    Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

    @virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

    Virgin media make me 🤬 Been with them for 6yrs (no other option in our flats), paid their extortionate prices & received pretty poor intermittent service. Moving house & they don’t supply our new area 🥳 but they would like to charge a cancellation fee of £30.38

    @virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

    @BorisJohnson I can only get virginmedia (at an extortionate price) as it’s the only one who supply more than slow basic speeds - and this is the centre of bristol. Nothings improved for most of us - not only for this but everything else since you’ve wrecked our economy

    You’d think for the money Virgin Media charge for their rather unstable internet connection they’d provide their users with a decent router. I’m currently resetting mine for the 2nd time this month and about to throw it in a bin.

    @virginmedia Yes I've signed in and when i try to see what devices are connected it says error, so i can't even see if it's actually connected to anything. I can't see on the app. But when I connected to WiFi on my phone it didn't work either and said searching for network like it wasn't on

    @virginmedia They had failed to take notes on not occasions, managers reviewing calls from two days ago. No call back today, new complaint lodged today with the “promise” of a call back on another issue on Sunday.

    I've rarely had an experience with a company as poor from start to finish as @virginmedia. Started with hours and hours on the phone with customer service to get up and running and ended with a £235 charge because they don't offer service where I am moving.

    Update: my parcel is being delivered Yodel... estimated time of arrival 21:00pm and I've got to self install... the 26th start date is a full on write off. start as you mean to go on. Shocking customer service. @virginmedia I will be taking this further as frankly its a joke.
