@TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

The whole house was just woken up by @virginmedia who decided to make a sales call at 7:45am this morning. So much for a peaceful lie in. I panicked when someone called so early on a Saturday morning, I thought it must be a family emergency. Thanks @VirginMediaCorp!

@virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

@virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

@virginmedia It’s been over a month since I sent an online complaint form (as advised by this account) and have heard nothing back since and it has been 4 months since the original issue (not to mention the 13 calls to customer service). When can I expect to hear back on my complaint?

@virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

ABH

@virginmedia Sure! His bill had jumped from £90 to £147. He called #virginmedia to ask for help. So you just increased everything! 350Mb to 1Gb. A free SIM to one which cost £25 a month. Shameful, shameful, shameful.
-
ABH
(@AndrewBH) reported
@virginmedia Then you make it impossible to downsize his deal. I’ve called in so many times. Your agents say “I’ll put you though to a team who can help” then cut me off to avoid dealing with the problem.

James Tanner

@virginmedia the whole internal network would lock up. I complained about this multiple times over 2 years ago. Finally gave up and put router in Modem Mode and installed EERO WiFi routers. At least that way, if internet dies, the internal network survives and everything still works

@virginmedia I've already made a complaint but now can't come out for another month to be put right . JOKE #virginmedia
-
James Tanner
(@james_a_tanner) reported
@virginmedia Some of the fault is being implied it's be cause of using Modem Mode & EERO network, but if the @VirginMedia router wasn't absolute dog sh*t we wouldn't have needed to do it! We have WiFi sockets etc as disability aids, but when internet died, it would kill the router (cont)
-
ABH

@virginmedia And not only that, his home phone from Virgin stopped working for a month and after trying to fix that everything stopped working. And still my dad would prefer your products over your competitors. You need to look after customers far better than this.

@virginmedia Also, the service checker says no issues in my area, but when I spoke to someone on the phone they said there's a known issue that would be fixed yesterday. Now the phone line says issue will be fixed on Tuesday
