@virginmedia We have a Hub 3. The intermittent connection and drop outs are not due to WiFi, as the speed and connection was fine all Sat. Since then bad. Also, the lack of time to answer the callback is cynical -one ring! They can claim I didn’t answer and now I’ll have to call back. Crap.

@queenchristina_ @virginmedia Go to SKY Christina. I have NEVER had a problem getting through to them on ANY MATTER and your not sent off shore to Philippines or Australia. So do yourself a favour. Call them, VIRGIN ARE past their sell by date.
