@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia I’m so done with you as a provider- my dad pays a lot of money month in month out and now I can’t do schoolwork or watch the football because it doesn’t work. There are area issues, a friend in the same area has no WiFi. All the time this happens. Customer service is terrible.

@virginmedia It was regarding paying for wifi at a hotel who you supply wifi for. I paid for upgraded Wifi but the hotel informed me it was down and was so for the whole week. I can send over the info if need be?

hi @virginmedia experiencing unreliable broadband South East London, wifi is intermittent and inconsistent. when it is working it is very slow at best. called up and told a ticket raised and fixed with 48 hours, no further information, denied request booking technican to my place
