    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @virginmedia I’ve ran line checks on the smart switch and my own router and server, the data in the switch which comes from the modem to the router is showing intermittent signal loss from the modem. So I don’t know if your suffering problems with internet too?

    @virginmedia Hi, thank you for replying, it seems that there is an issue in my postcode area, broadband is ok, tv isn’t working, when I started the rebooting at 7am there was no reports of any “downtime” after I’ve just searched for any issues there are reports of downtime, fix due 12:20 🙏

    @virginmedia @kerryberry82 Virgin Media - I’m in DE5 with the exact same issue. Everyone has rebooted before looking on Twitter. There’s clearly a problem at your end and you must know it. Stop looking at every complaint as if it’s the first you’ve heard about it.
