@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

@CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia It just says you’ve found the problem and will be fixed by 10:05am (which is in 6 minutes so I find it hard to believe), but when it went down at 9am yesterday it said it would be fixed by 7pm. It doesn’t tel us what the problem is.
