@skytv very poor service when switching to your service. Currently left without broadband for 2 weeks due to a BT Engineer not being able to go up a ladder to fit a cable! Regret leaving @virginmedia

@virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

Hey @virginmedia - we’ve just phoned up twice to cancel. First time after 20 mins on hold you end the line. Then you once again, place us on hold for 15mins and then your lines are closed. So we’ll cancel our direct debit and let you call us. Joke of a service as per last 4 years

@virginmedia has a new policy: they shut down their help desk before 19.30 (it says it shuts it at 20.00 on Saturday but that is not true). Their system goes haywire on Saturday morning and stays that way all day, as they deny anything is wrong…happens multiple times. Disastrous
