    @virginmedia Thank you to Stuart and Simon also a nother nice guy I didn’t know his name, in Swindon for installing my new tv,broadband and phone, they had many problems and overcame them, had to go away then came back at 6pm to install, thank you guys you did a great job

    It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

    @virginmedia This is getting tedious now. Just sort out your service. The reports of dropped connections in the area is huge. Just check complaints log, so it is clearly your equipment. Right now Sky broadband is starting to look very tempting.

    @virginmedia virgin customer services is an absolute nightmare. Over the phone they agree that I don’t have any outstanding balance but I keep getting outstanding bills through mail. They have even notified the credit rating agencies while reassuring me that it’s an error.

    @virginmedia I've tried text chat. The response is so slow it takes a day for a reply. I've called faults but can't get through. When I upgraded a tech came, that's only just over 2 weeks ago.
