@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

Joined @virginmedia TWO WEEKS ago and internet is already down in my area and no fix planned until 3pm. I work from home so really not acceptable. That, in addition to charging me an additional months payment up front which was not clearly stated on the website. Shocking service

@virginmedia I'm currently using a WiFi service but that's a BT Openzone one as I'm in the town centre, so it's not the devices that are faulty, I think it's via ethernet connection, although I'm not 100% as I'm not the best with this stuff
