4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia I was told in January when I wanted to cancel my contract that in July I could cancel without a fee, which I found out is a lie. I have rang four times, each time told they’d ring back one by manager. Total neglect and lies, I cannot solve the problem as no one is helping.
