    @virginmedia Yes. We have been without internet in the area since yesterday and sit nice yesterday you are saying you will get it fix in the next 4 hours. Just now, another text that we’ll have to wait till 8 o’clock. This a joke, honestly 😡

    @virginmedia Terrible customer service. Got a call from virgin. She was not even listening & was not interested in resolving the issue. WhatsApp just as useless, so ended contract early. I will refuse to pay to end contract, & i'll be taking my complaint to Ofcom. Bt was better!

    @virginmedia - why is it impossible to speak to someone about my broadband issue? I need some technical support not covered in your help or community pages. Every time I call - I get a broadband service check and then it hangs up!

    @virginmedia I have run every test and performed every recommended action. Every day my internet drops - every single day. And I’m constantly fobbed off by customer service saying to check 24/48hrs later - that doesn’t work when I’m unable to work from home - it needs fixing

    @virginmedia I used WhatsApp for last 2 days.Getting cut off. I had agents respond to say they were looking into the issue. I then get a message from a bot saying I did not respond. What has happened to Virgin media? Too many customers so you treat existing customers with contempt?
