    @virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

    Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

    @diyaaaxo @virginmedia @richardbranson If you want my advice get yourself a decent router which provides whole house coverage. Super hub is terrible for this I have an ASUS router setup and use the virgin media hub in Modem mode only. Virgin have no way of improving your wifi coverage using the superhub.
