@virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

After waiting for over 1 hour to talk to a human on @virginmedia, can't help but feel like I was being trolled by the choice of background songs. One says "I could get used to this", other about being down down down... Somehow I don't think this is the best choice of mood music.

@virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

@virginmedia Definitely not the best when you rely on broadband connection for work and emergency calls for partner with heart failure! Lost wages due to outages, got rid of sky/BT before for poor service.
