@virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

@virginmedia No ha he on the day as expected. Following day random network engineer arrives without appointment and says he replaced some bits in the cabinet up the road, should be ok. That was about 2pm. The connection has dropped 5 times since then to my knowledge.

It was recommended I try Virgin Media on WhatsApp to try and get my service cancelled. I got in touch with them. After an hour of smalltalk and confirming my identity twice more, I've 'been transferred' to the department that kept me waiting for 2 hours on the phone.
