    @VirginMedia_One terrible service from virgin media. Three days trying to get a resolution to a poor WiFi service, gave them a call instead. 1hr 50mins waiting time to be told they wanted to increase my monthly bill by £3 per month to resolve their poor service! #awfulservice

    @virginmedia 2/2 much distress and cost me too much money tethering data from my mobile. My kids can’t watch tv and I am trying to work from home with tethered data. You’re customer service have no idea what’s going on and can give me no update. It’s a disgrace

    @virginmedia No, my partner’s phone too. We also have connection problems between downstairs & upstairs TiVo box. Keep losing connection upstairs when trying to stream from the other box. Tried watching a film on Netflix the other night upstairs & it kept buffering 😫

    @virginmedia Reinstalled the app & rebooted the hub. Will now try to stream from downstairs TiVo to upstairs & also try Netflix upstairs. A signal booster for upstairs would be a nice gesture I think🤔

    @virginmedia I can’t load anything. The box isn’t booting. It’s stuck on the black “Starting up…” screen. I’ve tried cycling the power but that doesn’t help. It has been like this since the power cut I mentioned earlier, which took out whatever infrastructure has left us without Internet.

    @virginmedia Basically internet simply stops working and if I run the diagnosis tool it tells me that there is an issue in my area. And this happens in a very frequent basis especially in the afternoon

    @virginmedia After promising, and failing, to do a like for like replacement for days and days and days, they finally told me today that they couldn't replace the boxes. Absolutely terrible service. Shoddy beyond belief. I've had cable since 1997 so I've no choice but to leave Virgin.
