    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia I knew there would be a fee, but as I have been a loyal customer for over 11yrs, I would expect a reduction in the fee, especially as there have been so many issues with outages, poor service & signal over the past year with out an a apology or comp for my loss of earning wfh.

    @virginmedia You’re mistaken. I was in contact with your colleague via email. But they’ve stopped communicating I have raised a complaint, but was promised a call back which didn’t happen Even the Ombudsman have had to stop taking complaints about Virgin Media due to the volume of calls
