@virginmedia your control box lock is broken as it's not closing properly and the box is sometimes been opened it's on the Marston road in Oxford outside Marston court care home between harberton mead and William Street it's the box up against the hedge OX3 0DJ

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

@virginmedia It’s been over a month since I sent an online complaint form (as advised by this account) and have heard nothing back since and it has been 4 months since the original issue (not to mention the 13 calls to customer service). When can I expect to hear back on my complaint?

@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

@TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

@virginmedia Hey John, this start happening again like before 2 mounts every evening after 19.00-20.00 i start drooping frames which creates very slow loading times or fail to load at all. Live video streams or games unusable and very frustrating. 1 night is fine but every evening is too much

@virginmedia I'd rather have my "guaranteed" 100mb minimum than the below 50mb I get and I'm paying for 200 yeah I should have kept my old contract at least then I had talk anytime unlike the stupid talk weekends I have now. God I miss VM from 15 years ago.

@virginmedia Yes, there was never a delivery request made by virgin, so not yodel's fault. Another hour on the phone to VM. If this issue is not sorted 3rd time of trying then you've lost a customer I'm afraid.

@virginmedia I'm not sure you do want it resolved, the only person I've heard from is some bloke begging I stay and reducing my bill by a tenna, from a mobile phone whilst driving I may add!!!!! Not sure how a forum is going to help!! I need an engineer!
