@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

@virginmedia I’ve also done that, followed the steps and the issue was not resolved. It told me to book a slot with a technician - but the earliest availability is Thursday. I was hoping you had some other possible solutions because I don’t think it is a hardware issue anyway
