    After waiting for over 1 hour to talk to a human on @virginmedia, can't help but feel like I was being trolled by the choice of background songs. One says "I could get used to this", other about being down down down... Somehow I don't think this is the best choice of mood music.

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia No I haven't. Even the service status page is down on the website. :( the phone lines tell me you are working on it, which is fabby but would be good to know what the issue is and how serious I suppose. Thanks for coming back to me so quickly though. :)

    @virginmedia was on phone for over 2hrs yesterday sorting out why disconnected...now waiting on phone again already 30mins still no answer to find why still no internet... absolute awful customer service

    @virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

    @virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue for ox145 will be fixed. When I ring 150 I get no actual update, just that you are working on it. I work from home and rely on this. Ta. :)

    @virginmedia 3 times now in 2 days I have had calls from a random call centre claiming to be from Virgin Media. One claiming to be from "virgin media security" asked them to verify who they were and then put the phone down. Where do I go report these?

    @virginmedia I’ve hung up now… was on hold over an hour as it was. Been trying to sort out cancelling my 80+ year old grandparents tv contract seeing as they’ve been paying through the earth unnecessarily… they initially wrote to cancel in October but you keep sending bills.

    @virginmedia Maybe give your customers customer retention discounts instead of constantly sweetening deals for new customers. And when customers do want to leave, don't hold them on the phone for 45 mins and actually LISTEN to their complaints of poor service and FIX it.

    @virginmedia Can anyone help my mum who has broken her hip? Virgin have ended her mobile service by mistake so she has no phone and can't get out. The CS agent wouldn't help due to data protection even though I had every detail apart from the account password so wouldn't correct.

    @abbyhorsegirl @virginmedia I know! They sent me the free wifi dongle, but honestly it’s a piece of ****!! Never had any signal and always says connection error so it doesn’t get used anyway! My Installation has been rescheduled 3 times now because the external works haven’t been done. ******* stupid 🙄🙄🙄
