A1NOS (@a1_nos) reported from Abingdon, England@CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.
