    Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

    @virginmedia was on the phone to your customer service department for over an hour today, transferred to 5 different people, all of which repeated the same troubleshooting processes your website does. And still got nowhere. I had to hang up. My internet still doesnt work.

    @virginmedia I was advised my contract would end on 27 March and my payment would increase. I called 7 March and agreed to a new payment for 18 months at renewal. I've been charged from the 7-27 March for a service I've already paid for and also at the increased rate! The bill seems a mess!
