@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia I’ve called Virgin Media 5 times at least regarding this issue and it’s yet to be resolved. I was promised a call back yesterday from your billings team. I was told a manager called Anshley Dindoyal would call. This hasn’t happened. Please just get someone to call me!

also virgin media sucks so bad my wifi was supposed to be fixed 6 hours ago but they're now delaying again meaning I've been unable to connect for 12 hours. if when i get home from work it's still down it'll be 24. that's a long time without wifi that i literally pay for

@virginmedia Thanks for the response. Understand this and it would be understandable if it were a couple hours, but this seems to be a regular thing with Virgin now. When you have an outage, its days, which as most things now rely on modern tech, isnt great.
