@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia Mainly my iPhone. But sometimes my iPad. I regularly have to disconnect my iPhone from the Wi-Fi and use mobile signal. I thought it might be an issue with the phone so I reset network settings. That didn’t do anything. So I did a factory reset. Also didn’t do anything.
