@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia No definitive answer or call back for why the sim isn't working, still waiting on a call back for the results on diagnostic and compensation. Internet has dropped 28 times in the last week, as confirmed by Virgin yesterday - outage has been like this since the start of October.
