@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia No, it was not resolved at all, I ended up paying to have the phone fixed myself, I explained this to your team and they gave me €20 off the next bill, better than nothing I suppose, I wont be using Virgin Media again for a mobile phone service once this contract expires, thanks

@virginmedia Kate from Newcastle said she would raise the complaint and I would be contacted within 48 Hours but as it was Thursday I should expect a call this week. No one has phoned but just an email saying I had been contacted and advised???? Appalling service

Did @virginmedia fire all of their support staff? It's literally impossible to speak to a real human anywhere and anytime it says it'll connect you to one it just hangs up instead after spending ages dealing with a machine.
