    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia How can I cancel my Virgin Media contract? If i can't get any service by tomorrow, I'd like you to come collect my Hub and TV box please. I can't be dealing with this stress & shocking lack of service. Not what I expected when I chose Virgin as my Internet and TV provider.

    @virginmedia Your customer services said they could not do their package any lower so that statement is untrue. They have had to cancel their contract as Virginmedia are taking more money each month. Loyalty means nothing to Virginmedia - disgrace

    @Ofcom Appreciate the reply. I’ve said the words “I’d like this logged as a formal complaint” more than once on the phone and it was glossed over. It’s almost like @virginmedia are trying to lower the complaint numbers they get.
