    @virginmedia saga continues- so their call handler didn’t call me back and now someone’s told me they cancelled my compensation cheque because my account is closed. My account was closed because you couldn’t provide a simple service for 4.5 months and damaged my property.

    I’ve seen multiple @virginmedia AD’s with wheelchair users in & every single time my face lights up like a kid at christmas, representation MATTERS & is non-existent for disabled people, this feeling will never get old. ✨

    The £ gleaned by both @virginmedia and @SkySports in making it difficult for fee/ subscription paying members to watch “each others” content must clearly outweigh the customer service calls and complaints 🤬

    @virginmedia I would be happy to keep virgin, and that would be ok, and I would keep the same contract.. but it is you who can't provide service... How is it me ending the contract? How am I compensating you and not the other way around?

    @Ofcom hi there @virginmedia are charging me for fibre350 and im getting 30 at the best there customer service will not even send out a engineer to look. This has been going on for months. I have just spent over 2 hours on the phone again to them all they said is complain to you.

    @virginmedia #rude #badservice Had Virgin broadband installed just to discover a better deal on money supermarket. Contacted them to ask if they would honour it and was refused point blank, told not to complain, wouldn’t put me through to the boss and wouldn’t give her name.

    Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

    @Birdybabe07 @virginmedia Bt, great deals atm. Once back on openreach network you can move around with over 50 companies. Once on virgin you can only use virgin. bt will happily re instal to get you back on openreach network. Unless you need business fibre...then I can provide or advise👍.

    @virginmedia we contacted you yesterday to say our WiFi is down! You tell us you can’t get an engineer until Sat! It’s ridiculous! You owe us more then just money off our next bill! We have no tv as have no freeview and have to use our mobile data for that long is unacceptable!

    @virginmedia been having terrible connection for months now but given the benefit of the doubt. did a BQM last night and it’s shown constant packet loss of 25%+ the whole time. is there a number i can call to skip the “reset your router” talk?

    @virginmedia what’s going on with the internet, perfect for 11 months, was going to renew but it’s been awful i work from home so need the internet and it’s dropping out several times a day now, also drops out every night at 11pm it’s been rebooted etc and still happens.

    @claudianvm @parimalkumar @virginmedia This. Each time ours comes up for renewal with Virgin I just say we're leaving, they put me through to someone authorised to negotiate and I get it knocked back down to a reasonable amount.
