So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@virginmedia after months of intermittent broadband problems, I’ve logged into Hub and almost all devices outside the room where the Hub is, have low signal strength and the advice is to move them closer to the Hub. This isn’t an option, do you offer any signal boosters please?
