For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Perhaps these permissions should be sought in advance to prevent issues like this in the first place because right now all this screams out is incompetence and a breach of contract on your part. Pass that onto your permits and permissions team and hopefully someone picks up soon
