4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

@virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

@virginmedia They asked to speak to my mother even after repeated attempts to explain that she is deaf and dumb. Having my mom speak down the phone to them in such manner is very humiliating for her and my dad. The incident has left her very upset

@virginmedia Price compared to speed and reliability don't compare, WiFi coverage is awful, loyal customer deals all but non existent, customer service terrible. My gripes with VM are vast but what other choice is there 🙄

@virginmedia hi my internet has been going down all weekend, just went down again there about 10 mins ago with no sign of returning. is this an issue with the network or is it my own connection? have seen other people having the same issue

@virginmedia I am a existing customer and everyday for the last few weeks I keep getting calls from Virgin Media. I do not want anymore calls. Shame you can't have more staff answering your customer service line instead of using covid as an excuse for long wait times

@virginmedia I CANNOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT TO SET UP A NEW PASSWORD. YOU ARE SHIFTING THE BLAME TO CUSTOMERS WHEN IT IS CLEARLY A VIRGIN ISSUE. And yes, this is = to shouting. As you would do without email for 18 hours and no sensible help.
-
V.I.N.CENT

@virginmedia I just want to speak to a human being about a physical problem with the cable coming into my property. Why is your website and phone line designed to prevent that?
-
WhySoSerious!?
(@J0K3R_GaNg) reported
@virginmedia Already have and that's the loyal customer part. Literally 0 to offer yet if a new customer joins you roll out the red carpet. Been with you about 15 years now, gonna start shopping around I think

@virginmedia are the worst regarding the way they treat customers especially deaf customers like my parents. I'm so angry right now it's ridiculous but @virginmedia will not care one bit.
