    @virginmedia Sorry for late reply. I know my sim contract is about to end. When I tried CS I explained the issue I have. I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia I understand that they are salespeople and they have an obligation to try to upsell me I had to tell him eight times that all I wanted to do was cancel my account and he would not listen to me. It is outrageous

    @virginmedia And by the way even the guy on the chat told me he agreed with me and that there was clearly no information on how to cancel on your actual how to cancel page on the website. Which I believe is against Ofcom regulations

    @virginmedia I have been calling Virgin for the last 3-4 days, Staying on call for 3-4 hours and nobody picks up. In the end, i get told by the operator that the broadband needs signal to be sent, its 200MB, and still sends me to “reconnecting” screen on my meetings every 5 mins. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia The issue has been ongoing for the last 2 weeks, I didnt notice it much but it really got bad this week. After signal is sent, it stays the same, i have tried everything you have on your website and also tried signal boosting etc on the Virgin App.

    Why would I complain about the successful leave request of the 1st? Maybe it's the fail virgin media leave retention dept trying to palm it off as, not them and some other part of virgin? But then they'd also have be the complaints dept? So it's all virgin media that's lying.

    @virginmedia I have a possible fix eta of 6pm tonight from the technical team, that would be a little over 24 hours without service. Will I get a partial refund for the downtime?

    @virginmedia The Twitter account is very good at saying sorry, but it doesn’t mean anything! Yes issues are still ongoing today as they have been for last 6 weeks. No, service status shows nothing as it hasn’t for last 6 weeks. If you look at the BQM graph I posted it’s clearly an issue of /1
