    @virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

    @virginmedia hey! Your customer service team are useless. Parents making changes to services and no one will send an email to confirm price. Not good enough. Last time they were quoted the monthly fee ended up more than quoted.

    @virginmedia I’ve called 5 times and on average takes me 15 minutes of my time to discuss and it never gets resolved. And you just charged me £135 for the last month of having 1/2 of a service.

    @virginmedia have just provided me with the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Their call agent hung up on me, when I requested speaking their line manager. Broadband issues and now TV system down but they will compensate £1.50 on a £100 per month contract 😂 jokers

    @TIMO317 @virginmedia I was fully prepared to terminate my BB with VM there and then. £40 for 69mb/s BB is horrendous. They sorted out an 18 month contract for 100mb/s at £27 month. I should've done it sooner. 🙂
