Many disabled customers are put in danger bc their equipment & emergency equipment use Virgin. They charge a lot of money for a terrible service.

Dad had all his recordings deleted and now his new recordings are recording and now he’s watched part of something he can’t go back and watch it because it says the recording has failed. This has happened on every recording. It seems to record fine then changes to failed. Get this sorted and get the broadband sorted. How @Ofcom isn’t all over this I don’t know. Pushing people to take the V6 and then a year later this happens. Shocking.

Issue was definitely local area but now been told need engineer. 5 days after first went off.

Then I got an apology and refund for waiting at home. Now I just got another apology and another refund for the loss of internet/phone. Virgin is pretty rubbish.
