    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    Dear @virginmedia, our Internet stopped working at 4:50 this evening. Right before my 5pm work video call. Now I cant turn my @HiveHomeUK lights on because your service is still down. Get it sorted would you please.

    @virginmedia Then why did the call handler say 48 hours.? 28 days is unacceptable & no one has contacted me to find out details, so how can they resolve my issue?!?

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia i had the 5g wifi turn its self off last week on my hub as was told that its something never heard of. Funny that my friend called me and said the exact thing just happened to them. No 5g but 2g and wired is fine. Whats going on here???

    @vmbusinesshelp We run a heating and plumbing company and as with lots of business we are doing are best to keep running and still give are customers a great service. This has been made a lot harder with virgin media Business leaving us with out a business phone line for 10 day
