    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia despite this ongoing for 4 weeks, the issue is apparently being able to get 2 specific engineers together to run a cable until Dec 3rd. But you were able to get a team of 3 people out to lay the groundwork for said cable a week ago which took 10 minutes. @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia Impossible to get through to anyone. Paying for 500MB fibre and getting nowhere near that, no matter the time of day/night. Working from home is near impossible with the near constant outages, or drop in signal. This is ridiculous.

    @l_Kathleen_l While I've had issues getting my installation in, they've all been on the OpenReach end. BT have been fine to deal with, and getting the support from Scotland is really a god send compared to dealing with Virgin Media who outsource to offshore.
