Oxford Wolf /\_/\ 🔶 (@Oxfordwolf) reported from Oxfordshire, EnglandDear @virginmedia, our Internet stopped working at 4:50 this evening. Right before my 5pm work video call. Now I cant turn my @HiveHomeUK lights on because your service is still down. Get it sorted would you please.

johnhughes (@JFab208) reported@virginmedia @CliveR39 In the mean time you could go and watch the matcb in person despite the fact we’ve paid for a tv service you’re not providing
-
Jebsy (@Jebsy40) reported@colinmufc2 I have been kept on hold and passed around while trying to cancel out of contract services by peoole who don't understand that others have principles and can do without or pay more for better service. Some people just want change @VirginMedia, not 50 minutes of bs and retentions.
-
Conjured Undead 🧟♂️ (@conjuredundead) reported@virginmedia . Can someone please give me an update on an intermittent service issue dating back to 30/7/26? We’ve been told there’s a service cable issue but no update on a “fix” and the disruption is costing me as I can’t work from home, because broadband is unstable. Thanks.
-
Rob Heneghan (@robheneghan) reported@virginmedia @CliveR39 How is this even close to being an acceptable response @virginmedia. Mine doesn’t work either. And watching sky sports doesn’t help when what I want to watch is on the red button. 🤠🤠🤠🤠
-
Iain Sankey (@IainSankey) reported@TWO_Librans @virginmedia Yes, I am aware of the cancellation period, but it's a cheek, really. The problem with my landline was that I got constant nuisance calls on it all day long. I'd kept it for a few elderly relatives' sake, but they've all departed now, so I've disconnected it.
-
Andy Wright (@ncfcandywright) reported@MickeyDN7 @virginmedia @SkySports Sky customer having the same issue, so I'd say the problem is on Sky's side not Virgins
-
