@virginmedia I have had a terrible experience with Roshan technical support at virgin media. After reporting a fault with my WIFI network three times, he put the phone down on me. These technical support people are arrogant rude and not helpful at all!

@virginmedia also was offer a system that would improve the WiFi in the house. The netgear pl1000 arrived yesterday and doesn’t give me@any further WiFi coverage. It just extends the network. I only have the one router..

@virginmedia Thanks the router was out next to the tv by the outside wall, so we’ve never been able to use the WiFi in other parts of the house. It really only works well in that room.

@albanwr @cybergibbons I don't use any of my Samsung TVs smart features and deny it network access for that exact reason. But my virgin media V6 box and Netflix account are happily sending sweet something back all the time.

@virginmedia I can receive the booster free of charge your colleague confirmed this before putting me on hold and hanging up on his return. Your app is useless so when I test the internet connection on your app it says my signal is fine in one of my rooms when that's not the case.

@virginmedia my WiFi is not working despite paying someone to install it and about 7 hours of troubleshooting so far. One of your agents was helping me and was supposed to call me back 25 minutes ago but hasn’t yet and booster issue still not fixed

@virginmedia The link just leads to the page where it says they're working on it, and the call says to hang up. I don't think there's a problem in my area in general, my neighbour has no issues. And it's just our upload speed affected. I just don't know how to get through to an actual person.

@virginmedia It is a one off credit due to complete loss of service for 9 days. Every time I ask why it’s not been applied, I’m told it has now been applied and it will appear on my next bill. I’m then given a bill with no deductions! Extremely frustrating.
