    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia You have provided a totally inadequate service for my daughter & her house mates. As university students they need a reliable service in order for them to continue with their studies. When they called for help you agreed their speed wasn’t as promised....

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @virginmedia Still get no further forward. Then followed online help and this has not rectified anything. Absolutely appalling. Would not recommend virgin to anyone. Taking my money monthy yet I can’t even watch the tv as it constantly says no internet signal received.

    @virginmedia This is terrible service. I’ve had nothing but problems with the internet since I changed to virgin. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact yourselves via phone where I just get automated answers then get so far to be told goodbye. I try to online chat.

    @virginmedia Can you tell me why when my contract runs out in two weeks the price is rising to £49 from £34 , yet new customers are being offered it at £34 ? , does customer loyalty mean nothing ? BT are offering the same package for £28 so it looks like👋👋
