@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia We need this sorting, as there are 3 of us working from home, involving video meetings. How do we get in touch with you to sort our services out? Our TIVo box is also slow to respond and on-demand isn’t working, due to internet problems. Help. Now. Please.

  • pepetideo
CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Oxford, England

You only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.

  • inmilla68

@jen_moxon Their Customer Service, the word ‘service’ doing a lot heavy lifting here, is the worse. They randomly cancelled my DD without notice then bill me for late payment… @virginmedia Nice broadband, sh*t service, will go back to BT at renewal time.

  • WimpingEgo
    WimpingEgo (@WimpingEgo) reported

@virginmedia You say you have identified the problem & an engineer is on their way, but shocking nothing has been fixed it fixed date went from the 18th to 20th to 26 to the 21th then to 26th to 29th and now its the 5th. I'm paying for 1 Gig and get 40mb.

  • petepedwards
    pedwards (@petepedwards) reported

@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia They are on a separate network to most other providers so you can get a contract with someone like BT/Sky etc while Virgin dispute is sorted. Three also offer a 5g based home internet service that's dependent on mobile signal.

  • df1888
    d_f1888 (@df1888) reported

@LutzSchueler @virginmedia We’ve been waiting since January for VM fibre to be installed and the customer service has been shocking. I’ve raised 3 complaints emailed your office and still have not had the service installed. Next stop the communications ombudsman !!

@virginmedia I don’t think you give a toss tbh in an age of working from home I had to hotspot and use my data to get through work the last 2 days ..texts from you to say it’s fixed then 10 mins later it’s down again ..I reckon in the 2 years of my current contract I’ve lost 20 days service
