Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

brilliant customer service by @virginmedia sending a letter hiking my grandmother's bill up by £12 and then a non-UK call centre saying it's going to cost her more to decrease her package... followed by trying to sell her more services.. I guess the cost of living isn't a concern

@virginmedia you have a problem in your call centres with staff transferring disconnections rather than having them on their record. It happened twice on the same call.
