    @virginmedia I was, the problem sorted in 15 mins on the phone to a nice chap. but took 4 hrs just to speak to a human being. Unacceptable levels of service in this day and age.

    @virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

    Is anyone else on @O2 finding that since the @virginmedia team up the service is horrendous, has taken my partner seven weeks to get their account unlocked, no itโ€™s been unlocked. They canโ€™t pay their bill due to an insecure website issue and too many redirects.

    @virginmedia Perhaps, but not 1 day then 7 days between updates on the same day & within minutes. If this was a water outage for this length of time there would be water tankers delivering water to houses - why are you not providing us with mobile data during this extended SNAFU.

    @virginmedia Contract is up in june i will be leaving soon as possible, had new modem, 3 engineer visits which resulted in my front garden being dug up on 3 seperate occassions for new connection and wire being laid, still get flashing red light on box and intermitant signal, you never help
