    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia hi think our router has run it’s course. Had same one since we joined virgin. Think it’s why our wife is intermittent and slow. Can’t find any way to contact and website says factory reset which we have done several times

    @virginmedia I’ve spent at least 8 hours on the phone to you in the past 3 weeks and have got no where! Each time I call they say the external work will be done on X date and then it never happens! One week they told me every single day it would be that day but nope, still not been done!

    @virginmedia I rang custoner service and I have 2 option, 1st I have to pay £99 for engineer to come and reposition the router, 2nd I will get a booster which I'll have to pay extra £5 on top of the contract amount. I have been lied and now I have to pay extra for their carelessness.

    @virginmedia need help please, hello, the modem we have is so old and we’ve had virgin media for years. The interest seems so much more slower, how do I go about getting a new modem as I’m having to reset it at times to see if it helps the speed?!
