    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    @virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

    @virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

    @virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    .@vmbusiness We heard today that due to repairs ours & other business broadbands @FlourishGlen will be down for 6 hours next Thursday. We will have to close and turn away 100s of customers as won't able to take payment.Surely the hospitality sector has had enough trials in 2021?

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia a complaint. Day 39 without internet. A Thread. We agreed and entered a contract on the 2nd December for our broadband to be provided by the only fibre accessible to our property and received our self install router on the 6th.

    @virginmedia Still no Internet! You have suspended my account after a complete stranger has told you that I dont live there anymore, this was also without them answering any security questions! I have now waited 24 hours and it still hasn't been reconnected. Poor customer service

    @hellosatveer @CommunityFibre Issue not resolved. Community Fibre severed our Virginmedia cables so we have no service & @virginmedia are unable to resolve the issue until at least 23rd Feb. Community Fibre totally at fault but not engaging and Virginmedia customer service is unacceptable

    @virginmedia Please note I am officially cancelling my broadband service with @virginmedia the worst service I have ever received. You made me wait in my home to after 6pm for your customer service agent to tell me the job was completed at 4pm!!!! What a complete and utter lie! I’m disgusted

I’m ALL for inclusion, but when you know a company is outsourcing to line their pockets and their staff can’t even string sentences together.. we have a problem. They spend 30 mins taking us through ‘security’ too and/or be placed on hold. AI could do better.
