  • _dreamer_ Pilar Gómez (@_dreamer_) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Actually, the new owners are porting their virgin contract here, if the contract is per property, and it will be Virgin providing the service, that would mean we DON'T have to pay the fee right?

  • leedumble Lee (@leedumble) reported from Avonmouth, England

@virginmedia Reliable joke still not working properly and a engineer book for today and guess what he did not turn up don’t worry on half a day wages wasted took time off unpaid joke 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@virginmedia Broadband is down in Bristol BS16. Stopped about 30 minutes - tried rebooting twice on and off included are you aware of any issues? Service Status says no issues - no message on calling 150 #virginmediadown

  • _dreamer_ Pilar Gómez (@_dreamer_) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia I would be happy to keep virgin, and that would be ok, and I would keep the same contract.. but it is you who can't provide service... How is it me ending the contract? How am I compensating you and not the other way around?

  • TobyOsborne1 Toby Osborne (@TobyOsborne1) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia the lack of urgency from your team dealing with a fraud case is so poor!

  • TruVetCommando TruVetCommando (@TruVetCommando) reported from Avonmouth, England

@Ofcom hi there @virginmedia are charging me for fibre350 and im getting 30 at the best there customer service will not even send out a engineer to look. This has been going on for months. I have just spent over 2 hours on the phone again to them all they said is complain to you.

  • courttttxxo Court✨ (@courttttxxo) reported from Avonmouth, England

Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

  • stace_the_face stace_the_face 💙💙💙🎓🎓🎓 (@stace_the_face) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia saga continues- so their call handler didn’t call me back and now someone’s told me they cancelled my compensation cheque because my account is closed. My account was closed because you couldn’t provide a simple service for 4.5 months and damaged my property.

  • daintree75 leighton daintree (@daintree75) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia I have had to email your DPO department again today for an update as it will be 3 weeks tomorrow since last reply. This has been rumbling on for a month. Your customer service is shocking. Who do I need to complain to? @Offcom?

  • _emmajay_ emma (@_emmajay_) reported from Bristol, England

I’ve seen multiple @virginmedia AD’s with wheelchair users in & every single time my face lights up like a kid at christmas, representation MATTERS & is non-existent for disabled people, this feeling will never get old. ✨

  • daintree75 leighton daintree (@daintree75) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

  • chloehester Chloe (@chloehester) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia my partner has had no reception on his mobile for at least 24 hours now, we've tried resetting the phone etc and nothing is working. Is there an issue on the network?

  • MartinRose2 Martin Rose (@MartinRose2) reported from Bristol, England

@mouthwaite @virginmedia All of the wi-fi providers are rubbish. I am with BT and had to make several complaints about poor signal. You would be better off with a pay as you go dongle to be perfectly honest.

  • brizzleboy pete jones (@brizzleboy) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Tried using that contact forms again, still nothing helps, I'll just hang on line for another hour 🤬🤬

  • TruVetCommando TruVetCommando (@TruVetCommando) reported from Avonmouth, England

@virginmedia Well just spent over 2 hours talking to your customer services team to be told 30mbps is acceptable for fibre350 what happened to money back if min 180mbps not reached

  • adamnieman Adam Nieman 💙 (@adamnieman) reported from Bristol, England

@jonWturney @virginmedia If only they DID invest in their network. They bought Telewest in a fire-sale many years ago and have spent barely a penny on it. My guess is that they are able to ‘upgrade’ your speed because all of your neighbours have switched to BT, who actually have invested.

  • VickyLorych VickyL (@VickyLorych) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia so disappointed 😞 I was quoted £70 pm all in today now my bill has arrived and it’s £100 and next month you wanted to charge me £277 😳 now sat waiting to cancel the services ! 😡

  • misseschampers Lucy Champion (@misseschampers) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia hi, is there a customer service email for billing queries instead of phone/message? Thank you :)

  • edwinokli Edwin Walker (@edwinokli) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia I have an issue with Bluetooth headphones interfering with WiFi signal. Two pairs of headphones, same result. Is there anything I can do to the router to stop this from happening? It's better when I switch off the 2.4GHz band.

  • TeamPenster SamuEL Penster Gaming in the Multiverse (@TeamPenster) reported from Bristol, England

@Symonator @virginmedia It got so bad I would have stutter and poor connection message and even drop call over skype or facetime every single tucking time

  • Sleepyparadise Helen T (@Sleepyparadise) reported

@virginmedia It would seem that even with access to my account you are unable to help. Because there is an on going issue with our local box you cannot order an engineer to come to my house. I find that really hard to believe! And why ask for my complaint ref if you can't access accounts?

@virginmedia Intermittency... in common with lots of people, I’m doing a stack of calls via Zoom, Teams, Google Meet. So far this week I’m yet to have a call from which I’ve not been dropped. And yes, before you ask, I’m familiar with the helpful idea of turning network(ed) devices off and on

  • CraigTmarrs Craig Marrs (@CraigTmarrs) reported

@virginmedia I appreciate your help, Unfortunately I no longer have the reference as its been ongoing for that long. I have however just tried to call and the automated voice informed me the issue wont be fixed until 7.45pm tonight. So who do I speak to as Im going to lose out on a days work?

  • CarlDooley Carl (@CarlDooley) reported

@virginmedia So I have a contracted start date. You can’t meet it and your only solution is to leave your customer with nothing? No consideration to the current pandemic with people working from home and their livelihoods? Extremely, extremely poor. @Ofcom @Schuelel
