@virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

@virginmedia Called 0345 4341111 Recalled this morning, I had 2 boxes, I've removed one from the account and it seems you have removed service's from the wrong box. Told nothing can be done just swap boxes over myself. Will loose all the series links etc told to just start again. Unacceptable

@virginmedia Done that. Apparently no record of package upgrades that were promised by 3 different people other than free voicemail!! Agent today told me nothing they can do about the upgrades apart from a complaint!! How is that good enough! How can you offer customers upgrades but not do it
