@virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

@virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Was a while ago. Was a fault in the area (that the service page didn't show). Probably due to complete on the 27th of whatever month it was. But let's be honest - this has been going on for a year. These faults are either too new to be related or a rebrand of one you can't fix.

So...the latest on @virginmedia . The engineer turns up (late), says the previous guy did something wrong, so we now have too weak a signal to have full service. So he's leaving it for someone else. Just the usual **** that we have to put up with from this awful company.
