    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia i have cured dreadful tv picture break up watching on my VM Tivo box esp poor on all @btsportfootball channels. Fix is to record another channel, then the picture is fine. Why does it work ?

    @virginmedia is there an email address I can use for customer service? The online chat is awful, wait 2 days+ for a reply then it comes at 7am and shoots me back in a queue when I don’t immediately respond (I was asleep!) I’ve been trying to fix this for over a month I need help!

    @virginmedia not impressed so far! Had my Gig1 connection and Hub4 installed this evening. Since the engineer left I can't get higher than 90Mbps on a wired connection, no more than 50 on wifi,the Connect app doesn't work with Hub4s and he didn't have any wifi boosters available!

    @virginmedia on the phone for over one hour and call gets dropped... seriously?? Your tv service is terrible, I’ve been trying for months to have my 8 year old TiVo box replaced and you can’t be bothered to make it happen. Shame on you your service is a shambles
