    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    Today my broadband has alternated between 20-30 mbps and 0, mainly the latter on my 350mbps plan. No phone line for 3 months. TV channels disappeared. This has been going on for nearly a year now so I feel I have no option but to cancel all my @virginmedia services after 11 years

    @virginmedia just had a call from you saying there was a fault in my area and the agent needed to run some tests.When I told her mine was fine she said it wasn't.Assuming this is a scam? Doesn't help that your official agents also sound like Indian scammers in a busy call centre
