    @virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

    @virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia There is simply no signal coming into the box. Wire or wireless won't make a difference. There is no point contacting your team because all your online checks say wait 24 hours - and of course by then it's back again - only to go down again 24 or 48 hours later.

    @virginmedia I’m not sure. I tried to call to clarify. No one on the phone was willing to help me. Marj was the woman I spoke to. I then asked for an email address so I can send my query, she refused. I wanted to make a formal complaint, then she hung up lol

    @virginmedia Hi. Sorry for the delay. It's generally very bad in the middle of Guildford high street. Putting 2G/3G instead of 4G seems to get around it. It seems to be a limited blackspot right in the town centre except when there aren't many people around.

    @virginmedia That doesn't explain anything. You claim to have had an 'outage' for the just 5 weeks. Outages are temporary and last a few hours. This is simply neglect and failure to honour your contractual obligations. How does your company think service like this is acceptable?

    @Gadgetoid @Average_Maker @virginmedia Can't really complain about the broadband performance, moved 6months ago and stayed with VM, paid less per month and not had any real issues while WFH. My discounts end at the end of the year but there is no competitive alternative at a sensible price.

    @virginmedia It's back on now. It's being switched on and off externally on your side but I'd like to know why. Was off all of Sunday & Monday, yesterday am and today from 10am until now. The lights go bright green when it's not working and it cycles to try and reconnect.

    Due to apparently only being able to change my contract to another virgin media contract even though it stating “we hope you stay with virgin media” implying that we could leave and also stating “without any cancellation fees” also implying we can cancel if I’m wrong please feel
