    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia We have a Hub 3. The intermittent connection and drop outs are not due to WiFi, as the speed and connection was fine all Sat. Since then bad. Also, the lack of time to answer the callback is cynical -one ring! They can claim I didn’t answer and now I’ll have to call back. Crap.

    @virginmedia Currently I cannot access upgrade options when I log into my account. Says I need to call customer service. You have now messaged me to increase my charges. Customer services don’t answer so how do I rectify this & take advantage of these new foc upgrades & services you mention?

    @virginmedia Shame it’s the level of service I am use to. I got through to someone and after being on hold for for 25 mins and then speaking to someone for 15 making progress, I got cut off!

    @queenchristina_ @virginmedia Go to SKY Christina. I have NEVER had a problem getting through to them on ANY MATTER and your not sent off shore to Philippines or Australia. So do yourself a favour. Call them, VIRGIN ARE past their sell by date.
