@virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

@virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

@virginmedia @virginhelp Cld however I was told they can’t change my direct debit until after 18th. All I want is both Broadband & Mobile on 14th. Surely as a customer (owner of the accounts) passes (security measures) but isn’t able to something very basic… there’s something seriously wrong!! help
