@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia your social media team is a more on the ball than the cust services. When the first person one speaks to has the capability to conclude the call to but doesnt one can only conclude it's deliberately rigged so that those wishing to cancel get bored of waiting and don't.

@virginmedia All it does is tells me to change my hub from modern to wi-fi mode (which I have no intention of doing). Didn't check my TV signal as far as I can tell. Any other suggestions? My postcode starts with BS15

@virginmedia Tried to upgrade today. After finding out existing customers pay £35 installation even though they just connect a new hub themselves, but a new customer doesn't pay installation even though they need cables to their house I've looked at Talk Talks prices instead.

If you are looking for a broadband, TV & phone supplier, based on the hours I’ve spent trying to cancel an account (3-hours again today) I would suggest you AVOID @virginmedia This is something very simple, yet continuing to send me to retention agents will not make me stay!!!!
