    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @virginmedia I have been without internet since yesterday. It is really frustrating in these difficult times when people need to work from home. Impossible to talk to anyone!!! Still don’t know when the problem will get sorted!!!

    @virginmedia My WIFI is unbearable and affects my day of online meetings. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting and have your app too. Calling your support is useless and I can’t get through to a human. What do I need to do to resolve my issues? Message your CEO?

    @virginmedia Followed. procedure to switch broadband providers from virgin to Vodafone. Eng. Comes installs my service. Start paying Vodafone. 15 days later. Bill from virgin like nothing has changed Cal them... They say they didn't know I was moving. Say that I should not worry... They will fix it. 1.month after another full bill from virgin. 90.min on a call later they finaly agree they have ****** up and will return the money taken from me... In 45 DAYS!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY infuriating that they can get away with this fuckery and abuse of their customers.

    @virginmedia Followed all you suggested actions, and still no joy. Also have a complaint open COM103973949, someone should have got in touch within 24h. 2 days and still nothing.

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @virginmedia I've just received my price rise letter. Utterly extortionate! I will be calling you later to move providers. Your WiFi router is terrible as well. Perhapse my new provider will let me use the Internet more than 6ft away from the router?

    @virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

    Hi @virginmedia, I'm trying to pay a bill through your app, but every time I try to pay, it keeps saying ”session has timed out” and has done for the last couple of days. Before this, I've never had an issue with it but it's not happening this time. Please advise. Thanks.

    @PharmacistExpat @virginmedia They could - but their website states broadband is only an issue when it’s broadband only deals, it’s it’s broadband and tv - it says any broadband, therefore anything that’s in the “not eligible” below, doesn’t count for them

    @djraw123 @virginmedia Same here I'm pretty sick of @virginmedia right now sent engineer out changed wires changed hub and after a week same issues logging us out of sky the ring doorbell child's playstation it's poor very poor!

    @virginmedia I cannot tell you how horrendous my experience has been. 4 weeks later, no install, a broken path and I have no broadband! You didn’t show up again!!!! No communication either.
