@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia I work and so I'm unable to keep ringing throughout the day on the off chance I can get through. Been hung up on 3 times and promised a call back twice which hasn't happened. I'm still waiting for someone to answer and been listening to the same 3 songs for 45 minutes. Very poor.

Hi @virginmedia my 70 year old dad with dementia is trying to cancel because he at the end of his contract, but he has forgotten his security answer, he's provided everything else but you still won't entertain him. Is this really how you treat your customers? What can he do??

@virginmedia Day 5 of trying to cancel our contract. Still no reply, on hold for eternity to be cut off and WhatsApp restarted the process. Glad I sent a complaint to @Ofcom, I sincerely hope they investigate.
