I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @virginmedia You have provided a totally inadequate service for my daughter & her house mates. As university students they need a reliable service in order for them to continue with their studies. When they called for help you agreed their speed wasn’t as promised....

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    Uh oh. I think @virginmedia's computer system AND phone lines are broken. First operator complained of a slow computer, then cut me off 5 mins into the call. Called back and now there's a recorded message saying they're too busy to take calls and to call back tomorrow.
