    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia No third party devices, no settings changed, just upgraded from a hub 3 to a 5 on a faster package. We have a pod to boost the signal and that’s it. I paid the fee but it turns out the systems are down and it can’t be fixed today once the transaction was processed

    @virginmedia been a customer for less than 24 hours, been lied to, twice spoke to 99% of the call centre including a floor manager, blind transferred , got cut off with no call back, left a WhatsApp number and no reply, 2 hours later still no resolve, retention team are a joke
