    @virginmedia I have done all of the above. Issue here is that this it is affecting other VM customers as well, all of us are using your WiFi! Please check your community forum and you will see there are a lot of posts about the same issue. Resolve this ASAP or consider reimbursement.

    @virginmedia Thanks for nothing!! There isn't anything on sky sports so I rang up to remove it and they can't as the price goes up. What a load of shite!!!!!! And cheers for never replying to my tweets

    I’ve been on your community page and seen a lot of VM customers have also posted the same issue with no resolution or response from @virginmedia! You need to sort this out - using mobile data instead of WiFi is not what I signed up for.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s still happening this morning. It’s a permanent issue whenever I go on Instagram. A lot of users have brought up this issue already on the internet, but I can’t find the solution. I can’t continue to switch over to my mobile data just to browse that app!

    @Lint13 @virginmedia Please raise a complaint through the Communication and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS). GDPR - raise a Subject Access Request for all data they hold on u. If you complaint is upheld it costs Virgin about £400-£600 and you may be compensated around £250.

    @virginmedia Still not working unfortunately. Problem was passed on to a supervisor as a complaint. Has now been off since Friday. I called them at 9am Friday morning originally.

    @virginmedia completely hopeless. Have been trying to cancel my contract for three days now as we are moving house. Only way is via phone, and I have been transferred and hung up on 10+ times. And still haven’t been able to cancel! How many more hours will I have to endure?!
