    @virginmedia Great! In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and the service is down since this morning in Didcot. With so many people working from home and you let everyone down. I am waiting to finish my contract with you and bye-bye. You won’t see me ever again !!!

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp As the phone service is provided over our fibre network, if you have a local power cut, your phone service will not work and you won’t be able to make or receive calls, even to emergency services - email sent says this how are ppl supposed to do business with this ????????????

    @virginmedia I signed up for broadband direct on your website and received an order confirmation email but no contract or account number. Self install box was due 30.07 but hasn’t turned up. Nobody can help me on the phone without an account number.

    @virginmedia Ok, whilst that’s settling down there are a few other issues I’d like to address…..we had a technician come round the other week to fix the problem of our TV picture breaking up for over a month. The fix went well but it’s now happening on my TV in my bedroom again…..

    @virginmedia just sent an email saying that my business line will go voip or i can cancel and when it goes voip if there is a power cut there will be no line available to make calls until power goes back on - this new wef rules coming to ensure no one has a line when they cut off

    @virginmedia want to cancel my contract as the price is about to go up by a third, but the only way to cancel is by phoning. This is my third day of attempting to speak to someone with no joy. Was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes yesterday with no answer. Can someone phone me?

    @virginmedia Is your whatsapp service always so, so terrible? This isn't really giving me a 'feel good' feeling re Virgin media. The whole reason for using Whatsapp was that it's easier than calling the team.
