    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia I did raise a complaint although it will not help me much at this point. I appreciate the code of practice attchment, but so far no VM team nember has put it into practice otherwise l would not have spent hours over the phone to no avail. No one have tried to resolve my issue.

    @drvconway @eir Run away! We vowed never to go w/ them over 15 years ago when they took over a month to install a phone line for us. We had a similar issue recently w/ Virgin Media but they did resolve the issue in well under a month at least.

    @virginmedia Yes, reason for the delay was given however the fact remains that l am left out with no internet since l have cancelled my current supplier. I needed options, alternatives in the interim 11th September. I need internet service while waiting for full installation. VM failed me.
