@Seanie08 @virginmedia My speed this morning was 14mbps. Supposed to 108mbps average. They told me too many devices connected, so I turned off phone to 4g, turned off iPad and disconnect Amazon Alexa. Nothing else connected. Speed went up to 18mbps 🤣 ‘We are showing a good service!’ ByeBye.....

@virginmedia We haven’t had service for 6 days now. Still no soloution... The people you sub contract cut our cables and cemented on top when putting an unasked for access point in outside, the engineers can’t fix it.

@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

@virginmedia I have now attempted to contact twice about cancelling my contract, as I am moving out of my student house this month. Can I please get some aid with this, as i cannot get through to the call centre, nor find the correct email for customer services.

@virginmedia No. It’s been advised your contractors drilled through our cables and then shoved cement down there making it impossible for the engineers to fix. Day 9 with no internet today. Going to cancel as really need to work at home 😡

@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please cancel my contract and allow me to return your gear.

@virginmedia Speak to them regularly. We pay £77.25 monthly via app, as you took to much by DD, you charge £111.50 not the agreed renewal price £77.25 so always shortfall. Nobody will sort this out. Busy medic worker has to spend hours on calls to you with no resolution 🤬

@virginmedia We sent a complaint on Wednesday last week and no reply. It’s making life very difficult and still no sign of it being fixed despite 2 different ppl coming out yesterday and today

In the same month @virginmedia bill has doubled, the reliability has quartered. Internet at home is essentially useless & the WiFi router a clunky decoration! 2020, in a big city, and searching on Google is slower than an old dial-up modem. Usual awful customer service.

@virginmedia I think I am back on. Busy testing. I normally have my pc connected via Ethernet via a WiFi booster. While I have you the WiFi never seems to reach my son’s bedroom and he uses mobile data - we only have a little 3 bed house

@kaybaka @virginmedia Kay have you checked if there’s issues in your area on virgin status page. Have you used an Ethernet cable and plugged that into your laptop to see if that works, if that doesn’t work then it’s not a WiFi issue but issue with fibre to your house. Turn it off and on again

@virginmedia how do you speak to somebody in customer service who can actually help? 6 hours. 5 phone calls. Zero progress and you’ve just cut me off, I assume by accident, after 25 mins.
