    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    Genuine question, @virginmedia. The rate increase of 3.9% on bills, how is that calculated on your side? I've seen an increase of 11.7% on a bill versus last month. I also never did get the email that was promised to confirm the increase before hand. Kind of curious.

    @virginmedia I'm using 0.5gb of data and paying £25 A mth! Everytime I've called to sort, I get transferred to India where yr staff continually speak over me & are rude, & don't listen! Were it not for looking after an elderly parent I'd have moved yr last Xmas. Utterly appalling CS!!

    Just had a call from @virginmedia asking if I was happy with the service, when I said yes but too expensive they hung up! Cheers. Look forward to changing providers when the time comes.
