On top of this since I changed to @virginmedia last week, they have sent me a marketing text message almost every day (Sunday is the only exception). I can’t find how to opt out of these and not sure blocking my network provider’s number is a wise idea. Never have I this quickly

@Julie_B92 Especially when particularly young people might not be able to access internet for this kind of stuff on any other device than their phones. It’s so disappointing @virginmedia doesn’t reply to these tweets. I hope it’s an honest oversight and they’ll fix this.

@virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

@virginmedia after nearly a year of repeatedly dropped internet service finally asked them to turn off their Wi-fi kit so can use my own. Basic connection fails, again, and nothing left for support desk to blame - challenge that if it’s not on the script then no help

@virginmedia Wired. The issue isn't with my side of the network. It appears to be on the virgin side based on the router logs.

@virginmedia No. It is a pattern, and that includes repeated poor service, oblivious to the damage you cause to your customers. I am still waiting for appropriate response to complaints and compensation for losses and distress.

@claytsfm @virginmedia Hmm, was going to suggest making sure the address was properly registered with the Royal Mail. My old company used to deliver and the computer system would struggle with new builds. Must be virgin’s issue then. Wouldn’t recommend them. Nothing but trouble for me.

@MammafulZo @virginmedia @skytv Odd, we have basic TV, phone line and 500gb broadband for £49 a month. Always worth speaking to retentions, you'll be surprised what they can offer you. As for the property damage that's definitely a no no on Virgins part and needs to be resolved
