    @virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

    @virginmedia You have provided a totally inadequate service for my daughter & her house mates. As university students they need a reliable service in order for them to continue with their studies. When they called for help you agreed their speed wasn’t as promised....

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia No but I used down detector and there's always issues with Virgin media in my area, and on other times where there is no issues, it's just "peek times" which is really sad, means your company has oversubscribed on an infrastructure that's struggling to supply when there's demand

    @virginmedia Basically I’m trying to get this resolved as I made a complaint on 02/03, still not been passed on, have asked to speak to managers and keep getting passed from dept to dept, been on phone for 3 hours today alone
