    @virginmedia 2/2 much distress and cost me too much money tethering data from my mobile. My kids can’t watch tv and I am trying to work from home with tethered data. You’re customer service have no idea what’s going on and can give me no update. It’s a disgrace

    Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

    @virginmedia The guys are here now and have told me that the same issue that has been a problem the last 4 times still hasn’t been fixed. They are lovely and doing their best but it’s not looking good. You should be ashamed of yourselves

    @virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

    @virginmedia 1/2 The 10th technician booked to come to my house came yesterday ( 7 of these booked never called or showed up) He said the construction team had not done there job (5th time I’ve been told that) and it should happen today. If it doesn’t I have to cancel as you have caused so

    It’s not often I complain about companies but Virgin Media must be one of the worst companies to get a refund from. We have been waiting £96 refund since January, numerous webchats and phone calls still waiting. Would never recommend them to anyone. Bunch of liars 😡😡😡😡

    @virginmedia Did you actually read what was in my tweet? Your telephone support couldn’t facilitate same. Because they either disappeared or the call was disconnected. The SMS number is just a bot and couldn’t help me either.

    @virginmedia Who will tell me they can’t do anything because somebody can’t do their job properly. How is it not noted that I referred somebody by the QR code, using the engineer reference and supplying a mobile number which VM used to call a customer and sign them up
