    @virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.

    @virginmedia I agree they wont but if you see the loss i am getting of -82dbm from being 7 metres away surely a pod will expand coverage into that area with the poor signal strength? If i stand next door to the router i get my expected speeds - thanks

    @virginmedia once again (5th time in a month) you have screwed our account up. Now it’s another 30 minute wait to talk to someone to correct an error you have claimed to have fixed (on 3 occasions) The worst ever customer service

    @virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @virginmedia I still have not received a payment I should have received on referring my father to switch to Virgin and he should have had a payment too. Our broadband has been poor this week and I hope it will be better this week.

    @RogerGreen2009 @virginmedia I'm definitely going to be reviewing my options at the end of my current @virginmedia contract as they've been dreadful in terms of communication and help when the chips are down(day SEVEN of outage)😢 Sadly, I've only just renewed my contract...     @GameRiot Exactly, who doesn't have the internet in 2026, virgin Media internet went down and was fixed for me with in 4 hours. If you don't log on you don't lose your games, just need to sign back in to play.

    @virginmedia My WiFi and overall service has been up and down for over 2 weeks now. I’ve done all of the trouble shooting. I’ve checked the service. I done the old switch off and on. I just need to get somebody to visit and do it as I am unable to wfh because of it.
