APTS Archive (@APTSArchive) reported@virginmedia we notified you in early July that we would be moving on 31st. You deemed our new address as unserviceable & therefore there would be no early termination fee & to return the kit to you. I have made in excess of 10 phone calls with your moving home team - amount to several hours getting contradictory information every time I've phoned, depending on who I spoke with. On Wednesday you took £1,070 from our bank account, causing us to become overdrawn, despite assurances from your moving home team that there was an extension on our account in order to give us time to return the kit, & no early termination fee would be charged. The kit was returned to you on Wednesday morning. Upon phoning yesterday (yet again), I was dealt with someone that might as well have been a robot, he's inability to listen & constant repeating set phrases over & over again was of little help & particularly annoying. You have made the issue of moving home particularly difficult and stressful, which for a company of your size I find inexcusable. I emailed your moving home team on Tuesday & yesterday yet have still not received a reply, despite being told in a phone call my email would be dealt with as a matter or urgency! I'm resorting to public exposure in the vain hope there will be some action & you will expedite this matter.

Skinny John (@JLTFC) reportedRed button still not working, how about a discount on TNT sports to make up for it. @virginmedia
-
Jess Stocks (@jrstocks89) reported@virginmedia still no response. I’m paying a lot of money to access Sky Sports red button on my TV but still another 8 days to apparently fix it All the sport I want to watch is again on the red button this weekend
-
Andy Anderson 🇬🇧 Defund the BBC! ♋️ (@shelf_life64) reported@virginmedia @TheAFC0522 Two weeks to fix this is wholly unacceptable…. I’m starting to suspect you’re having another spat with Sky or your engineers are all on holiday!! As you are well aware casting is not available from the Sky Sports app… A bill credit to all affected would be welcome for this!
-
Mo (@Notts52) reported@virginmedia DM about what? From my post you have my details, the situation that repeats and repeats and repeats. None of this happened until VM decided that you would make changes for better security by having the VMO2 p'word. Is this problem just us or are others affected? #virginmedia #O2
-
Daniel Murphy (@dansmurph) reported@DartingMelon @alexand979677 @virginmedia Easiest thing to do is phon them up and ask for a loss of service credit, they literally have to give you the money back. No need to wait for the ombudsman etc. you only really need that when your at the deadlock stage
-
DaZzA (@aLpHaDaZzA) reported@ArtTed___4 You are obviously not a @virginmedia customer then!
-
Paul Green (@pgreen83) reported@virginmedia And idea what you have not replied to my post and now ignoring my DMs? Breach of contract and you are now in breach of your complaint procedure
