    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia I was, the problem sorted in 15 mins on the phone to a nice chap. but took 4 hrs just to speak to a human being. Unacceptable levels of service in this day and age.

    @virginmedia Can you please tell me why the call quality on virgin mobile is absolutely atrocious? Some serious improvements need to be done as it’s bad with every number and even on VoLTE.

    @virginmedia And another problem, I cannot get into my app as the password is incorrect, when I request a new one the link is always expired so I'm never able to change it.

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service.     @virginmedia yes i have and it says no issues which is incorrect. it said the same yesterday when it went down too. however our village have a fb page and 20+ people are having the same issue with no connection so that’s how i know it’s not just me

    @virginmedia My question about Caroline Donnelly's post is still unanswered. I mean on one hand I really appreciate that you guys trying to help. Respond to people's complaints and and all that. But the reality is none of those complains about broadband have actually been resolved.
