    @virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

    @virginmedia That is the problem, I can't check the service in the area. I got in touch with technical support and a tech engineer will be out on Monday/Tuesday as the line is completely turned off. Will see what happens then.

    @virginmedia absolutely TERRIBLE service! Told us we could take services to our new flat but they CAN’T, now making us wait up to 8 weeks while they do ‘maintenance work’ but no idea when this will be. How are we meant to work form home without internet for 8 weeks

    Imagine a future.. Its 2021. I want to give a company £31.50/mth for a service that pays them 100% incremental margins. Yet.. I can't do this online (or via the TV), only phone.🤯... and when I phone, the sales office is closed.... It's a fantasy story.. *cough* @virginmedia
