For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia Thought it was a sky issue as sky was basically unwatchable in other rooms but they spent half an hour here and tried new boxes and everything. In the end he tested the internet somehow and said it keeps dropping and its a problem with that not sky. Either way......

I though that put of all the network Virgin media was the best but I was wrong as it's utter rubbish as the signal goes down, get disconnected often and to top up there is no proper support as even the customer service numbers does not work or it keeps people on hold
