    @virginmedia Have pixelated images while watching any Sky Movies Channel, tried a box reboot. No joy. Try the service status page, and that also is broken. Loads up then click the postcode box and the page goes blank....

    @virginmedia The problem is you haven't provided any alternative means of communication whilst the service is down. There should be contingency plan from yourselves to still be able to provide a service. Your customers pay alot of money to not receive in this instance

    @virginmedia your customer service is absolutely shambolic. 3 days I’ve been trying to get my account resolved and all you do is keep transferring me around. Such incompetence. You are charging me for someone else’s bill because we have the same surname.
