@virginmedia i’ve tried the service status page and our area seems to be fine. i’ve tried rebooting, restarting and all sorts but no luck. i’m not sure what else to do apart from an engineer coming to take a look

@virginmedia Yes I’ve tried that lots of times but it says no known issues in the area. We’ve tried rebooting and switching on/off loads of times too. It’s getting ridiculous. Could someone please come back with a reply on what is directly happening with tv/internet in the SW18 area

@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. @virginmedia I rang at 8am. Have to say it was a completely different experience to last night. Straight through to the team who were really helpful, I spoke to a lady with a Australian/New Zealand style accent and have to say it was perfect customer service!
