@virginmedia day 2 and 53 minutes so far listening to your gushing voiceover in the queue on 0345 464 1111. What do I need to do to talk to you? Don’t say online chat as that’s the same. It’s an important situation and I don’t know how I can talk to you ? Help!!

  • VelocityRockFM
Andy Wrintmore (@VelocityRockFM) reported from Frome, England

@virginmedia why have you been so awful the last 6 months?

  • jamiew007
Jamie Walker (@jamiew007) reported from Melksham, England

@virginmedia how as a loyal customer, who has just renewed my contract why do I not get offered the Xbox deal? Why do you never look after existing customers?

  • RolandMillward
Roland Millward (@RolandMillward) reported from Trowbridge, England

@virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

  • Yarrhful
captain chungus™ (@Yarrhful) reported from Melksham, England

@virginmedia are you having issues with business stuff in the Melksham area? Got nothing and your status page says all is good.

  • JonHackett
Jon Hackett (@JonHackett) reported from Steeple Ashton, England

@virginmedia You have provided a totally inadequate service for my daughter & her house mates. As university students they need a reliable service in order for them to continue with their studies. When they called for help you agreed their speed wasn’t as promised....

  • lyntaylor55
Lyn Taylor (@lyntaylor55) reported from Southwick, England

@virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

  • JonHackett
Jon Hackett (@JonHackett) reported from Steeple Ashton, England

@virginmedia .... continue.... So you are not fulfilling your obligation! To ask them to pay for boosters to rectify YOUR problem is not acceptable! Sort it out Virgin Media and don’t take advantage of students! Please show some empathy!

  • SamOsbiston
Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England

@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

  • RJLW
Robert LW (@RJLW) reported from Frome, England

Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

  • BrookesPics
Mark Brookes (@BrookesPics) reported from Frome, England

@Parlez_me_nTory @virginmedia I feel alive ... I just need my COVID jab now to boost the wifi signal as far as Melksham apparently

  • markscott
Mark Scott (@markscott) reported from Trowbridge, England

@virginmedia last time I pay my bill online you illegally take DD payment, phone call says do it online, support is nonexistent via WhatsApp

  • jimajames
Jim James 🇺🇦 (@jimajames) reported from Trowbridge, England

@dnhdesign @virginmedia Completely agree with the repetition issue…CRM should capture these. And the time costs more than the actual bills…

  • BrookesComms
Mark Brookes (@BrookesComms) reported from Frome, England

@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

  • markscott
Mark Scott (@markscott) reported from Melksham, England

@virginmedia I am glad I silence unknown callers, your sales team do not get the message. I am@happy with my current service and I will not get your TV or mobile services nor your land line services

  • andy_williams27
Andy (@andy_williams27) reported from Trowbridge, England

@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Residential but I use internet when working from home etc. This is so frustrating that given the service has been good for last 2 years I have no alternative to look elsewhere for more reliable service.

@virginmedia @bexholloway Your broadband is ******* garbage, 5th outage this week, absolute trash.

  • weyland76
    m a t t (@weyland76) reported

.@virginmedia my TV box will not record anything. Every recording says "recording failed due to a technical issue" but I have no idea what that issue is?

  • rigga_mortis
    🅲🅷🆁🅸🆂 🚜🚛 (@rigga_mortis) reported

@306notout @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Shame you've not got Connect Fibre Matt (UK call centre), just moved to them with 1Gb up and down, and going over to Sky Ultra for TV in a couple of weeks - I know its not always about money, but £50 less per month is worth it.

  • WingsSherpa
    Wingssherpa (@WingsSherpa) reported

@VirginMedia_TV Shouldn’t it be ‘heavy entertainment’? I’ll look forward to that on Virgin Media Player. Actually, no I won’t because it never puts anything on there for UK viewers.

  • shauny67
    Shaun (@shauny67) reported

@QxPain_ @virginmedia Turn off router, turn off all devices connected via WiFi turn on router & bring up each device at a time & check WiFi & distance then will find which device is causing the issue. A router only has a certain distance will need a pod if drops out due to distance

  • lovelylisaj
    Lisa Allen (@lovelylisaj) reported

@virginmedia hi, my mum got a call supposedly from you about the router being slow. I took over and I don’t think it was legit. They were asking me to switch off the router and put it on again. I ended the call as I was suspicious. Internet speed is fine.

  • boomerangjf
    Jackie (@boomerangjf) reported

@virginmedia your service is diabolical ! We are still experiencing intermittent/reduction in service after being told it would be working properly from 29 July. I assume you will be expecting a reduction in payment from me?

  • Hayden_Willan
    hayden willan (@Hayden_Willan) reported

@virginmedia So what’s the point of the online renewal journey? Is the system designed to help customers, or just to annoy them?

  • SamanthaJane_H
    Sam Sheehan (@SamanthaJane_H) reported

@virginmedia I have messaged. I have taken days off on multiple occasions to wait in for engineers to attend. I was assured that due to external works I would not need to be in today, however the issue STILL has not been fixed despite assurances it would be sorted.
