Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Residential but I use internet when working from home etc. This is so frustrating that given the service has been good for last 2 years I have no alternative to look elsewhere for more reliable service.

@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

@virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

@virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

@virginmedia I have checked the service status website and it states there is no problem and I have turned the WiFi box on and off and reset it and I still have no connection. This is very frustrating as I have had to use my mobile data to do my university work

@virginmedia Whenever I phone it spends a long time telling me to use the web app or the online pages or text service. The last few times I've tried that I've been told to pay £240, or just passed from pillar to post So frustrated for the complete lack of service unless we complain publicly

Dear @virginmedia - I am not a table tennis ball, so please stop batting me backwards and forwards between two teams that can't help me. This is on the web app you nag me to use for 2 solid minutes everytime I try and call you on the phone. 1 hour in and I've got nowhere.
