4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@TheFlyingKipper @virginmedia Good luck I’m on day 3 of not internet or tv thanks to virgin and no engineer available until Monday. I think they save money by not having any customer service after you’ve signed up. Cooling off period get out while you can is my advice there is cheaper available

@virginmedia Most recently, on Wednesday we were told it was a cabinet issue rather than with our equipment. It got "fixed" and now the same issue is happening today but we can't get an engineer out until tomorrow which is not ideal when we are working from home!

@virginmedia Do you know how many times I’ve had to “test” the wifi signal Etc? This method has been done time and time again, yes it’s a quick fix but few days pass and hey presto back to smoke signals and carry pigeon wifi… I want reimbursing for the days lost due to wifi dropping out!
