@virginmedia well after couple of lengthy phone calls today to virgin, I was told account were up & working again, when I rung today there was message saying there was a fault, tried to login this eve, Dane shit as yest, NO authenticity code sent, complete load of shit stay clear

@virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

@virginmedia tried logging on to my isa account, asking me for authentication code, request it, no txt coming thru, ring the 20 mins then told there shutting, & will ring back tomos. They Admit there’s a prob, OUT IT ON YOUR WEB THEN, don’t have thousands ringing up 💩service!

What classifies as loss of service @virginmedia ? Because having a connection that takes an hour to upload a 20mb file feels like a loss of service. Like buying a car and being limited to 2mph. The service is not fit for purpose, and I'm not happy paying full whack.

@virginmedia our tivo box has broken again and im not sure why but its not really a reliable service, in the last few months our remote has broke and the tivo had broke twice, last time we had no TV services for a week and still having to pay nearly £100 a month

@virginmedia When I do diagnostic check it says no obvious fault and gives 2 numbers 150 and a mobile number.when I ring mobile number get automated service all the time, which says it is running tests, goes on forever then asks you to ring back in 10 and they will have results. Then cuts off
