Start paying Vodafone. 15 days later. Bill from virgin like nothing has changed Cal them... They say they didn't know I was moving. Say that I should not worry... They will fix it. 1.month after another full bill from virgin. 90.min on a call later they finaly agree they have ****** up and will return the money taken from me... In 45 DAYS!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY infuriating that they can get away with this fuckery and abuse of their customers.

You took my money incorrectly but the refund takes a 45 days. This is absolutely despicable. There is no reason for a delay like that

Sent the faulty router back but they argued I never sent it back… continued to charge me for over 6 months. After complaining they opened an investigation, admitted they lost it and they did eventually send me a cheque for £400 😎

Had to spend ages online trying to find a solution to jobs that could not be done offline. Managed to finally speak to someone at Virginmedia and shown how to get update some progress. Finally, I have got back online again.
