@virginmedia I never gave out any personal information as I knew it was a scam cus I'm with Sky. The number was 02045099664 but it was spoofed. Lady had an Indian accent and said technicians in my area had fould a fault which was affecting my computer.

@virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

@virginmedia This contact was via the phone. He did give a reason, the reason being he didn’t know what the problem was. So told us to sit here and wait with no Wi-Fi and hope it sorts itself out.

@BorisJohnson I can only get virginmedia (at an extortionate price) as it’s the only one who supply more than slow basic speeds - and this is the centre of bristol. Nothings improved for most of us - not only for this but everything else since you’ve wrecked our economy

@virginmedia I’ve heard this since Tuesday. I’ve missed an England international, the Lord’s Test and all the Jubilee coverage yet all I hear is “sorry.” It doesn’t take a week to fix a fault. Try harder, fix my tv and then persuade me why I should stay.

How can @virginmedia offer such poor customer service??? Their TV box has no power and I have to wait A WEEK for their engineer to come around and 'look' at it... either get more engineers so you can offer a decent level of service to your customers, or just send me a new box!

@virginmedia also apparently there isn’t anyone in today who can help but I’ll have to wait 2 weeks for the back up line to be fitted and then 5 days for the TV services to be working. But nothing from Virgin! However I still have to pay the full bill!

I dumped Virgin nearly 2 years ago and use a Smarty (3) Unlimited sim in an old 4g phone as hotspot. In trouble if 3 ever goes down as my mobile is also 3
