@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

@virginmedia your system wouldn’t allow me to test my equipment yesterday evening as I’d used my six tests for the day - maybe I wouldn’t have used them if you were honest on the website and admitted to the outage. Oh and here we are and still your site says no issues.

@virginmedia Nope, it doesn't fix my broadband either buddy, but I'm still paying full price today for no service all day. With no back up like @bt_uk who have mobile data back up with @EE . They have thought out outages whereas you guys haven't, I'm losing money buying more mobile data.

@virginmedia Spoke too soon, it's down again. It's now showing as a known area fault in service status, so should be fixed today.
