@alone_music @virginmedia Jesus that’s bad, thought it could be done online the activation. I moved house and they said 20£ to move. What they didn’t say was that they renewed the contract and double billed me as they take one month in advance as a new contract. Complained to @virginmedia nothing done

@virginmedia My signal in the house is rubbish. I got one smart pod but need another, I’m entitled to 3 with my package. But Virgin won’t order me one...they say it’s up to me, but I can never get through to talk to someone. It takes hours and hours and I don’t have time. Really poor service

@virginmedia The issue is never listed,get a txt to say the the network has fixed but this is not the case. This issue has been going on for months, why can’t virgin media be honest with their customers and tell us when that there is a major problem and the network can not cope
