@virginmedia Its done now but fairly sure it shouldn't take your agents 45 mins to cancel sky and bt sports and change the TV package to the basic. Maybe more training or better systems are needed. Just saying Sky took about 3 minutes to cancel BT sports for me a year or so ago #competitors

@virginmedia Hey BG, so in total it disconnected 7 times from 7pm yesterday. The lights started flashing Green, after multiple resets it continued to disconnect throughout the evening. Really disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had issues with virgin’s internet.

She tried to complain, but got nowhere. This month her contract expired, so she tried again. Yesterday she spoke to a customer service guy @virginmedia who was very surprised at what she had been told back in July. He told her to contact the house moving dept, who'd refund her

@virginmedia Same as about a month ago. Said I need to enter password. But doesn't work. Have tried resetting password. Still no good. Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

@virginmedia more and more homes have WiFi connected to alarm systems / cctv systems. So WHY do you insist on messing around with the service during the day when people are at work? We pay enough to get a stable connection! My alarm and cctv wouldn't connect to the servers?

@virginmedia Yes, I can't keep on rebooting the router. It just disconnected again on wired and wireless and then reconnected again. Prior to today, no issues at all.

@virginmedia Yes, I have unplugged the router and reconnected numerous times. The power bank on the cable is lit up, so the issue is definitely with the router
