    @virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my virgin media account for months, every time I call I get disconnected, put back to the original menu or told you’re too busy because of corona. Please let me know how I can cancel my subscription without spending hours of time

    @virginmedia not a great service, just moved house and it’s taken me a week to get through to you and now you are saying 10days to get my internet and TV working. Try having 3 kids for 10 days without the internet🤬🤬

    @virginmedia been on hold for a web chat for 3 hours now, and all phone numbers redirect to an automated service, telling me to use the web chat ... Is there any way to actually speak to someone?

    @virginmedia cannot get through to call centre or login to account. More frustratingly is automated answering service seems to be on a loop asking the same questions

    Well my internet went down in the middle of my online exam (which I was doing terribly at anyway), managed to finish but it was utter shit. Ironically this is not the first time I have been shafted by @virginmedia and probably wont be the last.

    @georgiebingham It’s not just Sky, @virginmedia has had a stinker for weeks in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. It’s the worst I’ve seen it since I had it a few years ago, 100mbs should be the speed, yet the signal is in and out for weeks! But I’ve seen it’s not just me it’s the rest of the UK too

    @virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

    @virginmedia My dad has tried this also. The internet signal always drops and still no one from your company has called about the engineer that was meant to come out to upgrade his boxes. Very disappointing

    @virginmedia i’ve troubleshooted via your website but it says there are no problems. I believe the problem is my jitter, causing online gaming to lag. My jitter is usually anywhere from 7ms to 50ms which isn’t anywhere near good enough for online gaming.

    @virginmedia The thing is I've spent a lot of time giving a detailed explanation of the issue and the complaint email states they have been unable to contact me. Funny that my mobile phone is a virgin number! Can you not simply reference the complaint and they can actually then phone me

    We have been trying for months to get @virginmedia to install new broadband. We need it to serve our community through online services. They have failed us time and again. There is no way to talk to a manager. @virginmedia help us do our job please
