You only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.

@virginmedia @Virgin just been treated like a thick criminal by your customer service team, all because your website has locked me out and won't let me re-register. You should be ashamed.

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

  • a1_nos

@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

@TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

  • pepetideo

@virginmedia Yes.. After much back and forth to simply getting teh to acknowledge they had overcharged me for 2 months... But the issue is... You took my money incorrectly but the refund takes a 45 days. This is absolutely despicable. There is no reason for a delay like that

Hey @virginmedia want to know why I get bills for myself and someone else? My hub is linked to there account and address so I can access there account/bills and upgrade there package. Your customer services seem unwilling to help. GDPR issue

  • paulpresenteruk
    Paul Hulse (@paulpresenteruk) reported

Dear @virginmedia I upgraded my package last night to add TV yet I wish to cancel this change due to the price for existing customers which is nearly double to what a new customer would get… I have tried to contact through various methods to cancel.

  • BirchillsBoy
    BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reported

It's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.

@virginmedia help! we need to remove the automatic Home Screen as it’s confusing my mum who has Alzheimer’s, i can’t believe anyone thought it was a good idea

  • xhatne
    mmhmm (@xhatne) reported

@Johnty14 @virginmedia Easy solution here, someone should invent a method to get the leaflet through the door, so it ends up in the house, but passers by can't see it so it isn't obvious that nobody is home.
