@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@Marduhk @virginmedia I’m going to bang the drum until they cave. Going to be raising a complaint. Too much money for bad service. The router can theoretically do 255 connections. Yes throughput will be bad but you can’t blast a customer for having too many devices, that’s the whole point!

@virginmedia Then you need to address this issue. You have obviously sold my phone number on as we only receive calls from them on our landline. Most companies have our mobile numbers and contact us through them. We are being harassed on a daily basis.
