Richard D G Cox (rcox.bsky.social) (@RDG_C) reported@virginmedia If you talk to your legal department they can explain to you the significance of an “address for service”. It’s a physical address, not a link. By continuing prevarication you are exposing your employer to ridicule - and in plain sight. I ask again - please answer the question.

-
Anand Gupta (@anandcheam) reported@virginmedia can you spend some money on customer care so they can answer calls / chats and LISTEN when they do ? You guys sent me 2016 router box when the agreement was to send the latest and now no one is licking up the phone, is that joke? @Ofcom British regulators need to penalise where it starts hurting the service company. Like they do in the USA, 100s of millions of pounds or billions. Not peanuts.
