Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia @mouthwaite Hi John; just jumping in on this. You really need to start advising customers properlyit doesn’t matter how many technicians visit it won’t solve the problem of the poor standard router and your default settings.

John B 💙🤍🔥💥🚴♂️⛷⭐️🇪🇺💫☄️ (@JB_CFFire) reported from Hertfordshire, England@Paulos_the_fog @virginmedia Because of home working I upgraded to 350mbps package and was getting that until a few months ago measured using a variety of apps - now it’s down to 80 consistently.

-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@AdamDea29742908 @virginmedia But buying one between £50 and £200 will probably suit most and if it turns out it doesn’t solve your problems it hasn’t broken the bank. I went for an Asus one at about £120. Netgear is another strong brand. I had poor WiFi for years and it was a massive improvement. 2/2
-
Abi (@ABeeeABeee) reported from Stotfold, EnglandCan honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service as poorly as I have from @virginmedia this weekend/this morning. Absolutely disgusting 😡😡😡
-
Nik Lane (@NikLane7) reported from Hertfordshire, England@TheStevieG123 @virginmedia I had a similar issue with EE (plus the phone wasn't a good enough upgrade for the money!) I sent it back within 14 days and got a sim only. 5g prob won't be worthwhile over here for some time yet
-

Jesse Bryce (@jesseb4me) reported from Luton, England@muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.
-
Nicholas Jemetta (@nicholasjemetta) reported from Hitchin, England@virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

Big E (@lutonmagoo) reported from Caddington, England@virginmedia for the 3rd time today my broadband won’t work because my modem keeps needing rebooting and is crap I need a new one but can’t get through to anyone to speak to this is been going on weeks now, absolute terrible service
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia Sorry but the old ‘we don’t have email addresses’ doesn’t work. Everyone does. It’s just company policy not to hand them out. The key issue is that with this level of service, someone should say ‘leave it with us, we’ll look into it and someone will get back to you’ 1/2
