@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

@virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

@virginmedia. Services fails catastrophically fri. No fix until Monday at the earliest. All at the bargain price of 145 per month. Appalling service, just appalling. Three home workers will be paying for data from phone providers to do their jobs.

@O2 @virginmedia I have signed up for Volt, I have both O2 mobile and virgin media, my mobile has went through and update applied but when I put my wife’s mobile through it said that virgin isn’t available in my area?? Both mobiles and virgin media are under my name/address. Can someone help?
