@TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia None that I know about. But im paying for 516mbps and an upload speed of 35mbps but only getting 100mbps and 20mbps at the wifi router. So you are failing to provide the service im paying for!!

@virginmedia how come it is impossible to get through to your cancellations team or even cancel a service with you. Dropped calls, evasive tactics constantly requoting this and package that. WhatsApp is worse than calls.

@WhiskyWizard31 @virginmedia EE are brilliant here. Most importantly they have amazing customer service which was the reason we left VM. We downgraded speed to 73MB/S but I've hardly noticed any difference, also the 73MB/S seem more consistent as VM would often drop quite slower.
