@virginmedia Hey BG, so in total it disconnected 7 times from 7pm yesterday. The lights started flashing Green, after multiple resets it continued to disconnect throughout the evening. Really disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had issues with virgin’s internet.

@virginmedia Same as about a month ago. Said I need to enter password. But doesn't work. Have tried resetting password. Still no good. Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

@virginmedia Yes. Powered down, switched off etc etc. Why would only certain content not delete and other content delete fine? Doesn’t make sense?

@virginmedia John I have done all that already. And it’s not worked. I have spoken with my IT support and they confirm this is a problem with your servers. How are you proposing to sort this out for me please?? I’m paying for a service @virginmedia is not providing.

@virginmedia It was arranged to repull cables which happened today. Made no difference and actually slowed my connection down more. At this point it’s been nine months I just want out of my contract. I’ve had well over two dozen calls and visits about this issue and it hasn’t been fixed.

@virginmedia Hi I did check. Didn’t come back till 5pm. Was advertising works until 3pm. Was checking the Service updates during the day but this wasn’t updated with the delay. Understand works can overrun. But this info needs to be up to date so I can plan my work and day.

@virginmedia That doesn't apply to my issue, I've purchased two episodes of #barry, the first one(season 3 ep 4)stops playing when it hits 2.52, then it resets and goes back to normal TV. It doesn't do this with the 2nd episode. I've got a corrupted purchase which I can't watch
