    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia Thanks for the response. We have actually served our 30 days so have resolution. I have to say Helen (surname unknown) did her best to find us another package but when a new customer gets more options than existing it just did not sit well .. thanks Virgin

    @virginmedia Not acceptable. 4 failed engineer appointments with a 5th now scheduled for 3 weeks time - unacceptable. No internet for 2 months now. I'm paying for a service I am failing to receive. I want an engineer next week, no excuses. I'm done @MartinSLewis

    @virginmedia The thought off waiting anouther hour to only be cut off is not one im keen on, perhaps a callback service would be beneficial as you will have my contact details and I'm sure this could be cleared up very quickly.
