    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    virginmedia has been down since Weds am. Estimated fix keeps changing, was 7pm weds eve then 10am Thurs. Website said fixed at 9am (wasn't, was to avoid compensation) website said down 10am Thurs fix 8pm, then 10am Fri. Then 12, then 2, now 6. Betting for 8pm before 10am tomoz
