@virginmedia As you are aware OFCOM believe this practice is illegal. The fact people can’t move onto a new development and you’re not putting down cables is not their fault. It’s an inappropriate way to treat customers fairly.

@virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

@virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

@tdempsey100 @virginmedia My Virgin router regularly drops out, typically for 10 mins or so, once every few days — not just WiFi, all connectivity. Amazingly it usually recovers by itself so less intense users might not notice how unreliable it is. Yes, I asked for help, and no, nothing helpful happened.
