@virginmedia I can receive the booster free of charge your colleague confirmed this before putting me on hold and hanging up on his return. Your app is useless so when I test the internet connection on your app it says my signal is fine in one of my rooms when that's not the case.

@virginmedia The Internet was down and I ran 4 diagnostics and each one told me my cable wasn't plugged in to my hub, after being on hold and ringing back I was instantly told by the automated service that my postcode had problems. Its fixed now

On top of this since I changed to @virginmedia last week, they have sent me a marketing text message almost every day (Sunday is the only exception). I can’t find how to opt out of these and not sure blocking my network provider’s number is a wise idea. Never have I this quickly

@Julie_B92 Especially when particularly young people might not be able to access internet for this kind of stuff on any other device than their phones. It’s so disappointing @virginmedia doesn’t reply to these tweets. I hope it’s an honest oversight and they’ll fix this.

@johnny_scottish @virginmedia They updated there WiFi boxes can’t remember when but it messed my WiFi up big time went from working in me garden about 30-40ft away easy to hardly working at 10ft away… there reply when I complained… what works for one might not work for another… thanks that fix it 🙄

@virginmedia & the manager did not even bother to call us when he agreed to. We cancelled the service 4 days after our bill was dated and yet charged the full service. Plus the bill makes no sense - you put us £400 in credit then charged £300 for internet only!
