@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

What is wrong with @virginmedia ? I have raised complaints and get no calls only "we tried to call you" and they clearly have not! The 1gig broadband is a joke. They cant support their latest Hub and help is unhelpful!
