    @virginmedia Did it in the end. Might've stayed if I had been offered what I was, on that unnecessarily long call, when I initially called and said I would cancel cos the deal wasn't right. But when someone says they've a new provider already, maybe tell your team stop with the offers...

    @virginmedia hey is there anyway i can get a callback? i just spent an hour on hold to be told that the department i needed (which isn't the one i actually need) is closed. my grandad is v ill with dementia and his landline is not working, including the back up landline installed
