@virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

Some customers like myself at Cb5 area are being ignored by virgin media and not getting tv service TiVo box faulty and Virgin media not interested. Poor customer service online and at all levels. Will have to move to SKY.

@virginmedia have changed over to you on the 200+mbps plan early November. Having massive problems with it. Speed fluctuating all over the place and dropping on all out devices in the house. Really struggling to get through to anyone to get someone to come and look at it.
