    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia I've got WiFi blackspots appearing in my home that I never used to have, it's almost like the Hub 4 performance is deteriorating. One blackspot means my 2nd V6 box keeps loosing connection. The router hasn't changed location and no settings have changed.

    @virginmedia I have spoken to 3 customer service agents all in your Indian call centre, some via mobile chat, some via web chat. All tell me sorry there is nothing they can do. Some give me false information such as I can get a free WI-FI dongle. All they are trained to do is provide excuses.

    @virginmedia Hi, you did cancel my existing services because it was triggered by a landline number port, & I got a letter from TalkTalk confirming because of this, service will be cancelled on 20/12. However as it is Sunday, I cannot contact them. Am I entitled to auto compensation or..

    @virginmedia Good morning. I'm sad to report that it started dropping out again this morning. The router has 3.0 HUB on the bottom there is a light bluish light on the front of the router. When it drops out. Hope this helps you diagnose my problem. Regards Ian

    @virginmedia just phoned to ask for multi room , I have Virgin installed I explained , a one off payment was needed I was informed . You will lose my custom next year , all the WiFi problems and the tv problem recently and you don’t want to give only take . How disappointing !
