@virginmedia hey. Board and doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. I’ve tried restarting twice and called to have a check on my equipment. That seems to be fine. When I restart it works for about 30 minutes and then goes down again. Thanks

I thought Virgin Media were bad but then I discovered the fresh hell of @HM_Passport. Elderly distressed mother, stolen passport, two months wait (so far) for new passport, two promises for call backs that never materialised. Awful.

@virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@Virginmedia Trying to return old router to you to avoid being charged. told by phone CS to turn up to specific yodel pickup point and they will handle everything from packaging to label - complete crap - shop had no idea what to do without a box or QR code.

@virginmedia for the past three days our tv has been glitchy again. The service checker says there isn’t a problem. I’ve tried restarting etc, still doesn’t fix the problem. It’s on a random assortment of channels.

@virginmedia But given that they've also sent an email saying a technician is booked in to visit my property, and if I'm not there you'll find me, for a simple door replacement for your exchange (which doesn't require visiting my property), it's clear the customer service team in useless

@virginmedia 2 days in a row where your engineer is working at the cabinet in my street all day, he admits there's a fault in the area, I asked him why the status checker doesn't show an issue and he said they never update that. You're a bunch of scammers.
