    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

    Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

    @virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

    @virginmedia It’s been over a month since I sent an online complaint form (as advised by this account) and have heard nothing back since and it has been 4 months since the original issue (not to mention the 13 calls to customer service). When can I expect to hear back on my complaint?

    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia shocking service !You want to change my elderly mother’s tv package which is far in excess of her needs and charge her extra for it. Fleecing oaps is not a good look after 20 years loyalty we will be cancelling.

    @bmstewart2004 This is exactly why I cancelled my Virgin Media subscription and moved to BT over 5 years ago. My bill went down from over £100 a month to £42 a month. When my contract is up for renewal I make contact and negotiate a deal. I am now paying £39 a month for broadband & TV package.

    @virginmedia No, that has resolved nothing. A fundamental change to actually learning to provide timely customer service is required. 6 min. to schedule a call back 20 min. later - approx. 30min lead time Pick up phone and resolve issue <5 minutes. who needs math class?

    @KevvyJ63 @SkySports @virginmedia We were sent an engineer on Wednesday by error but it’s a known outage on skys end and he reckons sky won’t be quick to fix! You can log in online and watch all the games.
