-
CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Oxford, EnglandYou only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.
-
CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Begbroke, England@virginmedia Yes.. After much back and forth to simply getting teh to acknowledge they had overcharged me for 2 months... But the issue is... You took my money incorrectly but the refund takes a 45 days. This is absolutely despicable. There is no reason for a delay like that
-
Cllr Thomas Ashby (@thomas_ashby_) reported from Witney, England. @virginmedia morning. Internet has just gone down on Mirfield Road in Witney. Do you have any news as to why? We did not have any notification.
-
A1NOS (@a1_nos) reported from Abingdon, England@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

Chris Watts (@diddywatts) reported from Witney, England@virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt
-
Manwithfishhead (@manwithfishhead) reported from Abingdon, England@virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue for ox145 will be fixed. When I ring 150 I get no actual update, just that you are working on it. I work from home and rely on this. Ta. :)
-
Bill Butcher (@wcbutcher) reported from Kidlington, EnglandFor a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

-
Majella Driscoll (@MajellaDri38601) reported@TheMandyGall Tommy was ok until virgin media brainwashed him but hey ho his kids will grow up knowing daddy pushed this fake **** on them
-
APTS Archive (@APTSArchive) reportedQuick update following my post - I did have a DM discussion with VirginMedia. Apparently all refunds are process via cheque payments and posted to you - and I’ve got to wait up to 45 days - yes 45 days for the cheque. If I’ve not received it by then I’ve got to contact them again and they will investigate why - probably waiting another 45 days. This is disgusting behaviour @virginmedia, despite it being so called company policy. You took £1,070 from our account despite assurance the equipment return date had been extended, causing us to be overdrawn, yet you now hang on to our money for up to 45 days! It doesn’t take 45 days for a computer to print a cheque!
-
Mark senior (@Msenior89Senior) reported@virginmedia absolute joke of a service, cant watch the rugby league again!! When are you going to sort out these issues its beyond a joke!
-
KSP (@Yespleaseroux) reported@virginmedia is utterly ****. As soon as I can ditch it I will and go back to Sky. Such rubbish service all round.
-
Vik Chauhan (@chauhanvik) reported@virginmedia I need to cancel the appointment but it isn’t let me when I log in etc.
-
Kath Moonlight (@kath_moonlight) reported@O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.
-
GW (@GGWilliams72) reported@virginmedia @Bomber19631 I had Stream Box and Broadband set up yesterday. Neither working today, tried Cust Serv’s on hold over 45 mins and still no answer! These people are as garbage as their services, spend your money elsewhere. I’m going back to @SkyUK 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
-
Paps (@coophos) reported@LeighHutch90 @virginmedia For what we pay it’s crap
-
vicki wright (@vickiwright77) reported@virginmedia please can I have an update on service status in RG31 6
-
John smith (@smith_john33910) reported@LordDunners @ryantegan @skytv When I wanted to cancel Virgin Media they would not let me. I had to force a cancellation by withholding payment. Yes I got rid of Virgin Media..but it left a nasty “non payment” black mark on my credit rating. So beware!
