@virginmedia I am glad I silence unknown callers, your sales team do not get the message. I am@happy with my current service and I will not get your TV or mobile services nor your land line services

  • jon_p_taylor
Jon Taylor (@jon_p_taylor) reported from Bathford, England

@virginmedia is the gift that keeps on giving. What does this even mean: “We know of an issue....we are not able to produce the right set of outages. The outages produces below may or may not affect you.” #priceless

  • JonHackett
Jon Hackett (@JonHackett) reported from Steeple Ashton, England

@virginmedia .... continue.... So you are not fulfilling your obligation! To ask them to pay for boosters to rectify YOUR problem is not acceptable! Sort it out Virgin Media and don’t take advantage of students! Please show some empathy!

  • leesto
Lee Stone (@leesto) reported from Bathford, England

I see @virginmedia are up to their usual tricks of hiding their service issues. Public status checker with postcode: It's all fine 🤔 Login with checker: There's a known fault in your area.

  • AdzCrawford2003
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@virginmedia Can you please tell me why the call quality on virgin mobile is absolutely atrocious? Some serious improvements need to be done as it’s bad with every number and even on VoLTE.

  • jamiew007
Jamie Walker (@jamiew007) reported from Melksham, England

@virginmedia how as a loyal customer, who has just renewed my contract why do I not get offered the Xbox deal? Why do you never look after existing customers?

  • RolandMillward
Roland Millward (@RolandMillward) reported from Trowbridge, England

@virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

  • 621_karl
    Yiddo1982 🐓 (@621_karl) reported from Warminster, England

@virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

  • MorefromMaw
Harry Maw (@MorefromMaw) reported from Bathford, England

I haven't been on this world long but @virginmedia has THE WORST customer service I have EVER come across 🤬🤬

  • SamOsbiston
Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England

@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

  • Tofrek
Jon Wort 🇺🇦 (@Tofrek) reported from Chippenham, England

@virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service. I asked James to escalate to higher management as a phone call is not enough. #CustomerService #virginmedia #BadVirginMedia

  • SamOsbiston
Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England

@virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

Sj_carter (@sarahcarter_sw) reported from Bathford, England

@virginmedia Are you kidding???? I’ve been messaging on your webchat with zero response! I will be cancelling the services & moving her to BT at this rate! Absolutely not acceptable for someone of her age to be terrified by her phone not working!!! She doesn’t own a mobile.

  • AdzCrawford2003
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@Socks8818 @virginmedia No. Just call quality is terrible. Data speeds are the same as o2

  • Arankay_1
aran kay (@Arankay_1) reported from Bathford, England

@virginmedia I need to speak to someone at customer service but I can never get through, what is the number for customer services. Urgent matter

  • jimajames
Jim James 🇺🇦 (@jimajames) reported from Trowbridge, England

@dnhdesign @virginmedia Completely agree with the repetition issue…CRM should capture these. And the time costs more than the actual bills…

  • NoWireHangers
𝚁𝚒𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚍 𝙼𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 👓 (@NoWireHangers) reported from Bromham, England

@SiOrme @virginmedia Go elsewhere. They are the worst.

  • Kranitoko
Charlie Murray (@Kranitoko) reported from Chippenham, England

Still waiting for Virgin Media to contact me about moving over to them... I know they said it can take up to 10 days but YOU'D THINK they'd do all they could for a new customer who's street has, apparently, been cabled into their network 🤔

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SuddenLife
    Max Pallas (@SuddenLife) reported

@gloucesterglass @virginmedia Mobile phone signal in Tewkesbury is virtually non existent. I can’t send SMS text inside my home, there no 5G, and I get a weak 4G on Tewkesbury bypass. Fortunately, I have good WiFi, YouFibre 900mb for £24 monthly.

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  • Pekalton
    Pekalton (@Pekalton) reported

@ConorPDunne I agree Connor. It’s time for a complete change of direction for RTÉ. I’ve lost interest in the LLS and RoT. I get RoT brings tourism to Kerry but it’s time for a change. RTÉ is still living in the times gone past. What exactly are we paying TV licence for? Virgin Media is as bad

  • John_Of_Eng
    John 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 (@John_Of_Eng) reported

@virginmedia your app and customer service are absolutely dreadful. I only want to change a direct debit date for Christs sake.

  • pgreen83
    Paul Green (@pgreen83) reported

@virginmedia I have sent another private message. 3 weeks non stop of having issues with virgin. When is everything going to work? I pay £120 a month for something that I cannot use.
