    @virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia They told me to buy booster from. Them obviously as this May or may not help. They then proceeded to blame the brick my house was made of. I've been with virgin over 20 years without issue until the last year or so. So clearly its a virgin issue not a brick issue ffs. WiFi BTW.

    @virginmedia Its just my phone at the moment, sometimes its my partners phone, sometimes its a tablet, sometimes its the TV, sometimes its a pc. I assumed it would be the phones settings, but its connected now. Although the bill is still double for no change in service!

    @virginmedia I got some information after I contacted the external team. Said no date to fix. But that day a team turned up unexpectedly and did work. Told us it was all sorted. But then it’s still on the system awaiting work. In short, your departments don’t know what’s going on.

    @virginmedia Done all this basic stuff several times. If this isn't the case then why have I now got no WiFi signal less than 5 metres from hub(I've had 2 hubs also that do the same) previously this wasn't the case.

    @virginmedia Oh cool the same page 8ve been to a million times in my 2 years of contract. No thanks, once my contract is up I shall not renew. Even if someone gets sent out, they do some tests, say "it seems okay" and nothing changes. Sorry for ranting at you customer service person :/

    Can't get through to @virginmedia repeatedly queue for ages then get cut off. Could it be because I've pressed option 4 to cancel my contract? New customer deal is £30 per month cheaper than what they've put me on, and I've been with them 15 years plus. Shocking
