@virginmedia plz stop calling me asking if I want an upgrade. Been a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and its getting annoying now. Yes my phone is due for an upgrade but only when I want it. So plz when you say Im on the 'has been contacted list' stick with that 😞

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia 100% does not mention anything about being a new customer... Just a straight offer... I've also had at least 4 offers at different rates but all more expensive than the advertised rates @Ofcom . Please do show me where I might be wrong

@virginmedia We were promised the fastest speeds when we decided to get our broad band from yourselves, but honestly, it’s dreadful, can someone please do something about it? Everyday it cuts out and even when it’s working it slow and laborious!

@virginmedia I’ve checked all the wires. As has my neighbour and we’ve both rebooted 4 times. There obviously is an issue and it’s showing on the service issue page. Either way we have no Internet and it needs fixing! What can be done?!
-
Tigers4Ever

@virginmedia Some devices won't connect at all, not enough bandwith. Neither ethernet nor Wifi is working properly. All cabling at your main box was changed last week but we think that our 8 year old router is the problem, your technician didn't think so but we still have the problems!

@virginmedia It will be interesting to know what ofcoms view is of virgin continuing to sell a service that has been known not to be working since at least Oct. Is it not an option to go back to a standard phone line rather than VOIP for vulnerable customers??
