AS198198: Telefonica Global Solutions 🇪🇸 AS42987: Virgin Media 🇬🇧 AS22879: Sirus, Inc 🇺🇸 AS199524: Gcore 🇳🇱 Location is Chicago. However, this case is slightly different. 151.217.0.0/16 is a "bogon", which means the network is not assigned to anyone at this time (and so nobody should be using it). After the first announcement, new (presumably fake) carriers were inserted into the BGP path as a decoy. The general modus operandi suggests that this is the same gang in action
