    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia Well one was sarcastic when I explained my problem and wasn’t very helpful at all. I was ‘in summary’ advised tough luck...the problems getting in contact are because of the pandemic and that’s it. No help at all.

    @virginmedia No issues. I've been doing daily for the last week. No issues. Virgin is all fine. There's no issue as far as it goes however my Internet is not connecting on some devices and connecting on others. It's my devices fault. There is something wrong with the hub.

    @virginmedia Wireless, 5G doesn’t connect most of the time, the 2G does but is also intermittent. We are not home workers, the internet is mainly used in the evenings but the problem can and does occur through the day also

    @virginmedia Yes. I know the issue is an outage in the area but my point still stands. We don’t receive the service what we pay for and we pay a huge amount of money monthly to you.

    @virginmedia Still not my point. We pay huge amounts of money monthly to you and never receive what we pay for. It’s nothing but issue after issue. An official complaint was logged in Feb, which has been closed without satisfactory compensation for continually poor service.
