Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ravi Pal (@ravipal1214) reportedYour agent kept asking what resolution I wanted, then offered £5. Twice I was reminded how cheap my package is — that others pay £50-60, that pods cost £10-15 elsewhere, that I’m getting them free. I didn’t set the price. A discount on a service that doesn’t work is still service that doesn’t work. Then I was told no manager or grievance contact exists, and that I should cancel. @virginmedia — who owns this?
-
Ali Larkin (@alilarkin) reported@virginmedia Hi, we've had a broadband/TV outage most of today & we're told it would be repaired by 22.00 tonight. Now the latest update says it will be 15.45 tomorrow 29th. I work online from home so awkward is an understatement. How is this taking so long? F012401961.
-
Brett Williams (@brettwill82) reported@virginmedia anyone’s lfc tv channels tv guide not working ?
-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@QxPain_ @virginmedia Turn off router, turn off all devices connected via WiFi turn on router & bring up each device at a time & check WiFi & distance then will find which device is causing the issue. A router only has a certain distance will need a pod if drops out due to distance
-
Lotharemas (@Lotharemas) reported@virginmedia So how do i go about reporting an SNR upstream Area fault now? the forums have been shut down which always handled it before but now ive been stuck with this causing packet loss since early June.
-
Philly (@Cath_Philly) reported@virginmedia Outage in the B91 Zero updates. Out now for 20 hours with a comp time for repairs 29/10 at 16:07 (love the precision). Heart-monitor at the property - reported by phone yesterday - and office hours lost. Comment please.
-
Mr. Cold (@Javier_Cold_) reported@Ofcom @virginmedia sucks. 2 hours going in circles to cancel my package. They get away with it by exhausting you, going around and around, stalling the conversation until you say yes.
-
GW 🔰🏴 (@GW_Mktg) reported@O2 terrible signal in my own home. @virginmedia have let me down (yet again) so no WiFi equals no use of phone. Long-standing client and not really feeling that benefit. Started a DM conversation which went dead. Please help
-
DEAN SUPPORT (@Dean_Xyber1) reported@lukewarm14 @O2 @virginmedia I can help send me a DM
-
Scouse House Bouncy Music (@ScouseBouncy) reported@virginmedia Not my account so I can speak you about it. What happens though is, you start a stream and then it corrupts, goes to a black screen and goes to a “Error code: COMPO” then closes. This is not network related, it’s not a box issue. It is an issue with authentication
