    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

    @virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    @virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

    @virginmedia service status is reporting faults with tv services but my broadband is off and on all afternoon. I’ve reset and if anything it’s worse. Was angry when I first saw the price increases now I’m happy because I can leave and get reliable broadband again.

    @virginmedia My issue was resolved through talking to an agent on your app. The purpose of my tweets is to let the public know that virgin is raising rates on consumers without providing proper notice or consent, so that they can take appropriate action.

    @virginmedia Also I think adding late fees to costumers who have been loyal to virgin media and never had any issues with payment is a complete joke. All it does is make a tough situation even tougher.

    @virginmedia Legacy speed tests were on iPhone Wi-Fi via a netgear router. Virgin hub in modem mode as Wi-Fi from the hub is next to useless. I just want the upload and download speed I pay for sorting out, and should get recompense for the bad service. I don’t want to pay for a new router

    @virginmedia Is this a UK number? I am in Canada and they phone lines have been completely shut down over here. To my knowledge there is no way to phone customer support in Canada right now.
