@virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

@virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia Just no network signal at all, they kept banging on about using an O2 phone to enable WIFI calling (which they finally activated after I kept complaining, voila no O2 firmware needed) masts that dont work in BL5, BL6 and WN7 postcode, loosing signal while driving, etc...

@virginmedia Tried that number and it doesn’t seem to get to them directly. Broke down in passing from one call centre to another.
-
Annie Boer
(@Annigje300985) reported
@virginmedia Just unhappyabout the fact I was forced to go on a O2 contract while we had a free mobile contract with our broadband. I mean it would have spared us the hassle to swap numbers over and having even worse signal with O2 than I had with Virgin. But you were at leastbetter!

@virginmedia customer service goes from bad to worse. Two hours on the phone to India and the Philippines, what’s app text conversations with people who can do nothing about their appalling service and a derisory cash rebate offered for non installation which will now happen

@virginmedia I've had a VM account for many years, and declined the recent offers because I didn't want to be tied into a new annual contract. I've explained I'm moving house, and want to cancel the contract. You've told me I have to pay an early exit fee on this contract.
