  @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

  @virginmedia reliability has dramatically dropped recently. In the 8 years of being with them we have never had any outages at all, However, the last 3 month, it's pretty much going down every single day I think I need to look at other internet providers

  @QxPain_ @virginmedia You said router with ethernet under the pc, is the pc connected with eithernet or WiFi as if both this will cause a loop back if on the same network and hence why WiFi is not working. For best rest result connect the pc via ethernet & phone to WiFi

  @Lewis_BGA @BBCBreakfast Virgin media did the same. The call centre was in Wythenshawe Manchester. Now it’s in the Indian subcontinent. OH had a mare as our e mails crashed. Lovely young woman but SO hard to understand. Also AGES trying to get through to speak to a human. Customer service is dead
