@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia Hi. Offered improved package in March by VM customer retention. Didn't receive Amazon Prime which was offered. Called 5 times. Told my original call would be retrieved and reviewed. Nothing. Every time I call I have to start all over again. Frustrating.

Unfortunately again today we hit with very bad customer experience @virginmedia I would like to get in to the bottom of the issue but unfortunately is very unlikely any one will help. Apparently @virginmedia advice via email that our estate will have some upgrades doing on today
