@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

Anyone else having issues with @virginmedia? I spent 1 hr 1/2 on the phone to them last night only to get cut off. I've called again tonight, spent 1/2 on the phone only to get transferred to the specialist team only for the phone to cut off. Called back again, same thing 🤬

@feenixtatt @thisisAlanTurk @virginmedia Same here & what is worse it is ON US to claim for outage >48 hrs. VM said it was a 6 hr fix - so not worth claiming. VM then amends this every few hours. Discourages claims. Should be automatic rebate. BAD BAD BAD
