@virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

@virginmedia It just ends there is no error message or anything it just finishes like the programme has ended, it asks if i want to delete or keep the programme like normal. It's happened twice so far this year. Also things keep getting recorded that I have never put a recording on for😵

@virginmedia So it turns out this issue is not resolved. I was told to expect a call back within 24-48 hours and I have heard nothing. Back to square one - No access to the broadband I am paying for. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. 1/2
