@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

Customer for 20 years with tv/broadband/phone package/sky sports etc. I have never been offered a contract new customers are which is £60 cheaper per month than my package. Wifi issues for months and prices increasing next month. #timetoswitch #virginmedia #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Made contact on behalf of the account holder. Arranged a web chat & was told it was all sorted. That the pensioner would get THEIR money. Was told a cheque for both the £50 & for the £318 would be sent to the customer (as evidenced above. Only the £50 cheque has been sent.

@virginmedia Not spoken to anyone, it's a nightmare. I also have problems with my phone that is on contract with yourselves. It can take 3 days to receive a text message. I got given a new sim card and that didn't solve it.
