    @virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

    @Paulos_the_fog @virginmedia Because of home working I upgraded to 350mbps package and was getting that until a few months ago measured using a variety of apps - now it’s down to 80 consistently.

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @virginmedia We have business broadband and received an email saying that there was a planned outage in our area. As we are due to give a live broadcast soon we need to know if the work has been completed.

    @virginmedia Busy? I've been fighting allday since 9am. I've paid agreed amount but my services haven't been restored and I can't get through by text, WhatsApp or phone. This isnt a good service a vulnerable customer should receive

    @virginmedia services might have come back as per your update (terrestrial ones) but they’re now not working again. Channels now ‘not authorised’. How about some proper action and updates.

    @TheStevieG123 @virginmedia I had a similar issue with EE (plus the phone wasn't a good enough upgrade for the money!) I sent it back within 14 days and got a sim only. 5g prob won't be worthwhile over here for some time yet

I'm paying for just basic channels that I can get on freeview too and a phone line I never use 😕 Tempted to lose the phone line & tv and just keep basic broadband

    @sammywr @virginmedia I seem to remember being told the same when I spoke to them a few years ago to try and cancel phone and pay less. 99% of calls to our landline are spam. I think we may go to BT.

    @virginmedia Still no internet. Been down since 6am. Latest update is fixed tomorrow at 15:00. How are people meant to WFH. Compensation is £8.50 a day after 2 days. Not going to cover fuel to the office.
