    @virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

    @GillW1220 @virginmedia I'm afraid it's pot luck who you speak to. First agent knew there was a general problem but had no suggestions other than to sit tight. Second one made some changes to my account that allowed me to restart my subscription.
