    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia Yes they did. After years of being a customer I'm sightly miffed my 3-4 year old hub 3 isn't working properly and having to do weekly having to reset the box and frequently restarting connections is considered normal 👍

    (2/2) @virginmedia you keep saying we’ve given you better speed but that’s not the issue! I’ve taken my WiFi off my phone, and my husband has to stop work to allow me to try and get through the baby group! Please help and sort this out this has been like it for months!
