@skytv very poor service when switching to your service. Currently left without broadband for 2 weeks due to a BT Engineer not being able to go up a ladder to fit a cable! Regret leaving @virginmedia

@virginmedia And @virginmedia another point.. you say you offer compensation when your service fails.. not charging me for something you aren’t delivering is NOT compensation.. like going to a restaurant and being told we won’t be charging u for the food we won’t serve!! A disgrace

@virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

@virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

@virginmedia i believe if the service is down for a full 2 days were entitled to compensation but we need to make you aware of the loss. How are we supposed to do that when we can't get through on the phones etc. ? I must say VM have handled this badly.

I'm not a fan of virgin as they owe me money but I can't stand when the crying starts when a usually reliable provider has an off day. There are far bigger problems than a missed episode of EastEnders.
