@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

@CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

The best thing frustratingly, is to but another good Wi-fi router and turn the HUB3 into modem mode and connect the new router. I did this and since

@virginmedia Sadly not, the agent said I would get a text to say the P4 issue would be dealt with by 22/02. No ref No given. Can I have an engineer visit please as you are saying it’s fine but it’s definitely not. Yet again it’s dropping off again this morning. We can’t work like this.
