@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia Try not to as I have to then go around to 35 devices to connect them again! once again Virgin messing up, pay for 500mpbs down (get 30mpbs up) and now getting 29.3 down and 0.84 up!!!! I work from gone and transfer files etc, what am I paying for!
