    @virginmedia haven’t had Netflix for weeks. Rang up 4 times. got an engineer date. He didn’t turn up. I had to call AGAIN. Pressed the right buttons yet Waited 40 minutes on hold as your colleague tried to connect me with correct department. Call cut out and You’ve done NOTHING.

    @virginmedia She also doesnt do twitter. What she needs is a manager to listen and just sort the problem. Its simple to sort so they just need to. The phobe number they gave her used all her allowance and cut her off midcall today and she is with virgin mobile

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia Both. My specialst surprised that you don’t seem to offer anything for vulnerable customer unlike competitors, but most immediately have had no reliable internet for week and am stuck on an extortionate contract. Impossible to do anything as your telephone service appalling.

    @virginmedia There are issues in my area, please look where complaints are in London E4. My neighbours have been logging complaints since 26th January. I don’t have a landline and tried to call on my mobile but never managed to get through. I want to know what are you doing to resolve this!
