For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Yes and no,I did say that want this dealt as a complaint now ,customer service did say that would get a manager to call me,but havent got any call from anyone. Ive been a customer with Virgin for at least 9 years,not only mobile but broadband too.This has been an awful experience
