I’ve seen multiple @virginmedia AD’s with wheelchair users in & every single time my face lights up like a kid at christmas, representation MATTERS & is non-existent for disabled people, this feeling will never get old. ✨

  • MartinRose2 Martin Rose (@MartinRose2) reported from Bristol, England

@mouthwaite @virginmedia All of the wi-fi providers are rubbish. I am with BT and had to make several complaints about poor signal. You would be better off with a pay as you go dongle to be perfectly honest.

  • brizzleboy pete jones (@brizzleboy) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Tried using that contact forms again, still nothing helps, I'll just hang on line for another hour 🤬🤬

  • fifiifif Fi Willi (@fifiifif) reported from Bristol, England

AGH! 40 mins waiting on the phone to find out that @virginmedia will not help you understand why the internet service is slow unless you have an Ethernet plugged in... WHO CONNECTS BY WIRE TO THE INTERNET IN THE AGE OF TABLETS AND SMARTPHONE?! Ugh! 😡 #penalised

  • TruVetCommando TruVetCommando (@TruVetCommando) reported from Avonmouth, England

@virginmedia Well just spent over 2 hours talking to your customer services team to be told 30mbps is acceptable for fibre350 what happened to money back if min 180mbps not reached

  • leedumble Lee (@leedumble) reported from Avonmouth, England

@virginmedia my partner has had no reception on his mobile for at least 24 hours now, we've tried resetting the phone etc and nothing is working. Is there an issue on the network?

  • adamnieman Adam Nieman 💙 (@adamnieman) reported from Bristol, England

@jonWturney @virginmedia If only they DID invest in their network. They bought Telewest in a fire-sale many years ago and have spent barely a penny on it. My guess is that they are able to ‘upgrade’ your speed because all of your neighbours have switched to BT, who actually have invested.

  • jonki1980 Jon K (@jonki1980) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Broadband is down in Bristol BS16. Stopped about 30 minutes - tried rebooting twice on and off included are you aware of any issues? Service Status says no issues - no message on calling 150 #virginmediadown

  • VickyLorych VickyL (@VickyLorych) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia so disappointed 😞 I was quoted £70 pm all in today now my bill has arrived and it’s £100 and next month you wanted to charge me £277 😳 now sat waiting to cancel the services ! 😡

  • courttttxxo Court✨ (@courttttxxo) reported from Avonmouth, England

Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

  • digthisfood Pete Lawrence (@digthisfood) reported from Bristol, England

  • daintree75 leighton daintree (@daintree75) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia I have had to email your DPO department again today for an update as it will be 3 weeks tomorrow since last reply. This has been rumbling on for a month. Your customer service is shocking. Who do I need to complain to? @Offcom?

  • TobyOsborne1 Toby Osborne (@TobyOsborne1) reported from Bristol, England

  • stace_the_face stace_the_face 💙💙💙🎓🎓🎓 (@stace_the_face) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia saga continues- so their call handler didn’t call me back and now someone’s told me they cancelled my compensation cheque because my account is closed. My account was closed because you couldn’t provide a simple service for 4.5 months and damaged my property.

  • edwinokli Edwin Walker (@edwinokli) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia I have an issue with Bluetooth headphones interfering with WiFi signal. Two pairs of headphones, same result. Is there anything I can do to the router to stop this from happening? It's better when I switch off the 2.4GHz band.

  • TruVetCommando TruVetCommando (@TruVetCommando) reported from Avonmouth, England

  • spoke_n H (@spoke_n) reported

@virginmedia how do I claim for 48 hours loss of TV service? back and forth between your app and website - I want a refund but you make it as difficult as you can to find out how to get one. Over 3 clicks to find it sounds obstructive to me!!

  • Britth_19 Brittany Hodges (@Britth_19) reported

@virginmedia the worst service I've ever received wouldn't recommend anyone to use them! Taking payments from you when told 2 days prior it wouldn't go out as already due a credit and the payment was more than your bill and won't credit back straight the way absolutely disgusting

  • MHFineArt mhfineart.co.uk (@MHFineArt) reported

@virginmedia Not on broadband & resetting the router again (for the 3rd time) still hasn't fixed the issue.

  • crewebencrewe BenCrewe (@crewebencrewe) reported

@vickiprais @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp can you help, please? It is almost impossible to work with intermittent wifi. Your customer services provision is completely ineffective.
