    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia Then why did the call handler say 48 hours.? 28 days is unacceptable & no one has contacted me to find out details, so how can they resolve my issue?!?

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    Dear @virginmedia, our Internet stopped working at 4:50 this evening. Right before my 5pm work video call. Now I cant turn my @HiveHomeUK lights on because your service is still down. Get it sorted would you please.

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia John , it’s not just virgin that’s busier. I’m an accountant , I have to do furlough claims, learn tonnes of new legislation for Covid .I don’t have a call centre or staff members to help and take my calls . I can’t sit on phone for hours with no response to leave !

    @virginmedia @richardbranson @SkyUK no problems there. I always have an wifi issues whilst working from home has caused me distress and now I have to pay even more for a still bad service. What a way to treat loyal customers during a pandemic !!!

    Beware of the Premier Sports add-on in Virgin Media ... you think you are just adding a subscription and can cancel at any time ... but it gets added to your package ... and bundle up as "a discount" ... and when you try to cancel it on it own ... it costs you more.

    @virginmedia hi BG, I did get some solid suggestions: move the router - can’t because virgin installed it and it’s connected to the (redundant) phone line Use Ethernet cables - not sure my office laptop will reach down stairs Turn off devices - my housemates and I don’t work shifts
