@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia impacted if my service is not restored immediately. Same team previously said letters were posted , after two months there's no letter, then they take offence if called out for lying. I seriously have to go to court to sue you guys
