    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia I see. Well I think refusing to resolve a fault for someone paying you £110 a month and who has been with you for 18 years is pretty much telling me to leave, right? I need broadband for my work and my TV. But paying £110 a month for something that’s broken stops right about now.

    @virginmedia Sorry 24hrs. Typo. Apparently that’s how long ‘the tests’ take. I was told if they tried to do anything else the system would just tell them to wait. Me and 3 other neighbours have had these issues, but we are all told that no one else has called.
