    @virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia .... continue.... So you are not fulfilling your obligation! To ask them to pay for boosters to rectify YOUR problem is not acceptable! Sort it out Virgin Media and don’t take advantage of students! Please show some empathy!

    @virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia Are you joking? I can see with my own eyes. I responded by saying yes I have tried the troubleshooting. Because I’m not stupid and obviously that’s the first thing I’d try before putting myself through all of this. They can’t resolve my other query. So what next?

    @virginmedia The fault is that the hub 4 cannot cope with the expected speeds and therefore we require the upgraded hub 5, however we been advised that these are also having issues!! They managed a temporary patch back in December, which lasted about 4wks, since then I have to reset the hub

    @virginmedia No I’d prefer to call but like I say they person on the other end can either not hear me & call is terminated ot the call just cuts off. I am not blaming anyone just stating what happens. So what I’m being told is live without the service but keep paying. I’d rather just cancel

    @virginmedia Yeah . Techy came put changed a wire and the modem / router is still solid green and speeds up and down mostly down .5MB. Upload is fine? 50 Mbs

    @virginmedia It said 4pm today, and the broadband does seem fixed now. However, the 'phone is still completely dead, but the service checker says there are no current issues with either broadband or 'phone services in my area.

    @virginmedia I signed up on your website. However, I phoned in Jan said I was new & was told I could get a voucher and would be emailed confirmation of this. I never got the email. I was lied to to get me off the phone. Happens every time I call. I'm promised the voucher then nothing arrives
