    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia My son who plays his ps5 a lot can never get good speeds of internet in his room which is only 10ft from the hub. I know u offer boosters but I don’t think it’s fair that I should have to pay extra when his room is so close

    @virginmedia After a total of 2 1/2 hours on the phone to 7 people, Duncan knew the answer. I still need an engineer visit and the call made no difference to the outcome. I’m really disappointed with the overall service. Just hoping the engineer can help. So frustrated with this.

    @virginmedia It seems ok after I did a hard reset of the router, but it’s every day it goes down my sons can’t use it for school purposes and I can’t use it for work it’s just a joke. I’m sick of paying for something I can’t use properly

    @virginmedia i want the offer shud b easy eh? so how many custoner service agents so far does it take2 actually give me the offer? Answer 6 so far 13 hours on chat & 2 on phone and still not got it, did you do a light bulb changing service at some point? Sure theres a joke in there somewhere

    @virginmedia what the helll is up with your network all of a sudden my phone stops working when I am at home no signal and WiFi calling don't work too just says not registered to a network, been using it for months with no issues

    @virginmedia And that’s exactly my (and everyone else’s) problem. All you companies make it so easy to join - no phone calls or letters required. Yet to cancel we have to jump through hoops. It should be just as simple to cancel, especially in these times!
