Just had a call from Jerry at Virginmedia media wanting to help me mend my broadband issues (that I don’t have). After challenging him he told me to find the largest ***** & shove it up my arse!! Charming!! His No. 02038399963 #virginmedia #ScamAlert

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

If anyone is interested in how much @virginmedia are overcharging for their dreadful service, I’ve just been offered a price match on cancellation to move to a different supplier. £27.50/month for a service for which they originally increased price to £105/month

@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia I don’t receive a bill from 02 but as previously mentioned I have not even removed the sim from the envelope it arrived in. The monthly charge has increased. There were no discounts previously I have not been an O2 customer until I was “sold” this package to include a sim.

5/ They then said that a @virginmedia rep would contact within the hour, two hours before we had cinema tickets. We were never contacted and found ourselves on hold 5mins before the movie was due to start. We didn't receive any more contact that day or any updates.

3/ Another call made to the @virginmedia team and it transpired that the original replacement never happened. In fact, the engineer never submitted any paperwork at all. The customer service rep booked a visit in, without telling us, for the 24th.. of June. So a month sans net.
