    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia My WiFi is constantly cutting out, my laptop can't connect because there is an IP address issue, no WiFi single in my garden. All of these issues started yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @virginmedia internet connection has been so shoddy last 24 hours! Customer service says nothing wrong , amount of resets and hearing Alexa and google home saying no connection suggest otherwise

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia Still waiting for the new remote control and replacement box ordered 2 weeks ago........ AND the broadband upgrade requested following an engineer visit some months ago...... Customer service this is not!

    @virginmedia Sadly this is day 7 and it’s still going. The automated message has said things will return to normal by “5pm” for three days now. It’s really disruptive and we don’t know when the end is likely! I will be asking for compensation. It’s affecting my non-Virgin phone network too 💩

    @virginmedia I have got an engineer arranged to visit the house because its not just wifi issues which I am having. The whole internet is terrible. I have tried hard-wiring too. The lady has arranged an engineer to come out. For the record, Virgin wifi is the worst i've seen.

    @virginmedia Sky we had issues with that were different but considering everything with them, they did not have bandwidth and coverage issues with the same num of devices connected via wifi too. Virgin cant handle anything. Its shocking.
