@virginmedia tried logging on to my isa account, asking me for authentication code, request it, no txt coming thru, ring the 20 mins then told there shutting, & will ring back tomos. They Admit there’s a prob, OUT IT ON YOUR WEB THEN, don’t have thousands ringing up 💩service!

@virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

@virginmedia well after couple of lengthy phone calls today to virgin, I was told account were up & working again, when I rung today there was message saying there was a fault, tried to login this eve, Dane shit as yest, NO authenticity code sent, complete load of shit stay clear

@virginmedia Thanks for your message and offer to go on this web chat. Just tried and your closed, so this doesn’t help either!! My friend who lives with us was the reason for getting Sky sports and his team Spurs are on BT sports and he can’t watch it!!

@virginmedia I checked area and it's saying no issues but last few weeks WiFi all the time disconnects. Yesterday each 10-20 minutes disconnecting with : WiFi connected, no Internet. Not that big issue with cable connection, sometimes it drops speed but WiFi is dreadful. Can you swap router?
