  @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

  @Lindstar24 Look up Databank, all the big 3 do it , goes back to 2021 when Virgin Media O2 initiated it via the Good Things Foundation, but Vodaphone , 3 , also via community hubs , food banks , charities. EE BT do similar to help data poverty .

  @virginmedia You haven't replied to the last DM. I had to make an official complaint to get a resolution. @Ofcom Having had equipment checked and replaced, the connection is still freezing and disconnecting. This suggests the problem is external. #virginmedia

  @O2 @virginmedia had no internet since 7am - intermittent signal! Now says no broadband issues, but still cannot connect - PR5 area - please sort it out!
