@CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

@virginmedia Yes I e tried one min I have 100 mb , the next I’m getting 100 killer bites , it’s so up and down it can’t last a full race which is 45 mins seems after about 29 mins I lose connection get kicked and then Internet is ok again but I can’t get back on

@virginmedia No I have opened a complaint. The last time I used text it was a nightmare and as useless as other channels to gain resolution. Perhaps RB should have use money to invest in services instead of vanity projects.
