@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

@virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

@CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

@virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

@Ofcom Hi there. I've just read through the compensation policy for @virginmedia which was written with yourselves. When was this written? A whole day outage of broadband in this day and age of people working from home is unacceptable & this policy doesn't cover it.

@virginmedia I have read through the virgin media automatic compensation policy and it doesn't go far enough tbh. My bro has spent £6.40 today having to go office, as well as Inconvenience. We've had to buy data last week when there was an outage too & week before that. This isn't covered.

@virginmedia your system wouldn’t allow me to test my equipment yesterday evening as I’d used my six tests for the day - maybe I wouldn’t have used them if you were honest on the website and admitted to the outage. Oh and here we are and still your site says no issues.
