The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia See exactly what I said! It has now come up as an issue in the SM1 area again. U would have had me booking an engineer to come to my home. What a waste of resources that would have been! I said it was an issue elsewhere but no your phone person said get an engineer as did you! 😡
