@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Yes, it was escalated to a manager Thursday. I was promised a call back by 8pm, fail, then Friday, fail, Sunday fail, it was promised yet again yesterday which also failed. I have been assured each time.
