    @virginmedia Hey BG, so in total it disconnected 7 times from 7pm yesterday. The lights started flashing Green, after multiple resets it continued to disconnect throughout the evening. Really disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had issues with virgin’s internet.

    @virginmedia Yes. Powered down, switched off etc etc. Why would only certain content not delete and other content delete fine? Doesn’t make sense?

    @virginmedia Same as about a month ago. Said I need to enter password. But doesn't work. Have tried resetting password. Still no good. Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

    Having swapped broadband provider, I'd hoped to get away from de-camping from office to lounge (where router is) @virginmedia for video calls. When will the nec. roadworks be completed; a splitter was used to my property Dec 2020 and I am still waiting. Help desk couldn't advise.

    Been on hold to @virginmedia for over an hour, spend £40 a month on 350mb broadband but barely get 200mb, the signal is ****** from the unfixed box outside our house and our router was installed in the stupidest place but they still want £150 to move it/fix it 🤪🤪🤪

    @virginmedia I’ve called again and this other women says I am payin for upload, I’m so annoyed at getting mixed messages and some staff don’t know wtf they’re on about I’m so fed up with this company
