    @virginmedia Great! In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and the service is down since this morning in Didcot. With so many people working from home and you let everyone down. I am waiting to finish my contract with you and bye-bye. You won’t see me ever again !!!

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    1/3 @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog we have been having intermittent issues with our internet for weeks. On ringing customer services we were advised that new hub was needed and would be ordered. When it hadn’t arrived 10 days later we rang again. After a long wait to be answered…….

    @virginmedia It's a lengthy one, I've been a @SkyHelpTeam customer for many years. I'm moving house next week. It's an area of Gateshead that isn't anticipated to have fibre before 2026. The average speed sky could offer me was 1.5m. which is useless. The only option was Virgin.

    2/3 @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog we were told by customer services that the new hub order had not gone through properly and needed to be ordered again……thus another wait. It finally arrived and was set up and plugged in. We haven’t noticed any improvement at all………………

    @virginmedia The back up line doesn't work as it is also digital. The telecare hubs are analogue. I have just spent 1 hrs on the phone to your colleagues explaining this and the need for a digital convertor which apparently you don't supply.
