    @virginmedia This contact was via the phone. He did give a reason, the reason being he didn’t know what the problem was. So told us to sit here and wait with no Wi-Fi and hope it sorts itself out.

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia My broadband keeps disconnecting. This is my 4th time contacting and it gets worse each time you apparently fix something. Please can you fix it. I cannot work at home and I’ve just been booted out of your online chat to resolve the problem!

    @virginmedia I had already tried that before ringing 150 & it hadn't worked. I was told by advisor that even when they had been changing them for customers it didn't resolve problems or did for just a few days only. told there was a major outage in my area & engineers had been working on it
