The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

@virginmedia It’s been over a month since I sent an online complaint form (as advised by this account) and have heard nothing back since and it has been 4 months since the original issue (not to mention the 13 calls to customer service). When can I expect to hear back on my complaint?

@virginmedia I’m pretty much done with this issue with you guys, I’ve done every test under the sun and it sounds like the general issue is the new router for 1Gb. It’s been reasonable up to now but it can’t cope with the amount of devices.

@virginmedia The connection with my iPhone is rubbish and has been since Virgin was installed at my house 7 months ago. The only advice I ever get is ‘try rebooting your hub’, which I’ve done repeatedly and is something I never once had to do with Sky in 20 years of being with them.

@virginmedia I've been without wifi/all service for 6 months and appnts to fix it has been constantly pushed back by your team. Now your team is refusing to pay out compensation and I've had to pay for alternate wifi AND for the acc even though Ive had no wifi. Why is this okay?
