    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @virginmedia for 3 days now I have had no television due to you admin error. Yesterday you managed to connect the broadband but still no TV - worst customer service I have ever experienced and for so much money. Cannot see why I should continue with you

    @virginmedia My WiFi is constantly cutting out, my laptop can't connect because there is an IP address issue, no WiFi single in my garden. All of these issues started yesterday.

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia internet connection has been so shoddy last 24 hours! Customer service says nothing wrong , amount of resets and hearing Alexa and google home saying no connection suggest otherwise

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @LizzieArthur7 @virginmedia No we're not. it's been crap for a long time but since Saturday it's impossible to stay connected, either via ethernet or WiFi Not sure what I'm going to do as I'm not able to work neither is my husband. I've taken annual leave today as can't keep using my phone data 🤷

    @virginmedia Alright thanks. I just want to make it clear im not gonna pay for wifi boosters. If Virgin has to fix this wifi somehow then they should just send them for free, as ive put up with this for too long. Just annoying now.

    @virginmedia Doesn't really matter now. Have asked for a deadlock/ ADR to be issued and ofcom notified. You reufuse to allow me my legal right to terminate a contract that I signed last only last Thursday. I'll stick with my existing call time package until I engage another provider.

    @virginmedia No it was never attempted, it never left the depot. The call was only intended to verify my identity but they immediately withdrew the delivery and the tracking changed from “at the depot” to “returning to sender”

    @virginmedia will refuse your basic rights under UK law when they fail to provide services you sign up for. But it is funny how they won't put that in writing despite being asked to back such statements up in writing. Avoid.
