-
British and annoyed (@_J_8_7_) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Definately going to look into them now. Worst part about Virgin is the inconsistent price rises as soon as the contract is up. Had to leave them and join as a new customer pretty much every year just to nearly half the monthly payment. ******* ridiculous.
-
Abbie (@abz_06) reported@virginmedia you have left my 71 year old mother without internet and TV since 18th July due to a “problem in the area” and now you’re saying it won’t be fixed until 31st July? Two whole weeks you’ve left an elderly person completely isolated with no form of entertainment.
-
A.Brown (@_DundeePerfect_) reported@robhinds @virginmedia I have never been told I need anything other than broadband.... even if do decide to have a home phone that now plugs right in to the router.
-
Shahar Mor (@ShhrMor) reported@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia TBH, I'm not sure what POM wants. Would he rather the ref penalized the Irish for these "minor" breakdown infringements? His "coaching" actually helped Ireland slow the ball down without being penalized. Not to mention at least 3 yellows that were not given to them...
-
itsu (@itsuu___) reportedThe weirdest thing with this virgin media being down if i turn my vpn on twitter will load if i turn it off it wont load
-
Barry Stevens (@BarryStevens75) reported@timlimbim @virginmedia Don’t do it , I did it in February they promote you can take your contract with you but they cancel the one at your current address and issue a new one to the new property . Only issue is your promotional discount doesn’t renew on the new contract.

-
Berk (@trapdoor456) reportedSwitching from @virginmedia today, going for just broadband with YouFibre & saving £70 a month for a speed more than 3x what Virgin wanted £10 a month more for. Hoping it does what it says, but Virgin service & Customer Service have been diabolical this year. Anyone use YouFibre?
-
Dirk Diggler (@dirkdiggler44) reported@virginmedia can’t log into my account.Rang customer service and their script doesn’t cover my problem. gets usual change password advise yet I can log on with my phone so nt a password issue.
