Complete shambles that took many mails and waiting on hold on the phone to resolve, then sending back boxes of crap that would no doubt go into landfill. A debt collector for a utility Co knocked at his door. Atm the hospital rang to say we had to go down ( SIL later died) the debt guy said not to worry & offered a lift!
