@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia Letter coming with information since March 2021 going up £3,50 so I throw this letter straight to bin! Now I pay £55p/m it will be £58,50 for customer who pay last 15 years bills. for new you have £40 a month for 18 months This is how you treat customers and service is still crap
