@virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

.@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

@OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@virginmedia I have had problems with my broadband for days. I did tweet a couple of days ago and nothing. I phoned up only for an automated message to tell me to turn it off and on again. We pay a lot of money for this and it is unreliable. Can I speak to areal person about this

@Jake_Hanrahan @virginmedia Just keep hounding them. I was promised 60+ mbps but was getting 5-6mgps for about a year. After my 8th complaint, and threatening to look elswehere, they increased it to the advertised speeds. (I'm using Vodaphone).
