@virginmedia the worse customer service I’ve had in a long time. An absolute racket- tv, internet, billing & customer service: all woeful - they allow themselves 28 days to respond to a query & the phone lines are inaccessible - you couldn’t make it up #avoidvirginmedia #crooks

@virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

@virginmedia No. Your agents have flatly refused to cancel the upgrade as "the order has been completed." I have advised them that this contravenes UK consumer law but it has made no difference. I connected to live chat at 9.33am this morning and the issue is still not resolved.

@virginmedia I would also love to know the answer to this question. Initial cheque never made it to me. Contacted you repeatedly regarding this on social media and by phone. Many promises of cheques to be sent. Never sent - this was confirmed to me on multiple occasions.
