Razvan Neacsu (@RNeacsu) reported from Didcot, England@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

Sheraz Zahoor (@zahoor_sheraz) reported from Oxfordshire, England@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

A1NOS (@a1_nos) reported from Abingdon, England@CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.
-
CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Oxford, EnglandYou only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.
-

-
Razvan Neacsu (@RNeacsu) reported from Didcot, England@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.
-
Inmita Medina (@inmilla68) reported from Didcot, England@virginmedia Yes. We have been without internet in the area since yesterday and sit nice yesterday you are saying you will get it fix in the next 4 hours. Just now, another text that we’ll have to wait till 8 o’clock. This a joke, honestly 😡
-
Char (@JurassicGarden) reported from Didcot, EnglandThe worst part of Lockdown wasn't the loneliness, the boredom or the agitation. It was seeing ******* Birdseye, McCain's and Virgin Media shoving happy family lockdown vibes down your throat to advertise themselves.
-
CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Begbroke, England@virginmedia Yes.. After much back and forth to simply getting teh to acknowledge they had overcharged me for 2 months... But the issue is... You took my money incorrectly but the refund takes a 45 days. This is absolutely despicable. There is no reason for a delay like that
-
Melisa Soto (@Melyclassy) reported from Oxfordshire, England@sandraHandscom1 @Bates_No1 @virginmedia I am on the same, worst customer experience ever. It is impossible to get on hold on the phone, they webpage is limited on options to cancel their service. #neveragain
