    @virginmedia I will I don’t know what the problem is it’s nothing we are doing we have reset & unplugged it rebooted it switched off switched it on and everything we can think of just won’t work since about 5 o’clock yesterday

    @virginmedia Also raised it in web complaint form which didn’t work. Web complaint form hasn’t worked for 2 months. Then sent letter and still no response. 2/

    @virginmedia Yes conveniently he said we cannot run a test on the service at the moment because there is no service and it’s crap and doesn’t work

    @virginmedia any chance of a useful update on service in SG1. Got no internet or TV. Status hasn’t been updated yet apparently an engineer has been working on it for over an Hour.

    @virginmedia Customer Service is shocking. It’s now almost 6 hours since I asked on WhatsApp for email address to be corrected and I’m still waiting for a response.

    @virginmedia Don’t know absolutely fed up with the crap service I live in Luton so you tell me but nothing works never does and pay nearly £50 pound a month for crap broadband can’t wait to leave

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia Call the line says there’s no issues in my area by Neil no at least three people in the same street as me that have no service at the moment so again absolutely incorrect information

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia @dpjohnston10 Complaints procedure is non existent. If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesn’t work and hasn’t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

    @virginmedia Of course I have. My email is correct on online account. I get email bills correctly. But my complaint file has an extra character to email address and so I’ve never received acknowledgment of my complaint.

    @virginmedia Finally sent letter on 28 September and on checking my account realised you’ve got wrong email address attached to complaint file. Funnily enough you have correct email address for sending bills. 3/

    @virginmedia TV and broadband have been out for 4 days. Every time I book an engineer you cancel it saying it’s a network issue we will fix at our end. Just got a message “again” to say it’s working and it’s not. Now your phone number not working. I think after 10 years I’m done

    @virginmedia Yes I have, however it says there are no issue but that is not the case and we cannot access our my Virgin media account and we are trying to resolve that however we cannot get in hold of any agent from Virgin media it seems impossible to at the moment!

    @virginmedia How can I cancel a non existing service when you keep me hanging on the phone for over 3 hours then you hang up and don't call me back and you expect me to pay you £288 disconnection fee I have paid you £56.00 out of the £112 you wanted im not paying anymore.
