    @virginmedia I was, the problem sorted in 15 mins on the phone to a nice chap. but took 4 hrs just to speak to a human being. Unacceptable levels of service in this day and age.

    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia I had virgin media but the service is no poor i decided i could not be treated like that. so cut it loose and it feels great. rather live in the 80s than have that again

    I’ve recently switched from @virginmedia to @skytv and it has to be the WORST decision ever. So many connectivity problems, dropping network on the Q Mini boxes all the time. Absolute ****!

    .@vmbusiness We heard today that due to repairs ours & other business broadbands @FlourishGlen will be down for 6 hours next Thursday. We will have to close and turn away 100s of customers as won't able to take payment.Surely the hospitality sector has had enough trials in 2021?

    Definitely can not recommend @virginmedia broadband. Had issues since the start of the year and they're back again. Current issue not expected to be fixed until the 27th.

    @virginmedia I haven't used the forum, however I'd read that previous customers with this issue should be offered a replacement as it's a safety concern if the modem cannot demonstrate overheating. However, your phone team told me I'd have to wait for a 72 hour diagnostic to be run. It's 30c!

    @virginmedia Didn't have any signal anywhere in house (affected both myself and my husband) - got it back now. Spent an hour on online chat to get absolutely nowhere. Needed urgent response as needed code for work system login - have lost money as don't get paid when not online!
