    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia 1hour waiting the first time and disconnected. This is the second time, still on the phone and waiting 55min. It is pretty much the whole day wasted trying to talk to customer services. Can you please help?

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia I’ve had everything from they are on their way to I’ll chase them up they haven’t been sent. I’ll get back to you etc. I upgraded to the volt package purely to get these boosters. I think I’ll cancel my contract if they don’t have this sorted by Friday. Thanks for any help.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your/colleagues responses. Point taken re ‘true’ scam calls. If 02033197435 is a genuine Virgin media number, I will brief mum on how best to respond to avoid future issue. I do still believe though that some guidance to call staff would alleviate such issues. 🤞

    @virginmedia are you able to help with account ownership transfer? my tariff changed&was told to get back in contact today so it could be transferred, that it would all be ready to do so today.there was just an agent typing but they left the chat again without saying anything. ty

    @virginmedia just got a new sky deal and checked your website for comparison. (Bit cheaper). Had a call from your sales team and when I said I’m not really wanting to change, they were downright rude.!! Reminds me of by I chose to move to Sky..
