@virginmedia the worse customer service I’ve had in a long time. An absolute racket- tv, internet, billing & customer service: all woeful - they allow themselves 28 days to respond to a query & the phone lines are inaccessible - you couldn’t make it up #avoidvirginmedia #crooks

Well, just sold my soul to Virginmedia for another 18mth. 1GB and the Hub4 for a few quid more than I was already paying isn't that bad of a deal I guess 🤔🤞

  • CANADINEC
    Charlie Canadine (@CANADINEC) reported

@virginmedia I’ve never authorised Virgin Media to contact me with any marketing material, never mind 3 times already today while I’m trying to work. Why should I have to make the effort to sit on the phone to you AGAIN to stop being harassed? Why should I have to make the effort to write?

@virginmedia shocking company! Told me I was in a 18 month contract, called to cancel after 18 months and told I'm no longer in a contract, it was infact 12 months! Is this even legal! Complaint raised on the 5th of Jan, nobody seems to care. When can I take this to a ombudsman?

  • CrowEchoX
    AJ (@CrowEchoX) reported

@virginmedia @TxylorWiles I can assure you it's destiny 2 only... A friend and I are also affected. Other things are fine, including downloads of full games. But the connection to the servers is that bad that it's unplayable.
