Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • 55andcounting55 No free speech on here (@55andcounting55) reported

@virginmedia Was trying to change my package but I've had enough. Same problems, same excuses every year. Your customer service is pathetic and deliberately difficult.

  • RealStuartCarey Stuart Carey (@RealStuartCarey) reported

@virginmedia My phone was from Three network and I was trying to use the “my virgin media” app.

  • lauracaton7 laura caton (@lauracaton7) reported

@virginmedia Too much to get into on here I’ve ended my contract and made a complaint however no one responded.

  • deanslogash Diary: (@deanslogash) reported

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph @MoneyTelegraph As stated several times, I've already wasted time on your help pages, been passed around your agents for over 2 hours+ lodged a complaint. You can't help on Twitter. I'm tweeting to warn others. You aren't helping, just doing PR. Stop tweeting me now, please.

  • PumpVision Stefan D (@PumpVision) reported

@virginmedia Alright mate well the act of@messaging me to look like your going to help on Twitter is pointless. Thanks for nothing- what you need to do is refund me my money back for the month without internet- instead of “I hope it goes well” - hope isn’t going to help

  • Emzzoxox Emily ✗ (@Emzzoxox) reported

@virginmedia He just said that his hands are tied as to what he can do as the problem lies with the software update that was carried out in the area in November. No issues were found within my home or equipment. 1/2

  • gill_b14 gill b (@gill_b14) reported

@virginmedia Can I just request a callback. I have been promised one multiple times but am not being contacted. Apparently there is no number I can call resolutions on and when I contact virgin customer services they can’t put me through. It’s just abysmal customer service !

  • DocSquiffy Doc Squiffy 📺🎮 (@DocSquiffy) reported

@leetvtech @virginmedia Had a year pretty much great , moving house it's like I'm a new customer and they don't care

  • PumpVision Stefan D (@PumpVision) reported

@virginmedia get someone on your team who can make stuff happen otherwise there’s no point to you- please don’t reply as your ignorance won’t help fix anything. Furthermore, maybe have a social media team that has power to act rather than power to point as many of us don’t need directions.

  • deanslogash Diary: (@deanslogash) reported

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph I don't want to cancel - just change the name on the bill. Been trying for over a year and you haven't done it. You used to do it for a minimal fee. It's just the name on the bill, not the contract. Your policy now is to cancel at a £245 fee and restart it.
