@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

Paid £15 for @premierinn ultimate Wi-Fi which is anything but ultimate. In the last 24 hours it has been slow and random DNS errors now won’t let me connect at all called the @virginmedia helpline who basically said it might work in an hours time, or not!

Couldn’t sleep so i put the tv on and pressed the menu button on the virgin media remote and it’s changed due to an update and it’s absolutely crap 🙄 #VirginMedia #Clueless
