    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia 1hour waiting the first time and disconnected. This is the second time, still on the phone and waiting 55min. It is pretty much the whole day wasted trying to talk to customer services. Can you please help?

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia Sorry what do u mean by wired devices? The network shows as weak connection most of the time, pages don’t load or if it does it is very slow. The range is worst - as there is almost no connectivity in just next room. Sometime there is no net at all, as in it doesn’t even show up.

    @virginmedia Disgusting service! They are making it difficult to cancel/not renew contract. Now they stop talking but stay on the line. Spoken to 3 agents and all 3 did the same thing. They will stay on the line but refuse to speak. How do I let them know I do not want to renew!2

    @virginmedia There are outages on two consecutive days, it is impacting work and education. It isn’t out for a short period yesterday almost 12 hours and today 7 hours and still without service. I am unable to check the channels as the outage needs to be sorted before the line can be tested.

    @virginmedia In the last conversation the Retentions team stated that the billing issue was in the process of being resolved and that they would call me back on Sunday to confirm it was processed. No call back Sunday. Left on hold this evening. Balance still showing for cancellation charge.

    @virginmedia It is registered as an outage there yes, and that is where it says an estimated fix of 10:30 tomorrow morning, which just isn’t good enough is it!! What kind of outage takes more than 12 hours to resolve?
