@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

Having spent the best part of this week trying to get my phone line restored by @virginmedia I was told it would be on by 11pm yesterday 5th Aug and it isn't. Also told by John 'we cannot guarantee a fault free service'. Well I pay for a fault free service.

@TheRealAHS @virginmedia @TheRealAHS I checked my Outlook account settings and were correct. Error message on Outlk 2007 was login credentials not correct. Went to Virgin Media account page, changed email pword to what it was. Reinput pword to Outlook. Clicked send/Receive and OK.
