The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

The Resolutions Team emailed yesterday confirming it has been restored, but the error code 7400 indicates we are not receiving any signal from the Virgin Media service. Don't know how much more we can take.
