@virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

@virginmedia disgusted with the customer service from virgin media. My Nan is 80 years old and is trying to get a PUK code to keep her phone number and your staff hung up on her because she couldn’t remember her password!!!

@virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

@virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

@Phaero_ Had a look in the logs of your modem and notice an obnoxious amount of porn being downloaded. We all know that Pornhub removed all the non verified content of their website but this is A LOT. Hope this helps. - Virgin Media Support

@virginmedia Yes we checked last night and there were no issues. It’s a constant problem. Last night we tried catch up and it happened 4 times during one programme so we gave up. We’ve done everything this end. I was on hold for 35mins and gave up on that. There must be something you can do.

@virginmedia I have tried that - sent a text on Dec 5 and have had nothing back. This is not a local issue, it happens to us every time we watch something on catch up. I don’t know who else to contact or how to get through o some help as we’ve tried everything but this isn’t good enough.
