    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia 1hour waiting the first time and disconnected. This is the second time, still on the phone and waiting 55min. It is pretty much the whole day wasted trying to talk to customer services. Can you please help?

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia Called your tech help as my hub can't be used as a modem (it goes straight to overheat) and the coverage when it's on router is very poor. Your tech guys just said "just use it in router then". So my hub is faulty and you won't change it and I'm paying 64 a month for crap service
