    @virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue for ox145 will be fixed. When I ring 150 I get no actual update, just that you are working on it. I work from home and rely on this. Ta. :)

    @virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @virginmedia No I haven't. Even the service status page is down on the website. :( the phone lines tell me you are working on it, which is fabby but would be good to know what the issue is and how serious I suppose. Thanks for coming back to me so quickly though. :)

    @virginmedia tried logging on to my isa account, asking me for authentication code, request it, no txt coming thru, ring the 20 mins then told there shutting, & will ring back tomos. They Admit there’s a prob, OUT IT ON YOUR WEB THEN, don’t have thousands ringing up 💩service!

    @virginmedia Thanks for your message and offer to go on this web chat. Just tried and your closed, so this doesn’t help either!! My friend who lives with us was the reason for getting Sky sports and his team Spurs are on BT sports and he can’t watch it!!

    @virginmedia the worse customer service I’ve had in a long time. An absolute racket- tv, internet, billing & customer service: all woeful - they allow themselves 28 days to respond to a query & the phone lines are inaccessible - you couldn’t make it up #avoidvirginmedia #crooks

    @virginmedia well after couple of lengthy phone calls today to virgin, I was told account were up & working again, when I rung today there was message saying there was a fault, tried to login this eve, Dane shit as yest, NO authenticity code sent, complete load of shit stay clear

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia @virginmedialife So I continue on the Virgin Media merry go round. The shocking promises and lies from cheap offshore call centers. Today I have spent 4 hours on the phone from Retentions > Support > Customer Services. Each making broken promises along the way.. :-(

    @virginmedia Wifi - regardless though, my work laptop can remain connected to work vpn when tethered to my 4g mobile but consistently drops off when on my broadband WiFi so there is definitely an issue here

    @virginmedia There is nothing wrong with the Hub - I’m using my IPad and the broadband is fine - the TIVo box is worked via WiFi -the TIVo box is making a horrible sound that it never has before! I know the difference between the 2 Also what link - u haven’t attached anything? #StayConnected

    @virginmedia Wed eve operator told me that there was outage in my area and hence no engineer visit, was lie, as I checked on their website for this on Mon, Tues and Wed and it did not show that. He rudely told me that if I didn't like the service I should go somewhere else.

    @virginmedia Just want to cancel now! As even someone said to move away!! Recently been getting dodgy calls saying they were from virgin media!! How my details got out I don’t know . Been insulted and all sorted

    @virginmedia Half a dozen more texts on Wed 18th instructed me to go through the same palaver of checks without any resolution. The engineer did not come, so I phoned, after the long wait, the rude operator said that I did not book the engineer visit, which was lie, I have text.

    @virginmedia hi, broadband down in TF3, service status page isnt working. Can you confirm that this is being looked at and an ETA of when it’ll be fixed. WFH and need it ASAP.
