@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia tried to cancel my contract multiple times for the past 3 weeks. Tried calls and WhatsApp, either hung up on me or went round in circles with no confirmation of cancellation and no response from anyone. Is there an ombudsman I can complain to?

Seriously @virginmedia why cant you just say "We dont know how to fix it!"? Adding another 24 hours without service. Stop lying on your status check. Your £8 per day auto compo doesnt cover the 13 days of lost revenue and then the delays you're causing on my other work.

@Abstruse @JimSterling @virginmedia I've been told by Frontier that we would have broadband service in our area soon...that was 12 years ago (even got flyers in the mail) ...still waiting for any ISPs to come to my area...the only one that is close, won't expand to me, so I'm stuck using 4Glte for now.

@virginmedia I was sent 5/6 links to a website whose URL was made up of random letters and numbers - it certainly didn't come across as reputable. I've had to verify my identity on many occasions in the past, and I've never been asked to provide banking details. That is a big red flag.
