@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia 2 .... You will appreciate that their sending me a wrong cable was nowhere near my complaint of them being unapproachable thru not being contactable which was in essence, my complaint. Too much reliance by virgin on high-tech screen chats, QR codes etc poeple .....

@virginmedia @Whats_UpWithU Virgin arent sorry Parry they are just arse holes who over sell their service, and these customer service on here have had months to sort out issues, but they told their service is acceptable however the trading standards dont agree and I’m preparing to sue them for fraud
