@virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

@virginmedia by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Leaving you after my contract ended and giving 30 days notice has taken 4 months. Staff are incompetent, and contact is nigh on impossible. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone

@virginmedia three weeks ago I reported that my landline phone cable had been accidentally cut by a workman.i was told you no longer repair the old cables and I would be sent an adapter to connect my phone to my router I am still waiting and paying for a service I can't use .
