@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

@virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

@virginmedia aside from the fact that you took your service down in the L14 area in the middle of the day “until 5:30pm” your call centre has removed that message and says that the line is fine and I should switch off/on and wait 10 mins. 30 mins later, still nothing works!

@virginmedia I’m just speaking to an advisor. 10 weeks of intermittent internet and speeds only 10% what it should be. What support is available? Spend more money on “Intelligent WiFi”. No option of further help. How is it right that I must to pay more when you’re breaching my contract terms?
