    @virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

    @virginmedia I’ve just got home from work, after leaving home at 7.20 this morning so destined never to have the problem solved. Perhaps I should cancel my direct debit, that way I will have contact in no time!

    @virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue for ox145 will be fixed. When I ring 150 I get no actual update, just that you are working on it. I work from home and rely on this. Ta. :)

    @virginmedia was on phone for over 2hrs yesterday sorting out why disconnected...now waiting on phone again already 30mins still no answer to find why still no internet... absolute awful customer service

    @virginmedia Thanks for your message and offer to go on this web chat. Just tried and your closed, so this doesn’t help either!! My friend who lives with us was the reason for getting Sky sports and his team Spurs are on BT sports and he can’t watch it!!

    @virginmedia Mobile. They re-set the account and told me I had to wait an hour before I could try again. When I asked why I was treated like I was stupid.

    After waiting for over 1 hour to talk to a human on @virginmedia, can't help but feel like I was being trolled by the choice of background songs. One says "I could get used to this", other about being down down down... Somehow I don't think this is the best choice of mood music.

    @virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

    I will never get why @virginmedia send out emails all the time with the subject "how to speed up your router" when there is nothing about that in the actual email. And the small section about pods or whatever they are called is not "speeding up your router"
