    @virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

    @virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

    @skytv very poor service when switching to your service. Currently left without broadband for 2 weeks due to a BT Engineer not being able to go up a ladder to fit a cable! Regret leaving @virginmedia

    @DarkDroid__ @Jukeyz @virginmedia I have Hyperoptic and really is the way. Takes literally minutes to get all activated & never had any issues in 8 months with it.

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia it’s now 6 weeks with virgin media that has had a fault with the television service in Dunstable Bedfordshire it’s on the service status saying we are aware well we have had enough

    @virginmedia once again (5th time in a month) you have screwed our account up. Now it’s another 30 minute wait to talk to someone to correct an error you have claimed to have fixed (on 3 occasions) The worst ever customer service

    @virginmedia my WiFi is down and on service checker it’s says no fault, I try to do the test but the website crashes after clicking “test” button.

    @virginmedia And @virginmedia another point.. you say you offer compensation when your service fails.. not charging me for something you aren’t delivering is NOT compensation.. like going to a restaurant and being told we won’t be charging u for the food we won’t serve!! A disgrace

    @virginmedia Good afternoon, I reset it at least once a month, as the WiFi is always horrendous... Seriously though this surely isn't sufficient coverage for the price I've been paying for over a decade, as a gesture of good will can you provide this extender to long term customers to help?

    @virginmedia will you please sort out your Customer service love chat. You make them deal with so many concurrent conversations it is a waste of time. Over 25 minutes on chat I hadn't even made it into my account yet.

    @virginmedia Yes they did, and no as the attitude is there’s no fault with the service where as I consider the hardware part of the service as I’d it’s not working the service may as well not be there and I should just change providers

    @virginmedia Thank you, that’s very helpful. Also, is there any actual store left open in South East England or London where I can talk face to face with someone about possible upgrade options etc? I don’t like the chat bot and the sound quality of the phone service is dreadful.

    @frontieruk @virginmedia The disconnects are bad, but I think when it reconnects your car hits an invisible wall. 250KPH to 0 in a split second. And skill chain is lost too. I hope they can sort this out before Tuesday. It's only going to get worse with way more people joining in.

    @virginmedia Hands down the single worst customer service I've ever received. Engineer not turned up, put on hold where the line went dead three times. On hold a fourth time and thinking it has happened again. Cancelling all services, if I ever get to speak to the right person.
