    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia It's working but it regularly drops off especially upstairs in the house and to say we're apparently getting 100mb download speeds it's not very quick at all. A lot of apps on my phone regularly fail to connect until I switch to 4G

    @virginmedia I have not as I’ve given up trying that way. But during Covid times and the lack of customer support Virgin and many others have made it virtually impossible to cancel online. Yet happy to keep emailing me my Bill reminders. I was told in Jan my account could be cancelled

    @virginmedia It was free for 12 months and the deal expired but I canceled before the billing should have started (literally day before). It's what the customer services agent told me to do when I took out the contract so I won't be charged.

    @virginmedia I had an engineer here on Saturday. No its not fixed. the engineer had drop out of signal when he tested and it is still happening now
