Razvan Neacsu (@RNeacsu) reported from Didcot, England@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.
-
Razvan Neacsu (@RNeacsu) reported from Didcot, England@Feesuff1 @virginmedia Having same issues on BTSport 3 HD and 4HD.
-
Oxford Wolf /\_/\ 🔶 (@Oxfordwolf) reported from Oxford District, England@virginmedia I've just received my price rise letter. Utterly extortionate! I will be calling you later to move providers. Your WiFi router is terrible as well. Perhapse my new provider will let me use the Internet more than 6ft away from the router?
-
Razvan Neacsu (@RNeacsu) reported from Didcot, England@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.
-
Olie Bosley (@Olski) reported from Abingdon, England@virginmedia how embarrassing is it for you that I would rather pay @skytv more per month just to not have to deal with your appalling customer service?

-
Miles Gomme (@MilesGomme) reported from Cumnor, England@virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!
-
Miles Gomme (@MilesGomme) reported from Cumnor, England@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….
-
DJ Ryan James (@DJRyanJamesUK) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ChloeThomsonYT @virginmedia Internet sounds as bad as their billing!
-
Oxford Wolf /\_/\ 🔶 (@Oxfordwolf) reported from Oxfordshire, EnglandThe whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. -
Fabia Cerra - Actor/Dancer/Choreographer/Writer (@Fabiaburlesque) reported from Oxfordshire, England@TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.
-

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Alexander Westwood (@_Alex_Westwood) reportedI’d forgotten how disgracefully rude and infuriating @virginmedia “customer service” is. It’s anything but customer service. Just spoken to a sarcastic **** on the phone who decided to laugh and say “nope” regarding an actual resolution to the outage in the area.
-
Rob Moody (@Rob_Moody) reported@SFC_Debs Are you on @virginmedia. I think they have a problem. I get the same so have to turn off WiFi on phone to view
-
NIDHI MADHU (@nidhimadhu) reported@virginmedia Hi, I got into the chat. It's just the bot asking same questions my friend has already answered through phone. I don't think it would be of any help. We have been in touch with customer assistants for the last one week.🥲
-
AB Kaizen (@ABKaizen) reported@virginmedia We do not have any mobiles/tablets/laptops connected via an Ethernet cable. We use WiFi. I do not believe outage in the area was mentioned. They mentioned “congestion” but there has been not extra usage in our house hold to explain the the sudden drop
-
Paul Wingrove (@Paul_Wingrove) reported@CBSNews wondering if he can do anything about Virgin Media UK customer service which is bloody abysmal, once he has stopped frigging around in balloons and rockets.

Alexander Westwood (@_Alex_Westwood) reported@virginmedia Just been told by the third person that they’re only compensating after 2 days as that’s declared a “loss of service”. Naturally, a loss of service is self explanatory. A loss of service is a loss of service. 2 days would be, by the very definition, 2 days loss of service.
-
FeeHorne (@FeeHorne) reported@TWAHW @LukeAWalsh Apparantly it is mostly but not exclusively affecting Virgin Media users on both mobile & broadband. VM is trying to fix it (heard that before *yawns*) Disabling the ChildSafe option might work, someone suggested. Not tried it yet .
-
Alison (@alison_coole) reported@virginmedia How much longer is it going to take to sort the issue with Twitter. It’s now 4 days and still not sorted?
