@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

@CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia All has been done. No broadband or tv or mobile service for two working days. Given it was just under 48 hours, you won’t even get the auto compensation kick in nor will you compensate a token for the loss of 2 working days. Worst service than any provider. Stay away from VM!

@virginmedia No there isnt any issues the issue is there are to many people using the same mainbox for this area its fine in the morning but as soon as everyone starts hammering the net its not fine and i pay a lot of money for this service

@virginmedia Another great example of the non customer service. The reply is a copy/paste of a script. “CC” clearly didn’t read my tweet before pasting their script as a “reply”. Stay away from @virginmedia and you won’t be frustrated and be treated so badly. VM don’t care about clients

@virginmedia Any chance of a reply on this? Constantly dropping off WiFi, completely unreliable and almost unusable. Just started a new 18 month contract but your side of the contract is not being honoured so I'd like to terminate thanks.
