    @virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my virgin media account for months, every time I call I get disconnected, put back to the original menu or told you’re too busy because of corona. Please let me know how I can cancel my subscription without spending hours of time

    @virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Yes. That isn’t the point though. Your website has no information about how to contact you. And your web chat takes 1 hour to do the task of reporting bad speeds. Your contact support needs vast improvement.

    @virginmedia Quite the worst customer contact centre ever. Website does not offer phone or email contact. Only way to get web chat is to go to complaints page. 1 hour to get a 1 minute task done. Deliberately cut off twice. #poorservice

    @virginmedia imagine setting up an account with e-billing and then receiving a paper bill that you've charged for. 🙄 Imagine taking 2 months to set up an account.. imagine sending personal customer information to a random email.. only at virgin media.

    @virginmedia I'm a VM customer for years, and I upgraded by phone with your customer service. And as I said, I've had 100+ speed for a while. I guess you make people believe until the cancel window finishes? My 4G speed before with you was higher than current 5G, pathetic

    @virginmedia virgin media business customer service beyond joke. Ordered broadband for 2 additional rental properties on the 27th of May, told 10 days for routers, 26 days later, no sign of routers and no updates from your account team despite chasing and putting in a complaint.

    @virginmedia Broadband has now gone down 5 times today since the self-proclaimed "top tech in the area" fixed it, he's somehow managed to make it worse. We're paying £92 a month for this, it's a joke

    @virginmedia I have tried to contact your team through the text service and after going through questions, I was on hold for nearly 45 minutes waiting to speak to an operator. This is not good enough and means I will have to try again tomorrow. Poor customer service and lots of time wasted

    Hey @virginmedia any chance of a service where we can get help rather than a terrible phone service where I have to wait on hold for half an hour to constantly run through the same tests on my broadband only to be fobbed off and the fault left unresolved?
