    @virginmedia Still not had the courtesy of a phone call 30 days after making 2 complaints. I would NEVER EVER recommend @virginmedia @libertyglobal. I had a box fitted to my house without my permission & hadn’t ordered

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia I’ve made numerous phone calls regarding my package. Each time a mistake is rectified a new mistake is made. We were expecting installation yesterday, to find out it had been cancelled. I’m fed up with the lack of customer service, no one seems to know what they’re doing.

    @virginmedia Tx @virginmedia but that's the number I've already tried many times. It doesn't let me speak to anyone, just sends me a link for more options on the issue.Then the link is for the service checker which has no more options (says nothing is wrong for my postcode) Is this expected??

    @virginmedia Hi thanks for the reply - that is the number I had been trying all day yday. It is fully automated and won’t ever allow me to speak to an operator. Which options do I need to dial into the keypad to speak to a human? No it is a hardware issue and it’s been going on for weeks

    @virginmedia I do not need to break-down the bill as I had M200 "paying £30 and sales offers the m500 for £39 means I shouldn’t pay the £65 or £62 it should have been £39 now I see you offer the M500 for £33 why should I pay £65….? I have sky not tv just a broadband..!

    @virginmedia Why don’t you ever get your advice correct? These new hubs are activated automatically; problem hasn’t been resolved they are watching connection over next 24 hours, so once again I’ve got to wait for you to fix it, has problem for 12 days now!!! I work from home and NEED my wifi

    @virginmedia It’s really not working occasionally letting us in/allowing data for about 5 mins. Your official checks say there is no area issue. Obviously not correct. Can I please have an engineer come around urgently so I can work?
