Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

...then phoned the “I’m leaving @virginmedia line” and got an answer with one minute..I asked if they could put me directly through to technical or get them to phone me (so I’m not sitting on hold again). Given assurances then put on hold and then cut off again. Terrible service

@virginmedia Well where do I start? It is ridiculous how long you have to wait just to get told you need to speak to someone else. My Internet will disconnect once a day without fail. "Cannot provide internet" so the WiFi is fine. Ironically its happening right now.
