Eventually fixed it and they refused to discount my bill because I still had internet. Been with them for nearly 7 years, renewals up soon and the best price they can offer is £15 DEARER than my current price.

I don't use wifi in the house at all, TVs and PC are wired, only my Mobile connects to wifi but only to save Data when at Home.

Id raise to the issue to ofcom, make sure Virginmedia keep to the extended time frame and provide full compensation and refund for the lost TV access
