@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia Both, there was maintenance work yesterday (an email was sent on Monday) so I couldn't stream but today the service is intermittent. It's on both wired and wireless. Stationary amber/light green colour. Hub 3.0. Ran checks and switched it off and on again

@virginmedia He said he fixed the issue by tightening some wires outside. This isn't the first time I've heard of virgin being terrible. Many friends and family warned us not to go with you. If we leave we refuse to pay the cancellation fee

@virginmedia We ordered 5 mobile phones using 150 on saturday and 4 have arrived but the 5th we are still waiting for email to sign online. Apparently security checks needed and we have to wait for a call but no call now after 4 days. Several calls to you chasing but get no help.
