@virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

@BrianMac168 @virginmedia @YodelOnline Got rid of that shower last year after a 5 month battle and I called in the arbiter. A guy came round for the equipment with no notice, I gave him the media box but couldn’t find the router. As soon as he was gone I remembered where it was, they’ve never been back for it.
