    @alone_music @virginmedia Jesus that’s bad, thought it could be done online the activation. I moved house and they said 20£ to move. What they didn’t say was that they renewed the contract and double billed me as they take one month in advance as a new contract. Complained to @virginmedia nothing done

    @virginmedia customers with difficult problems seem to be parked in telephone que until they go away. Really trying to work to Virgin. Still waiting 55 minutes bet they will just disconnect me!

    @virginmedia Here we go again. It’s been working fine for a year & just stops. I went through exactly the same issue a year ago & one of your engineers visited & proved it was your hardware. If your router has issues working with other devices when it’s in modem mode, then VM need to fix it

    @benjitindz @virginmedia To be fair, the speed is the best option and I’m on 250mbps whereas the best I’d get on ADSL is 10-34mbps. Agreed, customer service is worse than a RyanAir equivalent
