    It’s been an issue with trying to get virgin services in our area. Had engineers out and promises were made and dates set. Dates cancelled kept/being moved and eventually just forgotten about having spent so much time getting things in motion to bring virgin media to our area

Called them 9 times and no one ever calls you back. Avoid at all costs!

    @virginmedia installed the hub 5 before Christmas. Since then everything connects apart from 2 Samsung galaxy Tab A's which more often not had a download speed of below 9. Can you help?

    @virginmedia From the status page, it looks like a wider area fault. Originally it said it would be fixed by 11pm last night, then at 11pm last night it changed to 8pm tonight. When I request updates to be sent to me, that "service" isn't working.
