    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia your system wouldn’t allow me to test my equipment yesterday evening as I’d used my six tests for the day - maybe I wouldn’t have used them if you were honest on the website and admitted to the outage. Oh and here we are and still your site says no issues.

    @virginmedia I called your support at 8:54am they admitted to me there had been issues with broadband in my area for 24 hrs. I pointed out your service checker says no issues. Over an hour has passed and the service status has not been updated - why?

    @virginmedia Nope, it doesn't fix my broadband either buddy, but I'm still paying full price today for no service all day. With no back up like @bt_uk who have mobile data back up with @EE . They have thought out outages whereas you guys haven't, I'm losing money buying more mobile data.

    @virginmedia Just to note John, my irritation isn't with you or your colleagues, you guys are doing your job and customer service has been spot on... BUT, the Internet broadband service itself is non existent today, Whoever deals with all that is where frustration is aimed at. Not you lol👌

    @virginmedia Spoke too soon, it's down again. It's now showing as a known area fault in service status, so should be fixed today.
