    @virginmedia .... continue.... So you are not fulfilling your obligation! To ask them to pay for boosters to rectify YOUR problem is not acceptable! Sort it out Virgin Media and don’t take advantage of students! Please show some empathy!

    @virginmedia You have provided a totally inadequate service for my daughter & her house mates. As university students they need a reliable service in order for them to continue with their studies. When they called for help you agreed their speed wasn’t as promised....

    @SophieEB @virginmedia Hello Sophie... As u r aware, I do RKG on Facebook.. I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia Are you kidding???? I’ve been messaging on your webchat with zero response! I will be cancelling the services & moving her to BT at this rate! Absolutely not acceptable for someone of her age to be terrified by her phone not working!!! She doesn’t own a mobile.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @MPH7MPH @virginmedia Oh they said I can remain on the same by increasing to £66 a month, double a new customer. If you keep prices the same and increase your customer base it’s bigger win. They are greedy mindless con artists!

    @virginmedia The extremely rude customer service guy had nothing to help me with, all he did was be rude. We did not have wifi for most days in those 3 weeks. Was very patchy intermittent service.

    @virginmedia When a technician came out, he called another team to fix the box and they flat out refused to come because the problem has resolved itself but if the same problem happens again has it really resolved itself ? Look at the comments you get about your service.. embarrassing.

    @virginmedia I called and I got a message that you’re too busy and sent me a text on things I can do? Hotspot from my mobile works fine, can’t get on the internet with multiple disconnections! It’s been like this for 2 wks! Frustrated with no solution!

    @virginmedia Would you kindly move #Channel4HD to channel 104 and then get rid of ALL your standard definition channels. People shouldn't be paying extra to get a decent bloomin resolution in 2022, what's wrong with you people?!
