@virginmedia Box is connected to TV via HDMI cable I've tried different cables and hdmi ports on TV to eliminate those as issues. Doesn't happen with on-demand programs.

I'd like to thank @virginmedia. The fact that your new VO service is absolutely shocking, not user friendly and painfully slow, has luckily stopped me spending the £12.99 that my wife wanted to spend on "The Star is Born" PHEW!!!!!! Every cloud and all that.

@virginmedia My broadband has been down now for 6 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the last time lost it for 4 days. The customer support line is shocking for many reasons. Clearly Virgin do not know how to properly fix issues! Shocking service!

@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Residential but I use internet when working from home etc. This is so frustrating that given the service has been good for last 2 years I have no alternative to look elsewhere for more reliable service.

@virginmedia The Internet was down and I ran 4 diagnostics and each one told me my cable wasn't plugged in to my hub, after being on hold and ringing back I was instantly told by the automated service that my postcode had problems. Its fixed now

@virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia They are from 020 3743 6950. They don’t say why they’re calling, they don’t speak - just breathe heavily for ~5 seconds then hang up. Is this how you treat your customers? Once could be a mistake but happening so many times confirms my thoughts that it’s not just human error
