@virginmedia I have had to email your DPO department again today for an update as it will be 3 weeks tomorrow since last reply. This has been rumbling on for a month. Your customer service is shocking. Who do I need to complain to? @Offcom?

@virginmedia shocking service so far. Ordered our broadband a month in advance of our house move as is essential because we’re both working from home. Been in a week and had delivery of my hub but still not able to connect. Advice is always just to wait and it will come online.

Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

@virginmedia I have an issue with Bluetooth headphones interfering with WiFi signal. Two pairs of headphones, same result. Is there anything I can do to the router to stop this from happening? It's better when I switch off the 2.4GHz band.

@mouthwaite @virginmedia All of the wi-fi providers are rubbish. I am with BT and had to make several complaints about poor signal. You would be better off with a pay as you go dongle to be perfectly honest.

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

AGH! 40 mins waiting on the phone to find out that @virginmedia will not help you understand why the internet service is slow unless you have an Ethernet plugged in... WHO CONNECTS BY WIRE TO THE INTERNET IN THE AGE OF TABLETS AND SMARTPHONE?! Ugh! 😡 #penalised

@virginmedia another 5 days waiting for a call back .. and this was after my case had been ‘elevated’ and a promise for all to be sorted on a Friday - more broken promises / what do you suggest now ? Just leave after 22 years ? @MartinSLewis @WhichUK - all details being recorded

@jonWturney @virginmedia If only they DID invest in their network. They bought Telewest in a fire-sale many years ago and have spent barely a penny on it. My guess is that they are able to ‘upgrade’ your speed because all of your neighbours have switched to BT, who actually have invested.

@virginmedia I dont want an account with you to send a complaint. I do not want to be your customer. All I want is to get this resolved. Do I have to go through @Offcom to resolve the issue issue?

@virginmedia First told it was a Netflix issue and I had to contact them, then told I needed to re- subscribe to Netflix, then I was told no don’t have to as it was a known issue, then told I’d made a change to my account (then confirmed I haven’t), now no one knows when it will be resolved.

@virginmedia Yes sure, 2 weeks in a row my internet playing up, reset this and reset that but it will not budge and I don’t have enough time to sit next to your ****** router and wait for the ****** service to come through therefore I would like to TERMINATE my contract. 59 mins on the phone

@virginmedia It wouldn't be so bad if it was still £39, or at least below £50. We basically have the same channels you'd get for free view yet are now expected to pay £66 a month. It's ridiculous. I don't think there's even a cheaper deal. Might just look with other providers.

@virginmedia You shouldn’t need to access individual accounts, “as you have advised there is an issue with some customers accounts” quite clearly a wider payment issue. I also have billing info from Netflix, which shows virgin media haven’t made a payment for my account for this month,
