John Moore (@JohnMoo99882213) reported@bmstewart2004 This is exactly why I cancelled my Virgin Media subscription and moved to BT over 5 years ago. My bill went down from over £100 a month to £42 a month. When my contract is up for renewal I make contact and negotiate a deal. I am now paying £39 a month for broadband & TV package.
-
Iain Sankey (@IainSankey) reported@TWO_Librans @virginmedia Yes, I am aware of the cancellation period, but it's a cheek, really. The problem with my landline was that I got constant nuisance calls on it all day long. I'd kept it for a few elderly relatives' sake, but they've all departed now, so I've disconnected it.
-
pat (@wfc2000uk) reported@virginmedia @_hayleighhxo They turned into a shambles of company I had no broadband for week, and they offered was £40 , so told them I’m not renewing in may, wanted £700 to leave now. I would not recommend them , been with them since 2009. They are awful company now.
-
Neil Skivington (@glentfc27) reported@virginmedia Any idea when the ongoing issues with the Sky Sports X button are going to be resolved. It's been going on quite a while now.
-
oldman (@gyoldsingleman) reported@virginmedia How does this help when u want to watch on tv ????
-
Paul Green (@pgreen83) reported@virginmedia Could you reply to my DM? Absolutely shocking service with no accountability. £120 a month for what? No service, no customer service! Potentially you are in breach of contract and now ignoring customer complaints. Not a good look this!!
