Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Aylburton and nearby locations:

  • liamharries Cllr Liam Harries 🔶 (@liamharries) reported from Quedgeley, England

@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that VMBusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than residential?

  • Lettie73 Colette Etheridge (@Lettie73) reported from Quedgeley, England

@virginmedia I have just spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone trying to sort out a contract you are trying to break only for someone to hang up on me 🤬🤬

  • Lettie73 Colette Etheridge (@Lettie73) reported from Quedgeley, England

@virginmedia please can you provide the correct contact details for making a complaint.

  • Barnsey02 Steve Barnes (@Barnsey02) reported from Quedgeley, England

@virginmedia I love Walter Presents progs on C4 & recently watched 1st ep of Monster. Tried to find rest of episodes and All4 app. Appears I can’t with you and have to watch online. Is this another reason to never have this box?

  • Lettie73 Colette Etheridge (@Lettie73) reported from Quedgeley, England

@virginmedia Trying but it keeps telling me my post code is invalid and if I click on the sign in link it says oops the link is broken!

  • LetRIP Matt (@LetRIP) reported from Thornbury, England

@virginmedia No. Your chat representative cut me off. Have wasted over an hour already. You must be joking if you think I’m going to waste more time on your awful service

  • Bristolmary Mary (@Bristolmary) reported from Aylburton, England

Hello @virginmedia is there and issue with broadband in Bristol please? My dad is having an issue connecting to anything, he’s tried firestick, iPad and iPhone. Nothing connects. He’s tried restarting router?

  • Lettie73 Colette Etheridge (@Lettie73) reported from Quedgeley, England

@aajr_____ @virginmedia Just had exactly the same problem .... hung up on twice in 40 minutes

  • ChrisPhil1992 Chris Phillips (@ChrisPhil1992) reported from Whitebrook, Wales

  • enzo_faulhaber Enzo Faulhaber (@enzo_faulhaber) reported from Yate, England

@virginmedia running with some issue with some of your staff member. As they promise me to Install a broadband at my house but now ignore 🧐

  • LetRIP Matt (@LetRIP) reported from Thornbury, England

@virginmedia Yes. That isn’t the point though. Your website has no information about how to contact you. And your web chat takes 1 hour to do the task of reporting bad speeds. Your contact support needs vast improvement.

  • dac5267 Dave Clark (@dac5267) reported from Yate, England

@virginmedia What a load of nonsense, I pay you to provide a service, disconnections happen all the time and randomly, your service is shocking and is NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

  • ChrisThinkbiker Think Bike (@ChrisThinkbiker) reported from Yate, England

@virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

  • LetRIP Matt (@LetRIP) reported from Thornbury, England

@virginmedia Quite the worst customer contact centre ever. Website does not offer phone or email contact. Only way to get web chat is to go to complaints page. 1 hour to get a 1 minute task done. Deliberately cut off twice. #poorservice

  • Lettie73 Colette Etheridge (@Lettie73) reported from Quedgeley, England

    @virginmedia No issues reported

  • bellawesty Bel West (@bellawesty) reported from Saint Arvans, Wales

@virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my virgin media account for months, every time I call I get disconnected, put back to the original menu or told you’re too busy because of corona. Please let me know how I can cancel my subscription without spending hours of time

  • DebbieMarksey Debbie Marks (@DebbieMarksey) reported from Quedgeley, England

  • mejulie64 Julie Bailey (@mejulie64) reported

@virginmedia It’s not an issue with our equipment, it’s been changed and checked numerous times! It’s the big box down the road - green lights mean no signal is getting in. It’s getting beyond a joke!! The customer services just transfer you to another operator that doesn’t understand English

  • CharlesDeBarros Charles De Barros 🇧🇷🇬🇧💎 (@CharlesDeBarros) reported

@FabioRosado_ @virginmedia It's crazy! Loyal costumes get the worst deals! They are just forcing long term costumers to go somewhere else! What's the business strategy in that?

@virginmedia Hey, I'm having an issue with my grandad's landline. It just keeps ringing but isn't ringing on his end. He had a back up line installed bc he has dementia and is vulnerable but it seems to be doing the same thing. Is there any way you could check this for me?

  • Joaddyjo Jo Addison (@Joaddyjo) reported

@virginmedia Ha well it could not be worse - I will add it to my complaint and contact the CEO

  • mejulie64 Julie Bailey (@mejulie64) reported

@virginmedia Yes, green lights flashing on hub 3 mean it’s a problem outside. Work from home and having no internet since 8th December is unacceptable!! Complaint made and no-one has called back!!
