@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia worst customer service experience ever. 7 phone calls lasting in total over 3 hours, transferred to 12 different teams, some repeats. Wrong info given, lack of info, no support, flat out lying, and bad processes and use of data, and no service for a month. Be ashamed
