@virginmedia I did all that. I waited for thr led to go out. Then went and plugged it in and went green the flashed blue again. 24 hours to connect? It's been working for ages then after the outage yesterday all of a sudden its gone

@virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

It does keep going on the blinking and to speak with someone takes hours and hours as only robots are available and then they can’t have the decency to call an engineer . The people that finally answer are uneducated and rude . Terrible service
