    .@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

    @virginmedia please sort out your fiber broadband! I have only been with you since the end of Dec & have had nothing but problems, I work from home but sometimes have to go to the local @CostaCoffee to use theirs to save me & be able to do my job just because yours is so unstable

    @virginmedia crawling to a halt again. Yesterday evening very slow - 1.5Mb download. Now so low that can’t login to any online services or run Speedtest - latency too low. Virgin Media app says “good service”, but the Help Desk admits it is not going to be fixed until 29th Mar!!!

    @virginmedia my connection is intolerably slow, around 1mbps, but the test on your website says there are no faults. Video is awful.

    @virginmedia I originally did it by post 4 months ago, which they acknowledge and said you was dealing with. Didn’t hear anything back. So then submitted a online form a month ago. The fraudulent call was supposedly in response to that original complaint.

    @virginmedia so, been on hold for over 2 hours, I’ve been cut off 3 times. My account isn’t even open yet & I can’t get hold of anyone. Right now I assume I’m on hold as the call is still active but it’s completely silent. Given all your awful @Trustpilot reviews, not surprising

    Absolutely disgusted with @virginmedia. We are moving to an area in which they CANNOT supply a service to us. So we have no choice but to cancel our contract with them. They want to charge us MORE THAN £900.00 to cancel our contract. #virginmedia #restrictivepractices
