    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia Then why did the call handler say 48 hours.? 28 days is unacceptable & no one has contacted me to find out details, so how can they resolve my issue?!?

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia The service in my area is experiencing outages. Had technician out last week. No help at all. Watching tv & system constantly fails. Has done for months. No getting hold of anyone who can help or provide answers or talk about compensation.

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to citizens advice they have confirmed that you are in breach of the contract you sent me. I have looked at CISAS and they do not work with Virgin Media. If my complaint is not resolved in 7 days I will be writing to you formally and then taking further steps.

    Sorry everyone but we won't be live today unfortunately @virginmedia cut off my service earlier than they should have when it should have been later today for us moving flat tomorrow I've been informed my service will be live in the new flat tomorrow
