    @virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

    @virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

    If anyone is interested in how much @virginmedia are overcharging for their dreadful service, I’ve just been offered a price match on cancellation to move to a different supplier. £27.50/month for a service for which they originally increased price to £105/month

    @virginmedia let me down once again with their pathetic service. First the broadband was extremely slow all day and now the Hub is gone. No emergency appointment and I have to wait for a week for a technician visit. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I’ve texted that number 811 times. Is there any reason that the 812th will be the one. One of your senior managers just said because it’s in deadlock there’s nothing he’s going to do. Unfortunately that’s not how it works, and if he doesn’t know god help you.

    @virginmedia I want to cancel; there’s been a fault with the broadband for a while and you wrote to inform of a price rise. I’m out of contract so should be easy enough-can you let me know how to cancel please-ideally the quickest way without having to try to get through on the phone!

    @virginmedia Your customer service number is disconnected 90% of the time and when it does connect it states it is over an hours wait time. Are you not able to get someone to follow up and call me? Not sure why I am having to follow this up.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not even though I tried again for another hour and once again cut off, & the messaging service appears not to be manned!. now raised a complaint Appreciate you are mostly working from home but the waiting times are ridiculous for then to be cut off every time.
