Miles Gomme (@MilesGomme) reported from Cumnor, England@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….
-
Fabia Cerra - Actor/Dancer/Choreographer/Writer (@Fabiaburlesque) reported from Oxfordshire, England@TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.
-
Adam (@Adamox2020) reported from Oxfordshire, England@virginmedia your services are becoming a joke. Constant WiFi issues and problems. Sort it out ASAP. Frustrating.

-
Rob Fowler (@RobSFowler) reported@virginmedia this is disgraceful! Look into it and do better, much better. From a customer of yours that is currently considering his options!
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@jackbremer @virginmedia I've been with them longer than that and, TBF, they've been good on the whole. However, the mark of a decent company, I feel, is how they handle problems...and @virginmedia were found totally wanting in my case. I hope for your sake you never have a serious problem with them 🤞🤞
