    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia Signal as a whole; router drops to less than 1kbps and remote IP changes like it's trying to reconnect. A power cycle seems to correct it but think I'll need some watchdog program and remote switch to do that if the signal drops and I'm away from the house.

    @virginmedia so I rang back on the complaint number. Only to be cut off by another American woman. I explained that I had a complaint. But she wasn’t happy with just that info. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @virginmedia our installation date been pushed back by a MONTH. We have no internet. It’s just not on. Got pushed back from 13 May to 28th May, with 21 May being outdoor installation works. Nothing been done. I need help in rectifying this!

    @virginmedia I have just had the rudest woman (cherry) cut me off. I am trying to cancel my dads mobile sim. he’s had a stroke. I cancelled with you in Jan last year. But he is still being charged. Terrible customer service
