    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    @virginmedia Yes, there isn’t an extra charge for anything or any extra service. It seems I have been subjected to the same price increase that people already in a contract have been subjected to. If this was to be immediately applied to new contracts then this should been highlighted
