    @virginmedia #rude #badservice Had Virgin broadband installed just to discover a better deal on money supermarket. Contacted them to ask if they would honour it and was refused point blank, told not to complain, wouldn’t put me through to the boss and wouldn’t give her name.

    @virginmedia The only issue I have with that is that every time I contact that number, the following happens: 1) I explain the issue, again 2) they advise me to follow the steps as are online, again, that I've already done, even though I say I've done them 3) they ask me to monitor 1/2

    @virginmedia no Internet in BS16 1DY. I called 150. Your recorded message says service out until 3pm, as you're "working to improve services" in this area. Why didn't you tell us before?!

    Not happy with @virginmedia paying £70 a month for tv/(which is awful) internet and landline - want to delete tv still (£61) - internet drops out all the time exit fees would be £240 anyone else find them extortionate for poor service?

    @virginmedia Hi again guys. Exactly the same experience. They can't help me because by the time I've waited on hold, and weve discussed the problem again (for the 20th time or so), the problem has resolved. It's still happening 4 times an evening and it needs fixing. Please help.

    The £ gleaned by both @virginmedia and @SkySports in making it difficult for fee/ subscription paying members to watch “each others” content must clearly outweigh the customer service calls and complaints 🤬

    @virginmedia I'm disappointed with the service I have received. Finally ended my contract, claimed my credit refund only for it still not arrive 6weeks later. Called call centre & was told I'd have to wait 2/3 more weeks. Why? Its unacceptable to have to wait so long. #complaint

    @Birdybabe07 @virginmedia Bt, great deals atm. Once back on openreach network you can move around with over 50 companies. Once on virgin you can only use virgin. bt will happily re instal to get you back on openreach network. Unless you need business fibre...then I can provide or advise👍.

    @virginmedia I spoke to a rude adviser who said they’d escalate it. However my pac code has already been swapped out and there was no urgency. I am now waiting in the hope that someone else doesn’t get control of my phone

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. He told me that the cheque had not been activated when I first called 5th June. I was told it would be sent out via check. He told me today it would take a further 2/3 weeks. Sadly was no help at all. 😒😥

    @virginmedia Email to say it was resolved by offer of an apology which I never accepted so I called customer services who offered the credit of overpayment onto my account which I’m still waiting for.

    @virginmedia Contacted them they are as useful as an ashtray on a motor bike, did not want to listen, did not sort out the problem just kept apologising. Got told the complaint would be esculent, then I get email not 5 minutes later, complaint closed as complete, absolutely rubbish. Appalling

    @virginmedia TBH, that was an unfair rant. Google home now sorted, Alexa still a paperweight but I guess that's just Amazon being clever. These can't be attributed to you. The continuing atrocious Wi-Fi coverage however. That's all yours. A pin hole reset is simply a short term fix.

I've been using the WhatsApp service lately because i need a written record as ive been misled a number of times, and even when it's in a message, they still don't do what they say they'll do. Dealing with that would really affect your MH. It wears you down.

    @ItsLuweeze @virginmedia You can get anywhere on Earth in under 48 hours, so I'm assuming the technician is an extraterrestrial, either that or their techs are just really slow at their jobs. Just so happens that it's right at the end of our contract too. Bad luck, @virginmedia.
