When you ring @virginmedia to discuss your current package... 1st guy ruder than rude... Asked to talk to disconnections and get the best customer service. Turns out there was a deal to be made. Very happy now.

@virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

@virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue for ox145 will be fixed. When I ring 150 I get no actual update, just that you are working on it. I work from home and rely on this. Ta. :)

@virginmedia Your advisor would only provide the tracking number that I was already given the other day and told me to use that to find out what’s up with it, they were about as much help as yodels customer support

After waiting for over 1 hour to talk to a human on @virginmedia, can't help but feel like I was being trolled by the choice of background songs. One says "I could get used to this", other about being down down down... Somehow I don't think this is the best choice of mood music.

@virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

@virginmedia The call today told me it expired at the end of last month. The caller was trying to pressure sell me into a new contract and equipment and different packages of which I had no interest in. They had no interest in helping to resolve this (or keep me as a customer)

@virginmedia sure was regarding a small complaint about charges phone ur number as provided in letter, there should be notes on account regarding password as i have disabiltys, the guy who was a "manager failed securty then refusing to take my compaint or give dsar for call part 1
