CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Oxford, EnglandYou only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.

Miles Gomme (@MilesGomme) reported from Cumnor, England@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

Miles Gomme (@MilesGomme) reported from Cumnor, England@virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!
-
Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. NICK🇬🇧 ⚽LEICESTER.CITY.FC⚽ (@Nick_LCFC_fan_1) reported@virginmedia I have more problems with your Virgin 360. When I'm watching a programme that is also being recorded. When I change channel during the adverts and then turn back it won't let me rewind! The old software let me do this from 2017-2026... Why did you remove so many features?
-
lucy barnett (@lucebarnett) reported@EE I was on a call for 42 minutes this morning and got nowhere. Nobody wants to take any responsibility and suggesting I didn’t order despite the fact SIMs have moved over to One plan and Virgin Media contacted me about leaving. Very poor service

-
Robby Yung ⦿⦿⦿ (@viewfromhk) reported@0xsachi I think "moat" is just a polite way of saying monopoly. First mover advantage builds a brand and customer stickiness, and I think this should be the goal, personally. But all these anti-competitive practices like making cancelling services ridiculously hard (hello @virginmedia ) or walling the garden once you get enough users (hello @facebook Open Graph) should be cracked down on, in my opinion.
-

I still haven’t received it, and my account says I don’t have any open orders. I tried to contact VM via chat, but (twice) the agents said nothing when connected!
