@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@johnj2555 @virginmedia I presume because VMTV buys so many of the programmes to show simultaneously. It would be a pointless investment if everyone also had UTV/ITV. RTÉ's only simulcast import is EastEnders, so it's not a huge issue to have BBC on the platforms.

@virginmedia The service was good and when I get a new place I'd consider it. You need to make it easy to leave though. Make it an option on the website like any other company instead of requiring an hour and a half in chat.

@virginmedia Given the amount of times I've tweet about issues with VM and annoyance of try to talk to your customer service... you realise how patronising that sounds right? That fact that 10 years later the first advice VM give is " reboot it" is frankly insulting!

@LadyVdesignsldn @virginmedia Yeh - am looking for alternatives and am getting some insider info from a friend who invests in this area. I think VM gets you with the promise of high speeds but I gather these speeds never materialise anyway. Kind of a con really.

@virginmedia Thinking logically and in order to provide a better quality of service, someone of your team needs to take accountability and ownership of this issue and fix it, instead of the customer chasing you for month and a half.
