    @Julie_B92 Especially when particularly young people might not be able to access internet for this kind of stuff on any other device than their phones. It’s so disappointing @virginmedia doesn’t reply to these tweets. I hope it’s an honest oversight and they’ll fix this.

    @virginmedia Complaint should have been obvious from ALL the comms I’ve sent. Contracted TV, phone, unlimited BB £79/mth. Can’t get phone line (waiting 8 months) but £105 DDs taken each month. Truly appalling

    @virginmedia The Internet was down and I ran 4 diagnostics and each one told me my cable wasn't plugged in to my hub, after being on hold and ringing back I was instantly told by the automated service that my postcode had problems. Its fixed now

    On top of this since I changed to @virginmedia last week, they have sent me a marketing text message almost every day (Sunday is the only exception). I can’t find how to opt out of these and not sure blocking my network provider’s number is a wise idea. Never have I this quickly

    @virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

    @virginmedia Despite entering security info before the lady took the call I had to re-do security questions. The lady’s English was very poor and she couldn’t understand my answers. We eventually got past this then we spoke for a further 20 minutes where I asked for best price for 1/2

    @virginmedia So despite saying you will do your best for me, it's something you can't do! I've informed you I get shoved through depts when I call. There is seemingly no way to speak to a person in charge as can't be transferred and can't be called directly either. Customer care is appalling!
