    @virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my virgin media account for months, every time I call I get disconnected, put back to the original menu or told you’re too busy because of corona. Please let me know how I can cancel my subscription without spending hours of time

    @virginmedia My dad has tried this also. The internet signal always drops and still no one from your company has called about the engineer that was meant to come out to upgrade his boxes. Very disappointing

    @virginmedia i’ve troubleshooted via your website but it says there are no problems. I believe the problem is my jitter, causing online gaming to lag. My jitter is usually anywhere from 7ms to 50ms which isn’t anywhere near good enough for online gaming.

    @virginmedia The thing is I've spent a lot of time giving a detailed explanation of the issue and the complaint email states they have been unable to contact me. Funny that my mobile phone is a virgin number! Can you not simply reference the complaint and they can actually then phone me

    We have been trying for months to get @virginmedia to install new broadband. We need it to serve our community through online services. They have failed us time and again. There is no way to talk to a manager. @virginmedia help us do our job please
