    @virginmedia They said only that some credit will be made to me, which resolves at best only part of the issue—they didn't give me a ref number. I told them that when I sent in the complaint I opted to receive reply in email, so asked them to do that. They said they would, but they have not.

    @virginmedia They are saying they can't get a technician out today. Service went down at 9am, it was reported fixed mid-morning, which it wasn't. They are now trying to tell me this is a new fault which can't be looked at until tomorrow earliest.

Landline nor working - engineer out and fixed within 48 hours. Never had a problem with incorrect billing.     @MickHarkin2 @virginmedia I didn’t cancel. My 12 month contract ended along with the promotional discount, I couldn’t justify £59 a month, so opted for broadband only. VM came back with a great offer to keep my original triple play package for another 12 months and I’m really happy with that

    @virginmedia I have tried the troubleshooting. I’ve even got a Powerline Adapter and the signal is rubbish. It doesn’t make sense why the signal should be so poor when I pay so much for the Wi-fi service. I don’t have a wired connection for anything. Everything is through Wi-fi.

    @virginmedia Hi AMB, I'm sorry to say that I have and have yet to see it report a fault with the service. I've also regularly used the service test provided from logging in - to similar results even during times when our service drops completely. I'm sure you can understand my frustration.
