4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve followed everything I’m supposed to do. I work in Customer Service myself and I appreciate you have a process to follow, however when all those have been followed, with no resolution, I’m still left with no internet and no-one seems to be able to sort this for us.
