    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia Then why did the call handler say 48 hours.? 28 days is unacceptable & no one has contacted me to find out details, so how can they resolve my issue?!?

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia Still not had the courtesy of a phone call 30 days after making 2 complaints. I would NEVER EVER recommend @virginmedia @libertyglobal. I had a box fitted to my house without my permission & hadn’t ordered

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia my daughter's Internet in Dundee, flashing green base light since Friday, tried everything all reboots, etc. Impossible to get through to speak to a human. Hours waiting on the phone. Clearly a problem with connection outside. Sort it out you are a shambles. DD14

    @JamieGiberti @virginmedia Every time there is an issue it is a nightmare to sort out. So frustrating cos when things work, the product is great. Every other tech / media company "CoVID has made us more innovative"... virgin, "covid means you have to wait more, even 9 months later..."

    @virginmedia Consistent WiFi issues with the Hub 4 I'm afraid, my PS4 regularly loses connection now, as does my mobile. Both in the same room as the router. Luckily my work PC is on a wired connection, but please could I go back to the Hub 3?

    @virginmedia Rapidly approaching 48 hours loss of service. I managed to get though to someone on the phone briefly earlier who said there was no known issue in our area (not true - 151 recognises there is a problem) and put me on hold with no explanation. Hours on hold to same muzak: >10

    @virginmedia Well-meaning volunteers from the community yes. Official Virgin Media support - No. Was diverted to the forum by your SM team, but I've been ghosted. There's even another person on the forum from our St with same issue. It's not rocket science.

    @virginmedia That's the usual advice we've been given and no unfortunately there isn't on there that is helpful! I'm on hold to customer service and will be asking for this issue to be fixed as one of us is a key worker working from home and it's unacceptable for our services to be this poor.

    @virginmedia why is no one responding to me?? We had virgin installed Friday and it's not working and no one is helping. I've spent hours and hours in hold since Friday trying to get it sorted but I just end up getting disconnected and you're not replying either.
