    @virginmedia Its a fault in the area, I have been given a fix time of 9am on the 19th for the landline and broadband, now my tv has gone down as well

    @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

    @StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

    @virginmedia your business is great when things are working, however I have had terrible service for the last 24 hours- no broadband and differing explanations as to the reason- no follow up and still no connection.. very frustrated this morning as I can’t attend online meetings

    @virginmedia Hope we’re getting a refund for lack of service as daughter is trying to write her 10,000 word dissertation but very difficult to do without internet. Should not advertise deals to new customers if you don’t bother sorting out the network issues. Cancelling

    Used to tell my colleagues on @virginmedia to switch to @BT to overcome reliability issues. Moved house and little choice to pick Virgin. No internet or TV for 7 days, fix due by 1pm today. Queried at 1.30pm and 6.30pm, assured it would be today, told to relax. Frankie says BS.

    @virginmedia There is no link. No one appears to know what’s going on and there is no ownership or continuity of help. As the paying customer we are supposed to just wait, lose business and accept the situation.

    @SilentMugger @virginmedia It's been over 24 hours now and I've now been told it will be 10am tomorrow. I'm in North London, not in the wilderness. Its shocking that there's no Internet in the city. Maybe there service is getting worse.

    @virginmedia @dpjohnston10 Complaints procedure is non existent. If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesn’t work and hasn’t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

    @virginmedia Been a long term customer of Virginmedia and recently renewed contract along with O2 mobile but customer services has gone downhill. Having issues with Wi-Fi,phoned again today and was told technical support will call me by 1:30pm, but no one has bothered.

    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    Another two tries today. One I had to give up after 55 minutes waiting, now on 44 minutes. Seriously @virginmedia you are now a joke. Was just going to cancel my TV, I am seriously looking up Broadband alternatives while on hold.

    @kelly_twidale @virginmedia When we changed to 360 the V6 could no longer watch recorded programs if you didn't have an internet connection or theres a problem with a service.

    An absolute nightmare getting onboard with Virgin Media broadband. They changed my appointment on the last day. Who the hell is going to pay me for the inconvenience this will have? This is absolutely ridiculous. Is this the service you guys provide?? @virginmedia
