    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia hi. I really need to speak to somebody urgently. I need an engineer to re instate a phone line. Its for a care link life line to emergency services at my mother's house who has recently had a stroke and depends on this lifeline box. TIA

    @virginmedia internet connection has been so shoddy last 24 hours! Customer service says nothing wrong , amount of resets and hearing Alexa and google home saying no connection suggest otherwise

    @virginmedia once again (5th time in a month) you have screwed our account up. Now it’s another 30 minute wait to talk to someone to correct an error you have claimed to have fixed (on 3 occasions) The worst ever customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia But I paid for HD for the whole thing not just one fight the main event is when you scramble the signal and when you start charging people. Using the excuse of the main fight wasn’t affected is pathetic. And it’s insulting you are replying nearly a week later

    @virginmedia Not anymore. My concern is that you’re treating this as a constant outage and by the time Virgin get round to doing the tests, everything is restored only to cut out again as soon as they close the issue. But I can’t afford for my connection to be out 3 times a day for an hour.
