@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

  • StuPCrook
Stuart Crook (@StuPCrook) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

  • MilesGomme
Miles Gomme (@MilesGomme) reported from Cumnor, England

@virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

  • alanfdunlop
    A Dunlop Landscapes 🌳⚒️🧱 (@alanfdunlop) reported

@ifeeltheneed_ Mine has been offline for the last two months, had an upgrade of virgin media that came with a new WiFi connection. That coincided with my surgery, managed to have the new hub up & running with some help but haven’t been able to access the solar inverter to reset so far.

  • kingoftheshed
    Paul Parkin (@kingoftheshed) reported

@virginmedia after a week of absolutely shambolic service I’ve finally had enough. You sent me an email to say all was fixed but once again the wi-fi is down and the tv is disrupted. Another weekend of nonsense ahead. Tell me how I leave?

  • danielgoble
    Daniel Goble (@danielgoble) reported

@mobily_uk @virginmedia The whole point is to just get you locked into another deal. You threaten to switch and then they lower it and hope you fall for it...all while they try to upsell **** TV packages that nobody wants.

  • jbond
    WhiskyTango AlphaFox 😷🇪🇺🍸 (@jbond) reported

Classic Virgin Media. I have TNT sports. TNT bought by HBO Max. VM email about streaming deal. Follow instructions, click "activate TNT Sports-HBO Max". Get this :- > Sorry, something’s gone wrong! We’re having some technical issues. Please try again later. Sigh.

  • BroughtonJo
    Jo Broughton (@BroughtonJo) reported

@virginmedia No WiFi since Wednesday, apparently Engineers are ‘working hard to resolve the issue’ except having driven the entire area…no Engineers working anywhere? just want an honest answer to what’s going on and when it’s going to be fixed

  • eripley8
    James Munro (@eripley8) reported

@virginmedia @mobily_uk Can you drop the smiling emoji Virgin. It really is absurdly patronising and shows that you're just laughing at us rather than genuinely trying to help

  • DjmarkieT
    mancs boi (@DjmarkieT) reported

@virginmedia your service is a joke, internet down since Friday at 2pm update to say fixed midnight, then 4pm yesterday, then updated to 19th at 0:04 and now 20th at 16:04 that means I cant work tomorrow YOUR A JOKE time to LEAVE!

  • KaitanKohli
    kaitan kohli (@KaitanKohli) reported

@virginmedia I need a solution without spending hours on the phone with your excruciatingly bad CS.

  • cymroglyn
    CymroGlyn 🏳️‍🌈🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏉🍾♿️ (@cymroglyn) reported

@virginmedia I'm raising a complaint about the way my problem was handled. But you still need to do something about the account that I said is imitating you. You are enabling them to scam your customers out of money. Some customers will no doubt lose a significant amount belly.

  • AlexBMastro
    AlexFFS (@AlexBMastro) reported

@virginmedia I find it unacceptable that a service that costs £50 per month has an outage on a weekly basis... current outage has been going on since Friday night, nearly 24 hours already without a working connection. how is this possible ? And on a weekend as well
