4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@Lucy__Vixen @virginmedia Carphone warehouse are no better, they keep calling me every week to try to sell me things, I have never been their customer, I have no idea where they got my information, but they know me by name and when i told them to stop calling they said 'you're not James Bond, so no!'
