    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia Still not had the courtesy of a phone call 30 days after making 2 complaints. I would NEVER EVER recommend @virginmedia @libertyglobal. I had a box fitted to my house without my permission & hadn’t ordered

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness Turns out, the email was an automated mistake. Though I now need one, because there's no vm access point on the property, something your staff refused to believe me about. This has been an utterly terrible experience, and I will now have no connection to work with.

    @virginmedia No known issues for broadband but known TV issues. WiFi has come back on however very slow, connections buffering often. Seems to be a lot of road works outside and I am concerned this may have something to do with it.
