    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia my Internet connection is really poor today. I've done 3 videos calls and the image keeps freezing, sound keeping cutting out. Your website claims there are no issues in my area but this is doesn't seem to be the case. Postcode ME16 8EU

    @virginmedia Unfortunately it is not acceptable and I will be following the avenues to have this resolved. From what I am hearing Virgin have a habit of not advising their new customers of the process and it is down to experiences like this what we are stung!

    @O2 I’m actually with @virginmedia mobile but since they joined with you our data service is rubbish.. we used to use data more than WiFi as that was how good it was.. but not anymore x

    @DonnaBrannan12 @virginmedia I'm in the same situation Donna. Given a renewed deal for ultimate volt. On Sunday they put me onto maxit tv and 200Mb broadband. Tried multiple calls and had phone put down. Its ridiculous!
