@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia anyway, I go through the instructions and get to the end but still have a problem, I click "I still have problems" the site then says "oh we need to arrange an appointment for a technician to visit you" when in this case you didn't, because the issue was on your end not on mine

@virginmedia Yes - that's the page we both visited before we left. According to the info all was OK. BUT WE COULD NOT RECEIVE CALLS FIR FIVE WEEKS. The excused we had from customer support 'a worldwide roaming outage' were just ridiculous

@LutzSchueler as CEO of @virgin media i have now been waiting for a call back since the beginning of June despite assurances my billing/package complaint has been escalated and I would receive a manager call back. I have heard and received NOTHING.

@MrNickKnowles @virginmedia @VodafoneUK He's just been put on a training course with them, so far half have supposedly already left but come to take his first live calls, took over a hour to try and help them, but was unable to sort it for them, but they're getting inexperienced people to deal with these situations.
