@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia I ordered a new phone and because it was late, I cancelled. I was told by your tele-sales to not accept delivery when it did come and that was enough. However you have taken the first month's payment and are pursuing me for the balance. I have lodged a complaint but nobody listen

@virginmedia While I am on my hobby horse why have virgin closed all their shops, do not accept written communication and rely on a really poor tele sales team who you can barely understand. If I had been given a return address, I would at least have had evidence of this complaint
