    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @virginmedia well after couple of lengthy phone calls today to virgin, I was told account were up & working again, when I rung today there was message saying there was a fault, tried to login this eve, Dane shit as yest, NO authenticity code sent, complete load of shit stay clear

    @virginmedia tried logging on to my isa account, asking me for authentication code, request it, no txt coming thru, ring the 20 mins then told there shutting, & will ring back tomos. They Admit there’s a prob, OUT IT ON YOUR WEB THEN, don’t have thousands ringing up 💩service!

    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    @virginmedia When VM takes the service down, sometimes they update the service status to reflect it. So? How about not taking the service down in the first place? You are the most expensite yet unreliable ISP I ever had and all you are suggesting is to check the status page🤬

    @virginmedia First person I spoke to - I got the standard awful service. But after I called back, got cut off first time, spoke to a very helpful a cheerful guy. You’ll be screwed as soon as a another supplier offers Fibre in this area as I’m not alone in my feelings toward Virgin. Shite!

    @virginmedia Your service is slow all the time for no reason. The V6 box freezes occasionally and the wifi box turns off randomly night and day. There must always be faults and outages in our area because it seems to me that your wifi will never successfully work in my house.

    @virginmedia Wow extremely helpful of you. Your customer service has been appalling. I have had to phone you every month since October to try and fix a mistake YOU have made, sometimes spending over an hour on the phone. I’ll be leaving as soon as my contract ends.

    @virginmedia I rang yesterday & by the end of the day (after school finished 🙄)it was sorted. Today I was given the classic turn it off then turn it on again. It is ridiculous to offer an online solution when the problem is not being able to get online
