@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia I'm not expecting troubleshooting, this is not an issue that can be troubleshooted on my end. I want you to escalate for a global fix. The error message is related to the game and says it fails to connect, nothing loads after the client launches and only when the VPN isn't on.

@virginmedia how can I stop ‘Virgin Media Technical Support’ overseas call centre calling me please? 8 calls now in 3 days and I’m not even a customer. Told the last caller this and he shouted and hung up on me!
