Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Steve Maslin (@SteveMaslinG) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.
-
Samet (@Samet_UK) reported@virginmedia Still no any update or result. So I am so regret to be your customer.
-
Dr Rajab (@RajabGhandour) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia All are same cases. They are horrible to deal with and you end up in constant loop with them!
-
JR (@Dadyougeek) reportedNo @virginmedia internet since Wednesday afternoon, engineer yesterday said someone needs to come out and fix something between box and house and we’re meant to do this yesterday! No show from them and nothing so far today! #shambles
-
Dan Worley (@worleyyy) reported@virginmedia You clearly don't take it seriously enough. I've complained multiple times over the last year and because I haven't made a complaint twice in one month you won't do anything and force me to pay a £400 fee to exit my contract. Utter horrendous service!! Worst internet company ever
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Newsflash, @EE is also ridiculous with shady contracts. I hope you never get to cross hairs with them.
-
🤠 (@colingillespie5) reported@virginmedia @fluffybubbles73 Offcom should fine them again. I left them years ago terrible company
-
Ronald Johnson (@RonaldJ91363263) reportedTired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8k_World_Iptv13 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies
-
CJ 🍉🌈 (@____CJ______) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
-
Phil (@Bowtomephil) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia The worst of it is that the 28m fine will not be distributed to all those it affected. OFCOM will use it to pay their CEO etc a large bonus.
