    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia I eventually managed to get up and running, putting my hub 4 back in router mode rather than modem mode. It shouldn't work, but it does. My main frustration is the lack of online testing for my hub - I can't tell if it's your problem or mine.

    @virginmedia customer service absolutely atrocious. Agreed on a new tv package with free upgrade. Signed me up for a sim that I didn’t even want and carried out a credit search against me and then called back to say I can’t have the tv upgrade we agreed on! Deliberate misselling

    @virginmedia I still can't get hold of anyone to change our package before deadline of 25th Feb. What are we supposed to do? @Ofcom can you arrange for virgin customer services to call us? I'm currently battling both Covid & #VirginMedia, not sure which is worse yet..

    @virginmedia I have been huge broadband issues for months. Last time I had to speak to manager I was told if it happened again they would send an engineer out. I consistently have no WiFi at all at home and we have been sent boosters etc.

    @virginmedia what an absolute joke you are I've been held on the phone for over 50 minutes and when I get through to speak to someone they say hello then put the phone down to say I am livid is an understatement. You make sure I pay each month though
