@virginmedia Another day, another excuse from your service team. I message them and they have say nobody is coming: "I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. As I checked, the appointment was not attended due to technician unavailability."

@virginmedia Haha there is zero point. I’ve got 2 complaints ongoing due to how crap you’ve become. Really love I’m ******* for like another 18 months. Absolute top tier service you bunch of jokers

  • APTSArchive
    APTS Archive (@APTSArchive) reported

Quick update following my post - I did have a DM discussion with VirginMedia. Apparently all refunds are process via cheque payments and posted to you - and I’ve got to wait up to 45 days - yes 45 days for the cheque. If I’ve not received it by then I’ve got to contact them again and they will investigate why - probably waiting another 45 days. This is disgusting behaviour @virginmedia, despite it being so called company policy. You took £1,070 from our account despite assurance the equipment return date had been extended, causing us to be overdrawn, yet you now hang on to our money for up to 45 days! It doesn’t take 45 days for a computer to print a cheque!

  • 4peterborough
    🇬🇧 Andy🇬🇧 (@4peterborough) reported

@virginmedia What’s the point? Everyone is suffering the same problem. I’m sure if you check on social media you see people do not like this function

  • MalcDaySTFC

@virginmedia @Carolestfc1 Cancel the subscription as not fit for purpose! Either that or a refund is the least you should expect.

  • MisraSonali

  • stephenm68
    Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reported

@tilalx @virginmedia It is. And nobody seems to have any information about what (if anything) is actually being done about the issue in our area

  • UncommonNeutral
    Tó's Right Foot (@UncommonNeutral) reported

@longlaneroyal @virginmedia I don't understand why anyone uses Virgin Media. I've literally never met a happy customer of theirs. Plusnet forever and always.

  • VirginMediaNews
    Virgin Media News (@VirginMediaNews) reported

Prince Harry, Elton John and five others have been ordered to pay an initial £9.5 million to the publisher of Britain’s Daily Mail following their failed privacy case. The group had accused the publisher of unlawful information gathering - claims it denied. The judge found there was insufficient evidence to support the claims and said there was a possibility the reporting came from legitimate sources. The £9.5 million payment must be made by August 28. @virginmedia @CliveR39 The last time I checked a couple of days ago it gave an estimated fix of 28th August. Which considering it’s been at least a week since it went down is a considerable length of time to not receive the service we’re paying for.
