    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes she asked for that but they said they couldn’t get the cost down unless she took the basic no frills package but her husband is really sick and the only enjoyment is the sports. I think she’s just going to cancel it’s not worth the hassle !

I’m sure you guys will let me off the £70 a month you charge me currently if I lose my job because you’re not money hungry at all.
