The worst part of Lockdown wasn't the loneliness, the boredom or the agitation. It was seeing ******* Birdseye, McCain's and Virgin Media shoving happy family lockdown vibes down your throat to advertise themselves.

@vmbusiness what is going on? On countless occasions in the past 3 weeks, my entire area in north London has an outage. No #VirginMediaBusiness internet - with the service down since 1205pm Friday - 5 days. No explanation on Twitter and no-one answers the 'phone. Dire service.

  • VanKelal BHA (@VanKelal) reported

@Virgin its been really annoying to wait for virgin media business hours long on the phone to fet solution. Even then tried the chat and the annoying person was keep asking me more and more security questions which other collagues didnt even ask before him. This is so rude!!!

  • Will_Saoren Will B. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Will_Saoren) reported

@virginmedia Sorry, it doesnt work. No deals/upgrade options are visible on your site. I am redirected to url my-current-package/customer-exclusion, telling me I must enter your web chat if I want to discuss anything. Managed to get someone on the phone, but your website is pitting me off.

  • Patsygin2012 Maya Lamanna (@Patsygin2012) reported

@virginmedia All of that has been done multiple times. I really do not want to have to keep turning the unit on and off. So by switching supplier, I will get new equipment and better service for less money. Win-win for me

  • Matt_Stares23 Matt Stares (@Matt_Stares23) reported

@virginmedia I've been trying to raise a complaint via your website for over a week and the process is clearly not working, I just get a reference number of '****' and no complaint is created. I guess it's a good way of reducing your complaints ???

  • Stignasty2 Stiggy McNasty (@Stignasty2) reported

@virginmedia I had a reliable steady 200,Mb/s service until you gave me a supposed extra 50Mb/s in the AL4 area. Now every other day it drops to 20 Mb/s and I have to reboot. with all my devices on mesh it's a pain having to check everything has come back. Can't u get anything right???

  • MollieDarlingt6 Mollie (@MollieDarlingt6) reported

@virginmedia I’m simply asking for someone to ring me to help me sort this. I’ve come to Twitter as it’s my only option due to your shocking customer service and the amount of people I’ve had hang up on me. You’ve taken my money and I want to speak to someone on the phone

  • bloodycontrary Ben (@bloodycontrary) reported

@RLeBonTennant @virginmedia Mine's also broken, but you may want to remove your postcode from that image
