    So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia cable is just as bad as wifi and i pay for 100mb and have less then 3 devices i know people who have 5 devices attached to a 50mb connection no issues maybe that money you take from people to improve connection should be invested where you say instead of going in the bank

    @virginmedia Finally managed to speak to someone yesterday, spent an hour going through my issue and managing to get agreement I needed a new V6 box only to be told I couldn’t have one and had to go through the whole process again at the end of the month

    @virginmedia Yes it was. An engineer visit was booked for yesterday between 12 and 4 only to be called by the engineer at 12.03 to say he isn’t coming as he knows what the issue is. He says my area cabinet hasn’t been upgraded yet to handle 1Gbps speed and will be done in a months time....
