    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia Spent an hour on the phone to say that we cancelled the engineer! This is not true at all. Very disappointed being a customer from day 1! Paying a line rental for over a year when it's not working can someone please look into this

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia I'm paying you every month for broadband the doesn't work. Rebooting 3 or 4 times a day is a joke. Even your tests think my router is off. Its been going on over a year I want to leave and need a call from your team

    @virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

    @virginmedia I was hoping to cancel my order and get my refund since the installation seemed unrealistic. I however spoke to Adam on the sales team just moments ago and he assured me the installation will be done by 20th, the delay he said was from the 3rd party company. Will update you here

    @virginmedia you are a complete joke. I moved to an area you don’t service and still got charged an exit fee (despite months of notice and providing proof you can’t provide my internet). You promise to reimburse me and don’t. Your customer service team can’t access my account 1/2
