Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

@virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

It’s not often I complain about companies but Virgin Media must be one of the worst companies to get a refund from. We have been waiting £96 refund since January, numerous webchats and phone calls still waiting. Would never recommend them to anyone. Bunch of liars 😡😡😡😡
