    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Nope. When I try to register loss of service it says it’s an issue with my device…all 4 of my devices aren’t working correctly. Followed the instructions- rebooted/restarted the hub to factory settings but according to service status it’s running fine?

    @elniedunne @toobbroadband @WeAreOpenreach Hello. Toob are a new Broadband service provider and as a such have been granted the status of a Statutory Undertaker by the Government. This gives Toob the same legal rights as Utility Companies such as BT Openreach, Virgin Media, Southern Water and Southern Gas Networks. (1/8)

    @virginmedia That's poor. Unless it's 48 hours of affected service, you do nothing about the inconvenience you're causing by choosing to start carrying out monthly maintenance. You're surely aware the past 18 months have caused more people to work from home than before. What do we do?
