    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia Utter nonsense. Fraudsters calling my line saying they are @virginmedia. Called to get this number blocked and sort out my other issues but noooo. Its all fu***** bullocks good for nothing company. Over 1 hours phone call including 40mins on hold. Call transfer after transfer

    @virginmedia Your customer servicing skills are rubbish. It took 2 months to get my in-laws landline up and working after they asked to switch back to you and the end result was they lost the number they had had for 25 years and have a £200 mobile phone bill from chasing you!!

    @virginmedia absolutely shambolic internet connection for the past two days. Called yesterday and was told it was a temporary problem, but it has been just as bad all day today. Two people working from home in utter disarray, and no sense of urgency from virgin to fix it.

    @virginmedia Okay so I’ve done this since yday & haven’t got anywhere. I was being transferred to a team. No answer & now restarted over at 8am this morning & still haven’t spoken to a human. Surely you’re in breach of contract if I can’t get WiFi in a room when it’s never been a problem B4.
