@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia why is after 6 restarts of the latest router you provide none of our devices have enough download speed to connect to the internet. We pay for 350 package and we usually get no WiFi. Wired is better, not by much. Often disconnects also. New routers don’t fix it.
