    @virginmedia Yes I have explained all this before. Is there any point? My recent issue was with the pathetic final letter, now combined with the fact that your system is so poor you know nothing about this. Totally poor customer experience.

    Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia Yes hence why it’s crap. Guaranteed there will be a service outage tomorrow but because service has been resumed in between nothing will be done. Was on the phone on hold over an hour earlier and still didn’t speak to anyone.

    @virginmedia I have spoken to someone at virgin though to be fair and they have said that the issue was that the work orders have not been assigned to anyone and that we should have the re pull done guaranteed in next 24/48 hours
