    @virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my virgin media account for months, every time I call I get disconnected, put back to the original menu or told you’re too busy because of corona. Please let me know how I can cancel my subscription without spending hours of time

    @rozlaws @YodelOnline @joelycett It’s honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I know they’ve got a bad rep, which is why I’m really shocked Virgin Media are using them to send something so expensive. I’ll be getting on to both of them in the morning!

    @virginmedia broadband down yet again. Having to reset router on a twice daily basis. No Service chat and refuse to pay your outrageous rates to call from my mobile! Why do I pay when YOUR service/equipment is down/broken?!?
