    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia Thank you John 👍 i wish that info would have been given when i selected ‘cancel services’ on the whatsapp chat, instead of them repeatedly asking me loads of questions about what other company i want to sign up with.. would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

    @virginmedia I’ve had no real updates in the 3 days. Just est. fixed times, when I call up to chase. I signed up to text updates. Have not had a single piece of info sent to me. And no email communication. Whoever runs your customer service team needs to go on a training course
