They also told me not to fill in the survey as my issue (not a complaint!) isn't yet resolved so it wouldn't look bad on them!

They've got over 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot with an average rating of 1.5/5. That should tell you all you need to know. I cannot wait for my contract to end.
