Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
john (@jhargie4) reported@O2 @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler been waiting 5 days for my DEALOCK Letter following your refusal to actually discuss my complaint before transferring to another service provider. New customers get better deals than 20 year loyal ones.
-
Joey C (@Joeurovision24) reported@danielarf21 I’m with you on Virgin Media not showing it anymore, really disappointing tbh as there was a fanbase for it. But willing to give this series a go, the trailer isn’t the worst. People saying it’s “Ai Slop” need to chill, unfortunately it’s gonna be the norm for a lot of shows
-
Kelvin (@KelvinEHughes) reported@WhatTheForkAVFC They sent me a bill once. I've never been a customer of Virgin Media. They couldn't explain why when I eventually got through and sent two reminders to pay, the second quite aggresive, AFTER I had been assured it was an error on their part. Absolute cowboys.
-
doozerlyn (@doozerlyn) reported@Ofcom.... Are Virgin Media in breach of contract for not supplying services as agreed, ie red button Sky Sports+? If so, are you going to do anything about it?? Can we cancel contract and or withhold payments?? If not, why not?
-
Anand Gupta (@anandcheam) reported@virginmedia can you spend some money on customer care so they can answer calls / chats and LISTEN when they do ? You guys sent me 2016 router box when the agreement was to send the latest and now no one is licking up the phone, is that joke? @Ofcom British regulators need to penalise where it starts hurting the service company. Like they do in the USA, 100s of millions of pounds or billions. Not peanuts.
-
Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reported@Joyevnm @virginmedia Exactly the same tactics here. Delayed weekly since 27 July. Now on Day 26 with absolutely no service and no useful information. @virginmedia
-
Daniel Murphy (@dansmurph) reported@DartingMelon @alexand979677 @virginmedia Easiest thing to do is phon them up and ask for a loss of service credit, they literally have to give you the money back. No need to wait for the ombudsman etc. you only really need that when your at the deadlock stage
-
Karen Paterson (@kazzamca) reported@virginmedia @JohnMac22756388 I got the same text and haven’t reported any issue
-
KSP (@Yespleaseroux) reported@virginmedia is utterly ****. As soon as I can ditch it I will and go back to Sky. Such rubbish service all round.
-
