    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia It's always the same response. No service impacting issues reported. However, the service is pretty bad. Wondering if @virginmedia network is capable of handling traffic or deliberately doing throttling. @Ofcom

    @bullshit_spoons @virginmedia I got round the WiFi issue! Put box into modem mode & attached supplemental router to handle WiFi. Virgin WiFi has issues with some connected devices. So this sorts that out.
