@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia THE HUB HAS A 1000MBIT PORT WITH A 1130MBIT CONNECTION. I can only get 945mbit because you idiots ship a hub can't get the sold speeds, YES THERE'S A FAULT, with the BRAINS of peopel at VIRGIN. How god damn hard is it to understand.
