    @virginmedia I have an issue with my Tivo box, for the past 4 days search & discover and the apps don’t work until the box gets restarted. So far I have spent over 2 hours on the phone over the last few days and it’s not getting sorted

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @virginmedia Hi, as said above had done reboots and reset with pen on little button. The hub is where it always is, in the living room. It’s not a wifi issue because I have wired Ethernet connection problems too, with no internet access.

    @virginmedia It is more to do with WiFi dipping in and out at all times of day and night. Our neighbour, spoke to him yesterday, 2 doors away in same close, has had same prob and was given the Hub 4 which seems to have sorted signal strength. We have always had problems with WiFi here.

    @virginmedia 62 minutes being transferred from person to person telling them the same thing. Genuinely think it would be easier to drive to wherever your shoddy outfit is based, logon to one of your shoddy computers and cancel the account myself. Good luck with the final bill.

    @virginmedia Yes. Using the ethernet didn't help the other day when connection dropped. In any case using a line isn't practical with 2 WFH-ers and 2 home schoolers in the house...

    @anseribnz @virginmedia Oooh do tell. I’ve not come across community fibre.Thing is it was working well till I upgraded. I called them last week and the guy was like there isn’t anything they can do about the reception in my home but somethings gone wrong somewhere as the problems started once upgraded

    @virginmedia Thank you. I do reset the box and it’s fine for a day or two. If the problem persists I’ll either need a solution from Virgin or try another supplier, a decision based on current monthly cost versus competitor offerings.
