    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I am in SE22. Broadband on our road has been regularly cutting out since you carried out ‘essential works in the area’ on 15th July. Raised the issue, and was told it had been fixed on 28th July. But it continued. It has now been another month and problem continues.

    @virginmedia Emgineer booked never arrived. I made a written complaint on 16th Aug, and was told it would then be fixed by 18th Aug. But the problem still goes on. Service has not worked for more than 30 days, and I can’t follow up the complaint online. What can I do please ?

    @virginmedia Eventually got sorted on Sunday, thanks to a professional member if staff. Absolutely deplorable customer service with Virgin Media, thus formal complaint has been initiated. Premium prices, but budget customer service, if Virgin Media can't get the basics correct it's a bad day
