@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

@virginmedia Hello, sorry only just seen your reply as I had notifications off. Yes home address but for my next door neighbours house, it’s still not been snagged which is amazing as it’s such a poor install and crosses onto my front drive. TN16 2NW is the postcode.

  • jimmy_sarge Jimmy_sarge (@jimmy_sarge) reported

@virginmedia Update: Was ensured it would be delivered to the correct address by 21:00 hours. This turned out to be a lie. I look forward to your shallow apology and link that will undoubtedly not help me further.

@virginmedia What a joke, I was on the call on the same number and 1 hr and 30m spoken with three bad CSR staff. Who transferred me back in the queue by telling me that they are going to speak with their manager. I called tonight at 620pm. You should listen to your staff calls. @Ofcom
