@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia It says that there are no issues. I ran diagnostics and it said that my device "has low signal strength, please move it closer to Hub 3.0.". That's why i was hoping that i could upgrade to Hub 5 which uses Wifi 6 that my devices also support
