Joel Sheppard (@joelshepp) reported@virginmedia It is absolutely diabolical; The usability is horrific; The interface is horrendous; You cannot recover deleted items; The recordings do not split between movies and TV shows; and The audio function on the remote control never works. How do I stop the constant upgrade messages?!!

Grifty (@TheGriftReport) reportedMillions of mobile phone users face data rationing and price hikes after Rachel Reeves excluded telecoms firms from a major energy discount scheme. Chancellor Reeves left VodafoneThree, Virgin Media O2 and EE out of the British Industrial Competitiveness Scheme which gives a 25% cut on electricity bills to thousands of other businesses. Telecoms firms are now facing full 33% energy price rises triggered by the Iran war and are drawing up emergency plans including slowing speeds, restricting data during peak times and charging premiums for heavy usage. One network warned up to 9,000 jobs could be at risk and 5G rollout plans shelved. VodafoneThree said it is “disappointed” and urged the Government to protect the critical digital networks the country depends on. Virgin Media O2 added that if the Government wants growth it cannot overlook the networks Britain relies on.
-
