@virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

@virginmedia I was, the problem sorted in 15 mins on the phone to a nice chap. but took 4 hrs just to speak to a human being. Unacceptable levels of service in this day and age.

Stay away from @virginmedia My broadband has been problematic since the 13th Oct and was advised of an outage! However won't be fixed until 20th Oct. 7 days!! Bet they will still try and take the full payment from my account! #virginmedia #virginmediadown

@virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

Outrageous behaviour from @virginmedia who are trying to charge me for leaving them because they can’t provide service to my new postcode. That’s not my fault, I am being held to ransom and I am most displeased. Yet they won’t speak to me.
