@virginmedia We haven’t had service for 6 days now. Still no soloution... The people you sub contract cut our cables and cemented on top when putting an unasked for access point in outside, the engineers can’t fix it.

@Seanie08 @virginmedia My speed this morning was 14mbps. Supposed to 108mbps average. They told me too many devices connected, so I turned off phone to 4g, turned off iPad and disconnect Amazon Alexa. Nothing else connected. Speed went up to 18mbps 🤣 ‘We are showing a good service!’ ByeBye.....

@virginmedia I have now attempted to contact twice about cancelling my contract, as I am moving out of my student house this month. Can I please get some aid with this, as i cannot get through to the call centre, nor find the correct email for customer services.

@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please cancel my contract and allow me to return your gear.

@virginmedia Since moving to @virginmedia 2 weeks ago everything that could go wrong has, and no one at VM has taken resposibilty. I've raised a complaint and have been promised mangers would call but no one does. Just been on phone again, still problems and no help.... #virginmediadontcare

@virginmedia Has this worked for customers recently? As it’s an issue with the carrier and not Apple how does a factory reset on the phone fix the issue? It’s a brand new phone straight out of the box. My partner is with virgin and didn’t have this issue changing his phone.

@virginmedia Thursday, they still don’t have a phone, the adaptor isn’t compatible with their existing kit and the engineer hasn’t picked up/contacted back to assist. Let’s hope there’s not an emergency shall we as can’t even call emergency services
