    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia I know what the payments are for! 🙄 I tried to change my service, I spoke to “Anit” (who’s attitude was diabolical) and he was really unhelpful. I want to leave as no one can help. I’m on a rolling contract so I just need to give notice.

    @virginmedia Someone could give us an email address and this could be resolved in 5 minutes. We could simply send a scan of our printed 30 day notice letter from the email address the account is registered in. That's it. Problem solved. But I know you won't do this.

    @virginmedia No, I have not been successful. You kept me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, multiple times then unceremoniously cut me off. Your service is abysmal. I want to cancel my overpriced underperforming contract. And I want it backdated to yesterday.

    @AllThingsMaths @virginmedia Gave up on them too. Shame you have to talk to them so publicly but they’re impossible to communicate with, don’t fix problems. The only option is to leave.
