    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    Dear @virginmedia, our Internet stopped working at 4:50 this evening. Right before my 5pm work video call. Now I cant turn my @HiveHomeUK lights on because your service is still down. Get it sorted would you please.

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @fazzeem @virginmedia Hes got the issue.. you should be going out of the way to cater to him. Take his number, find out a suitable time for him, speak to someone in the relevent department and arrange for him to be called. This customer service malarkey isn't had hard..

    @virginmedia Hi, we have called up been fobbed with aload of rubbish. Can’t get Wi-Fi when sitting next to the box tvs are still playing up. I’ve paid for installation and it’s been installed but not working. I want to get rid of the two 360 boxes and just have two v6 boxes and Wi-Fi to work

    @virginmedia Why does all of it matter when? I really do not see the point! You seem more interested in finding out about the complaint than trying to find a resolution. Everything is just time wasting. Each time you are asking these questions my WiFi is still no closers to being fixed
