    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @AntonyHumphreys @virginmedia Antony I’ve recently had a terrible experience with Virgin, I don’t recommend them! TV box is great but service was surprisingly 💩.

    @virginmedia I have been without internet since yesterday. It is really frustrating in these difficult times when people need to work from home. Impossible to talk to anyone!!! Still don’t know when the problem will get sorted!!!

    @virginmedia Great! In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and the service is down since this morning in Didcot. With so many people working from home and you let everyone down. I am waiting to finish my contract with you and bye-bye. You won’t see me ever again !!!

    @virginmedia I've just received my price rise letter. Utterly extortionate! I will be calling you later to move providers. Your WiFi router is terrible as well. Perhapse my new provider will let me use the Internet more than 6ft away from the router?

    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    @virginmedia No I haven't. Even the service status page is down on the website. :( the phone lines tell me you are working on it, which is fabby but would be good to know what the issue is and how serious I suppose. Thanks for coming back to me so quickly though. :)

    @virginmedia 1hour waiting the first time and disconnected. This is the second time, still on the phone and waiting 55min. It is pretty much the whole day wasted trying to talk to customer services. Can you please help?

    After waiting for over 1 hour to talk to a human on @virginmedia, can't help but feel like I was being trolled by the choice of background songs. One says "I could get used to this", other about being down down down... Somehow I don't think this is the best choice of mood music.

    @O2 @KerZE87 O2 has went downhill since they merged with Virgin media. I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.

    attend later in order to connect the fibre optic cable. No engineer attended and today we have had to contact virgin media 3 times by telephone to find out what is happening.Despite being told earlier in the day the issue was being escalated and we would receive an update
