I’ve seen multiple @virginmedia AD’s with wheelchair users in & every single time my face lights up like a kid at christmas, representation MATTERS & is non-existent for disabled people, this feeling will never get old. ✨

@virginmedia Actually, the new owners are porting their virgin contract here, if the contract is per property, and it will be Virgin providing the service, that would mean we DON'T have to pay the fee right?

@Ofcom hi there @virginmedia are charging me for fibre350 and im getting 30 at the best there customer service will not even send out a engineer to look. This has been going on for months. I have just spent over 2 hours on the phone again to them all they said is complain to you.

@mouthwaite @virginmedia All of the wi-fi providers are rubbish. I am with BT and had to make several complaints about poor signal. You would be better off with a pay as you go dongle to be perfectly honest.

Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

@virginmedia I would be happy to keep virgin, and that would be ok, and I would keep the same contract.. but it is you who can't provide service... How is it me ending the contract? How am I compensating you and not the other way around?

@virginmedia saga continues- so their call handler didn’t call me back and now someone’s told me they cancelled my compensation cheque because my account is closed. My account was closed because you couldn’t provide a simple service for 4.5 months and damaged my property.

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@virginmedia No & no. After far longer than it should take I have managed a WhatsApp chat with an agent. Seems like the request was cancelled, not by me. So another request,another 30 days wait. Is nothing ever simple or completed first time with VM? Lack of support=good reason not to renew

@virginmedia I now have an answer, when I spoke to your customer service team about the problem earlier in the week. They said they would send a new router. Turns out they also turned the Wi-Fi off to the old one without telling me. Engineer is comingTuesday to fix it. Not happy at all!

@virginmedia How can I cancel my Virgin Media contract? If i can't get any service by tomorrow, I'd like you to come collect my Hub and TV box please. I can't be dealing with this stress & shocking lack of service. Not what I expected when I chose Virgin as my Internet and TV provider.
