@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia Hi. No he never said what the issue is, all he said was we need a technician, with Saturday afternoon being the earliest. As we couldn’t risk the Friday as we would be billed an additional £25 if we’re not here! Now sending a new router but that can’t be delivered until Thursday!
