Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

You took my money incorrectly but the refund takes a 45 days. This is absolutely despicable. There is no reason for a delay like that

We will have to close and turn away 100s of customers as won't able to take payment.Surely the hospitality sector has had enough trials in 2021?

Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

Virgin Media News (@VirginMediaNews) reportedA man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a house in Co Galway during the August bank holiday weekend. A man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after gunshots were reported at a residence in Dunlo, Ballinasloe on Monday 3rd August at around 3.15am. Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Cúlán Eiscir Riada area between 2.30am and 4am, and who may have witnessed the incident or has camera footage, to come forward.
