For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    don’t stand still 🥸 (@ohisaymatron) reported

@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Can never understand why they don’t proactively get customers to sign new contracts with decent rates. Always have to **** us around and piss us off.

  • freeITstafford
    Free I.T. Stafford (@freeITstafford) reported

@JamieGBarry @virginmedia I tried that trick at cancellation time, and they told me my address will be stored and I'll always be classed as "existing" so would never be eligible for a "new customer" deal. The only way to be a "new customer" is to move house.

  • Hatts_X
    Hatts (@Hatts_X) reported

@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Just cancel your contract and go with them again

  • union4me
End Neoliberalism before it ends us! (@union4me) reported

@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Sorry for your loss & I’m not surprised to see Virgin Media are still an awful company to do business with 25 years after I left them due to their terrible customer service. They deserve to be out of business by now…

  • milesc2003

@JamieGBarry @virginmedia I tried that trick, and they told me my address will be stored and I'll always be classed as "existing" even if I moved provider then came back, so I would never be eligible for a "new customer" deal. The only way to be a "new customer" is to move house and recontract.
