@Seanie08 @virginmedia My speed this morning was 14mbps. Supposed to 108mbps average. They told me too many devices connected, so I turned off phone to 4g, turned off iPad and disconnect Amazon Alexa. Nothing else connected. Speed went up to 18mbps 🤣 ‘We are showing a good service!’ ByeBye.....

Hi @virginmedia, would appreciate some help in cancelling my broadband service. Website suggests a contact number to call which is a voicemail and diverts me to get help online. I’m getting no where.

@virginmedia Since moving to @virginmedia 2 weeks ago everything that could go wrong has, and no one at VM has taken resposibilty. I've raised a complaint and have been promised mangers would call but no one does. Just been on phone again, still problems and no help.... #virginmediadontcare

In the same month @virginmedia bill has doubled, the reliability has quartered. Internet at home is essentially useless & the WiFi router a clunky decoration! 2020, in a big city, and searching on Google is slower than an old dial-up modem. Usual awful customer service.

@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please allow me to return your gear then cancel my contract.

@virginmedia Have pixelated images while watching any Sky Movies Channel, tried a box reboot. No joy. Try the service status page, and that also is broken. Loads up then click the postcode box and the page goes blank....

@virginmedia The problem is you haven't provided any alternative means of communication whilst the service is down. There should be contingency plan from yourselves to still be able to provide a service. Your customers pay alot of money to not receive in this instance
