Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Blolol Balal (@Blolol) reported

@virginmedia existing customer and did a renewal on TV, net and phone line end of October 2020, reduced total monthly bill - had an email to say there'll be a £3.50 increase from march 2021. I'm sure I've read deals after 20th June or something are unaffected. Please fix this.

  • SG4T4SG Sarah Ganfield (@SG4T4SG) reported

@virginmedia can you let me know the phone number for disabled / visually impaired customer helpline please?

  • Robert_Ze_Bruce Rob (@Robert_Ze_Bruce) reported

@virginmedia why is it I can ring your sales team and get through in minutes, but when I use your messaging service about an overcharge, I wait 6 hours for one reply and never hear from them again? 3 days of trying with no resolution.

  • dborrow88 Darren Borrow (@dborrow88) reported

@TomoTheTechie @jukeyz Virgin Media will have a duty of care to him as a customer. I'd recommend probably moving from a consumer line to a business line in order to get them to take the issue more seriously due to the amount of times this is happening, if they cannot help then move ISPs to 1 that will

  • Octavesymphony Anunitha Thomas (@Octavesymphony) reported

@virginmedia "the team" didn't mention, this was an the BOT that responds when you call. Unless that's what you mean by team. Yup, guess noone is going to pick up tonight after 3.5 hrs. Really really displeased with the service

@virginmedia #stayconnected I have been charged £35 activation fee which should be free. I spent an hour on phone to be told that CS can't help which is ridiculous. I have my original order email I can forward for proof. Where can I send this to get a resolution please?

  • Octavesymphony Anunitha Thomas (@Octavesymphony) reported

@virginmedia I can't get through to "your team" via text or the phone line!! Hence why I'm out here asking for support
