Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

Usually aim for a 24 hour service visit from an open reach engineer. Virgin are the worst BB provider, period.

Shelton (@CBTwizard) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia I was in a pretty similar boat, now they're chasing me for £500 early termination I was fed up with the poor reliability, then lost full connection, lost income (WFH), them pushing the fix dates over a month no service. Left to BRSK, never had an issue, far cheaper, far better.
