@virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

@virginmedia Yes...the pack has been sent. But, not without having to fight for it. I have been a customer of VM for nearly twenty years and this is just typical of the sort of interaction I have had over that time. It's pointless complaining, because you NEVER, EVER, respond to complaints.

@virginmedia Did manage to get through after some wait last night and despite the great effort by the call centre operator, it's not working. Luckily WiFi is behaving today and can be online whilst at home. Have other options to try before replacing SIM card.
