4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

When we went to renew they said the cheapest they could do was £67, until i put a complaint in and suddenly as we were gonna leave they managed to rangle the same deal for £27. @MammafulZo @virginmedia @skytv I guess based on customer experience you will leave and damage makes sense but with the internet again sometimes ppl on social media can advise. Sky don’t do proper fibre but won’t matter if you aren’t a heavy user.
