    @bt_uk No need to Matt, appreciate your concerns I’m just saying your service currently is the same level as virgin media who I’m with which always cuts in and hot. Too many users using the overcrowded boxes

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @O2 @virginmedia Shame you can’t even cope with the odeon cinema tickets every week counts down to time then all I get is “something went wrong”

    @virginmedia Can you please tell me why the call quality on virgin mobile is absolutely atrocious? Some serious improvements need to be done as it’s bad with every number and even on VoLTE.

    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia No it’s just the quality of the voice. It’s terrible and it’s both ways. It’s the same if someone rings me or if I ring someone.

    @virginmedia Quite the worst customer contact centre ever. Website does not offer phone or email contact. Only way to get web chat is to go to complaints page. 1 hour to get a 1 minute task done. Deliberately cut off twice. #poorservice

    @virginmedia Yes. That isn’t the point though. Your website has no information about how to contact you. And your web chat takes 1 hour to do the task of reporting bad speeds. Your contact support needs vast improvement.

    Just spoken to @virginmedia customer services about red light on my hub. They GUARANTEED that the light will revert to white in the next 24 hours. Wonder what happen if their guarantee fails?

    @BorisJohnson I can only get virginmedia (at an extortionate price) as it’s the only one who supply more than slow basic speeds - and this is the centre of bristol. Nothings improved for most of us - not only for this but everything else since you’ve wrecked our economy

    Virgin media make me 🤬 Been with them for 6yrs (no other option in our flats), paid their extortionate prices & received pretty poor intermittent service. Moving house & they don’t supply our new area 🥳 but they would like to charge a cancellation fee of £30.38

    @virginmedia Landline problem. Gave import number 6 wks ago. Advised it will be imported by April 15. Now told temp number will be given on 22nd April. That a whole week without the ability to receive/make calls. Then maybe another week before the actual number gets imported. Terrible

    @virginmedia @stefyoutwit I'm experiencing the exact same problem in the Reading area where for the last 40 minutes the service went down for both TV and broadband but not phone service. What exactly is the cause of the outage please be transparent. Human error at your DC perhaps webpages down too?

    @virginmedia I was promised a call on Friday to confirm that I was not accepting the derisory £25 being offered. That call did not happen as promised. Perhaps I should just go public on the incompetence and web of lies demonstrated by Virgin. Your lack of customer care knows no bounds!

    @virginmedia THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. We’ve not even been installed yet due to your error. I’ve taken days off work, and spent hours on phone trying to resolve, to be passed to every dept and cut off after being on hold for an hour on more than 1 occasion.

    @virginmedia all my services are down still working from home ring you guys and IVR says you're "upgrading" services till 4pm today...You know people are working from home due to Covid where the hell was the heads up?!?! This is impacting my job that pays my mortgage!!!
