Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

Id like to note irs very late and he is now asleep. Before id even said hello after answering the phone call she rudely asked if i can hear her not even saying hello herself. That was an indication the rest of the call was going to be pointless. WTF?

I was just so relieved to escape them eventually. They're utter scum. Do yourself a favour & don't go anywhere near this company
