For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@Evans90 @virginmedia Mate we left virgin, got a fire stick and pay Vodafone £25 a month for internet. Not a problem with them unlike virgin which consistently cut out. Best thing we ever did!

@virginmedia The cover that was held on with a cable tie is broken. The wires in the box look frayed. I am trying to prevent a loss of service as I understand the box is meant to protect the cables from the elements. So it is not doing its job. I do not want it relocating.

Hey @virginmedia. I’ve been cold called 3 times from 0800 052 1251. They say they are you, ringing to discuss services (I am a customer). But I am asked to give security details before the call can continue! You called me! The whole thing smells. I asked for an email, none came.
