@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@virginmedia Hi there, the initial complaint was raised on 30/12/2020. After that I have had it closed with no action multiple times. The latest iteration was opened on 11th March and closed with the above response. In it, it states I have been given 28 days to reply between 7/4/20 & 8/4/20

@gregorymsocial We have “half fibre” (fibre to the exchange, copper cable the rest of the way. Problem is it’s an old estate, decaying connections and at full capacity. Should get 35Mb, we get 5 a lot of the time. No Virgin Media fibre alternative either.

@virginmedia Things break, yes, that’s frustrating but understandable. The absolute abject incompetence & lack of ability to take action from every tech spoken to. Save yourself $$ by just firing everyone and playing the “turn it off and on again” clip from IT crowd. Same quality service.
