@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia That may well be the case but when you call up you get told there is no wider area fault or it’s been sorted (then find out that neighbours have also reported issues). How do I address it if it is a wider area fault? That’s on Virgin!
