    @stilletio1 @virginmedia I was a long standing customer, was moving home and gave over a months notice. Guy rocked up and said he had to use the shortest route and wouldn’t wait to discuss it. They don’t deserve anyone’s business. Didn’t supply service so I told them I was cancelling and cancelled DD.

    @virginmedia It was set up by a WhatsApp conversation once for a manager with a complaint number the second 5 days later for a follow up as I'd not heard anything (you said 24 hours) then again today a manager was supposed to call me back. You send me bills I haven't used your service.

    @virginmedia They couldn’t give an actual date, I don’t know if they will email or ring me but the engineer is booked in for next week but they won’t be able to do the installation until this problem is sorted first, I’ve been without internet this whole time
