    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia Yes I have explained all this before. Is there any point? My recent issue was with the pathetic final letter, now combined with the fact that your system is so poor you know nothing about this. Totally poor customer experience.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia And when you say ‘change to paper’ I’ve never had emailed bills either! When I am told it’s been done I expect it to done. Plus I have no idea of my account number as I don’t receive bills with that info on!! Do you see the circles I’m going in

    Tried to renew my @virginmedia broadband/TV contract today, got 3 different prices from 3 agents and they all said that existing customers can’t pay the same as new customers, they have to pay more. Since when did it become cheaper to lose customers? Virgin Media is terrible!

    @virginmedia My issues was resolved on last visit internally so I don’t know why we need a re pull and the first date for a re pull was 21st March then changed to the 28th March then the 5th now I just had message saying the 7th. I had previously escalated this with yourselves. No reply

    @virginmedia my hub3 is behaving strangely. Started about 30 min ago and it's been completelly dropping wifi, i dont mean no internet access, the network just disappears. It goes off for 5-10 minutes and then comes back for a couple minutes and then disappears again. Help please!
