Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

@virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

@virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

@virginmedia I changed network to Virgin finishing my previous contract early at expense and since 22nd have had no incoming calls or texts! Shocking cus svs just being told it’s a porting problem. You know the problem so fix it!! Am tempted to leave virgin inc media package.

@virginmedia It went off 4 days ago and no local issues. they tried to fix it over the phone however were unsuccessful. The problem is they could not proceed further until they spoke with my husband (in the house) which I said was not possible, they said there was nothing more they could do
