    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It’s been over a month since I sent an online complaint form (as advised by this account) and have heard nothing back since and it has been 4 months since the original issue (not to mention the 13 calls to customer service). When can I expect to hear back on my complaint?

    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    @TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

    @virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

    @virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

    @virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

    @virginmedia We're not. Contact ended months before disconnection. Your system is broken. We were told when we cancelled we actually need a small refund. But now we keep getting threatening emails from you.

    @virginmedia I’m not happy with 2 thing 1) The internet issue which lasted for 19 days and 2) Your customer service who handled the call. I don’t want to pay for those 19 days for the bad and poor service thanks.

    @virginmedia The complaint was supposedly about billing (it wasn’t) and resolution was ‘extra guidance on billing’. There were 4 complaints open which are all now showing as resolved on my virgin media. Request was raised via WhatsApp a few days ago and I was told I would get confirmation

    @virginmedia Day 5 of (virtually) no broadband. Promised it'd be restored last Thursday. Friday was told a technician would call in 24-48 hours. Nothing. Desperate for service to resume. @virginmedia Hell is too good a place for you to rot

    @virginmedia two days now. Problem reported: I got a text yesterday to say it's fixed. Clearly, it isn't because this area is still down. Bt38 9EU in carrickfergus. Is there any chance you can get this sorted soon.
