    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia Since Christmas eve when your system went down for a few minutes mine did not start and my landline and homeline has not worked that is why I do not want to webchat with virgin media now I am seriously considering leaving and getting sky which is cheaper

    @virginmedia 4 phone calls 3 promised manager call backs 2 times I’ve been hung up on 1 Email to the CEO And yet still the agreement my elderly parents agreed to isn’t honoured. OR worse still any actual attempt to speak with the customer following a complaint. Next is @Ofcom
