@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

@virginmedia after today I can 100% say you are by far the WORST company ever! 1st call made, had the phone put down on me after waiting for 1hr. 2nd call made, spoke to an engineer for 40mins to begin with and now have been waiting another 1hr 10mins for a manager. AWFUL!!

Does anyone have an email address to get hold of @virginmedia I've been trying to get hold of them since Monday to cancel my contract, but it's an impossible task. I've tried phoning numerous times, but after 30/40 minutes the phone goes dead 🤬
