    @virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

    @virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

    Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia broadband services are down in my area and they make it very difficult to talk to a real person. There are 2 people in the household who are unable to work at the moment because of this and are not being paid. Will we get compensation for this?

    @virginmedia The technical team didn’t help. I’ve requested a dongle and they’ve sent out a 3GB on data limited one. How is that going to replace unlimited 350Mb download internet. The next available call out is 10th May and you’ve leaked my numbers to scammers

    @philcowley2 @virginmedia They should have set up a redirect on the old email link. The old homepage had the email link on it, why hide it on the MyVM page? Poor UX. Not very well thought out, at all, IMO.
