She tried to complain, but got nowhere. This month her contract expired, so she tried again. Yesterday she spoke to a customer service guy @virginmedia who was very surprised at what she had been told back in July. He told her to contact the house moving dept, who'd refund her

@virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

@virginmedia Both those lights should be green. Any red lights mean there is a network fault either on a cable or on the box to which the cable screws into. Now please tell me, what is so difficult to send someone out to investigate that??

@virginmedia Hey BG, so in total it disconnected 7 times from 7pm yesterday. The lights started flashing Green, after multiple resets it continued to disconnect throughout the evening. Really disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had issues with virgin’s internet.

@antbfc @virginmedia Find out if it’s just you or local area, we had to wait for them to send engineers to find fault. Best to look on Facebook or Nextdoor, sounds like you have the same problem as us so I think it the whole of your area out. Just have to wait for them to fix it and ask for a refund
