@Virgin @virginmedia @richardbranson Your customer service is so painful and appalling. 2 rings and the sales team answer, 20 minute transfer to Loyalty team, gave up when needing to be transferred to Contract Services team. FFS I only wanted to remain a customer!!!

@alone_music @virginmedia Jesus that’s bad, thought it could be done online the activation. I moved house and they said 20£ to move. What they didn’t say was that they renewed the contract and double billed me as they take one month in advance as a new contract. Complained to @virginmedia nothing done

@virginmedia Box is connected to TV via HDMI cable I've tried different cables and hdmi ports on TV to eliminate those as issues. Doesn't happen with on-demand programs.

@virginmedia All these, have already been done. I will not spend more of my time on this. Not been able to work, not having service 2-3 times per day, every day, is more than enough time lost and damage. As for your service checker why on earth should I care about it? Your problem. Fix it.

@virginmedia No the picture is just very scrambled, like there is an issue with the signal but just for that channel if that makes sense? I don’t know if anyone else is having the same problem but it is very specific so it makes me wonder if it’s a transmission issue?

@virginmedia The service is back up this morning but no the service status page said everything was OK and I had no way of reporting the issue, the app kept trying to make me book a engineer, which would of been wasting your time and mine.

@virginmedia I then responded that I will not be going out of my way to take it to a collection point as I have already taken 3 days off of work to have it collected which never happened.
