    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia Still not had the courtesy of a phone call 30 days after making 2 complaints. I would NEVER EVER recommend @virginmedia @libertyglobal. I had a box fitted to my house without my permission & hadn’t ordered

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia Two outages in 2 days, not good, you REALLY need to stabilise your network or else you are going to lose a LOT of customers. We've been with you for two months and we've had more issues in that time than we had in the entirity of our contract with previous provider.

    @PyrionFlax @virginmedia It's an absolute nightmare trying to cancel too. Expect to spend 2 hours on the phone.i did it over WhatsApp which was better. But still kept trying to tempt me to stay with a 500mb package for £35 when I could get fiber with. Vodaphone for 1gig up and down for £35

    @__abbierhodes @virginmedia Yep same - it’s been down 2 nights ina row I would swap providers now if I were you, they are absolutely terrible. I’ve had nothing but issues with them, cuts off weekly without fail
