    @virginmedia Well that is the thing...it has been resolved by myself. I want to know why this keeps happening, whether you keep logs/traces of activity on the router and whether you can proactively monitor my connection to see where the issue is as it arises...as it is sure to do so!!!

    @virginmedia If you read this correctly you would see that I said broadband is not the issue - it's everything else, and trust me we gave engaged with you on numerous occasions including 6 engineers who have so far failed miserably.

They should pay you £8.40 per calender day for a delayed repair following loss of service and £26.64 per missed appointment. You can also go to the small claims court to recoup any leave, as money, used.

    @virginmedia Yes its a known issue. We have phoned every day since it happened last Wednesday. Every day the estimated fixed date and time are pushed back. Is anything being done to solve the issue as it doesn’t appear so.

    @virginmedia As i stated before, we have been calling and we are not getting anywhere. No one at this company seems to give a toss. Very unhelpful. As a customer I have right to know why and when the internet will be working- it shouldn’t be this hard to get an answer.

    @virginmedia Day 27 of trying to get my broadband installed... At this point, I'm pretty sure that if you look up "awful customer service", it'll have a Virgin Media logo! Spending an average of 50mins per call and still no joy!

    @virginmedia We were told that they could not get an engineer out until Thursday to have a look and I don’t think he has any aids of any kind. The line is down in the house here too. Won’t receive or make any calls
