    @virginmedia once again (5th time in a month) you have screwed our account up. Now it’s another 30 minute wait to talk to someone to correct an error you have claimed to have fixed (on 3 occasions) The worst ever customer service

    @virginmedia my WiFi is down and on service checker it’s says no fault, I try to do the test but the website crashes after clicking “test” button.

    @virginmedia And @virginmedia another point.. you say you offer compensation when your service fails.. not charging me for something you aren’t delivering is NOT compensation.. like going to a restaurant and being told we won’t be charging u for the food we won’t serve!! A disgrace

    @virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

    @virginmedia It’s not letting me sign into that,besides I shouldn’t have to see some notice on the website when I was promised a callback from a manager. This isn’t my first case of awful service from Virgin so why should I be surprised! I’ve received nothing but lies from everyone I talk to!
