For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia Hi I have tried calling 150 the outages to this area are listed however why sell me broadband charge me if you have ongoing problems in my area. I need compensation for having to use my mobile as a hotspot not on. Or I cancel. M500 is not cheap.

@virginmedia Yes so I phoned last night and the automated service said there was an intermittent fault and I was texted a link to help, the link didn’t work. Phoned back held 1/2 hour, no one answered, submitted an online complaint no response.

@virginmedia - moved from BT to you and frankly your service is appalling. 2 site visits scheduled for Saturday and Tuesday. Neither turned up. You did not call me or text to say they weren't turning up. Wasted 2 days waiting on you engineers 1/2
