The worst part of Lockdown wasn't the loneliness, the boredom or the agitation. It was seeing ******* Birdseye, McCain's and Virgin Media shoving happy family lockdown vibes down your throat to advertise themselves.

-
TractorSaint (@SaintTractor) reported
@virginmedia I've posted onto the forums to see if someone from the user base can fix it rather than yourselves as you seem to be unable to help. A sad state of affairs for #virginmediafail
-
dcaldwell998 (@dcaldwell998) reported
@virginmedia Will making a complaint change anything whatsoever or will you just go “sorry we think it’s fixed now let us know if it goes again” saying I can’t get compensation as well as it’s an intermittent issue is utter rubbish
-
Shilpesh patel (@twita_shepster) reported
@virginmedia Service updates says broadband ok but issues with tv I see issues with tv and broadband. Expected fix 23/7 13.00 every day we get a new fix date but the date comes and go and no fix is evident.
-
Nat (@hobbit_nat) reported
@virginmedia Cancelling my contract before the price doubles, options on the website give calling or writing. I was interested in keeping my broadband at least so writing seems a bad option (and would probably result in calls when I'm at work without mobile access)
-

@virginmedia I don’t know how many times I need to say the virgin engineers state the issue is in the box in the street but virgin simply don’t want to address it
-
