    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @SophieEB @virginmedia Hello Sophie... As u r aware, I do RKG on Facebook.. I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia placed a order for a new phone on the 29th of December and was told delievery for the 7th. It’s for my daughters birthday on the 21st. Now being told awaiting stock without any further info? Need to know if I need to cancel and order with another company?

    @virginmedia Over 4 months! Yes he tests the connections and signal strength and declares everything ok. He says there is a network problem but VM Service check says there is no network problem! I really don't mind where the problem but it needs fixing.

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking service I have tried to cancel my virgin twice now, virgin was disconnected on the 30th Dec so not used any of your services since then and now I’m told I owe you £60! For what??? You should have ended my contract but didn’t, that’s not my fault!
