  For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

  @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

  @virginmedia Of course it’s down to the engineers to fix on site. But they haven’t. I won’t get compensation until the problem solved. So I’m paying for a service that isn’t working and still without internet. Nobody can do anything so I’m just stuck without internet, still.
