First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.

Was then advised I could leave free of charge during my last 2 months (which I have) and yet you still charged me. You are an abysmal company 🤬

But I still had to wait on the phone and have the cancellation of contract spiel even though we aren’t cancelling. Just a poor process and no consideration for the customer
