    @virginmedia I've just received my price rise letter. Utterly extortionate! I will be calling you later to move providers. Your WiFi router is terrible as well. Perhapse my new provider will let me use the Internet more than 6ft away from the router?

    @virginmedia your control box lock is broken as it's not closing properly and the box is sometimes been opened it's on the Marston road in Oxford outside Marston court care home between harberton mead and William Street it's the box up against the hedge OX3 0DJ

    @TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

    @virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    @virginmedia @statusisdown virgin media internet is down since last night. its the 3rd time happening in the last 2 weeks. The customer support team is unhelpful to say the least. Engineer was supposed to come last weekend, but never showed up and never sent a single communication. Why am I paying so much to you if you are going to be down for days?

    @virginmedia seriously, 7 days since BB transfer, complete outage since 1pm today! Utter rubbish - 8 hours. I work from home and also no TV. The latter i can tolerate, the former has been a disaster. 3 years with @TalkTalk not one hour off line.

    @virginmedia Your service is extremely poor. My mum passed away in February and I called up your customer services to cancel her Virgin Media account. The man on the phone told me I couldn't cancel it but I could transfer the account into my name, wait 30 days and then cancel it.

    @virginmedia @O2 We’ve been without broadband completely since Friday lunchtime. Fix time keeps getting delayed. All phones on o2 and all down to 3G, occasionally 4G so cannot use my hotspot in order to work. This is ridiculous considering how much money I pay out on airtime!

    @virginmedia Hi, my disconnection date from Virgin Media is today, I had Netflix in my package. Will Netflix automatically end today/tomorrow? Or do I need to cancel this separately with Netflix?
