    @virginmedia I'm paying you every month for broadband the doesn't work. Rebooting 3 or 4 times a day is a joke. Even your tests think my router is off. Its been going on over a year I want to leave and need a call from your team

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

Even if you do ask for their help they direct you to their website with tips like: have you tried turning it off and on again...
