@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

.@virginmedia customer service lines are of terrible quality and need upgrading. The first caller was okay, but after that, I've had issues with them not being able to hear me and vice versa. I'm using an iPhone 11 with a decent signal, so I doubt the problem is on my end.
