@virginmedia And by the way even the guy on the chat told me he agreed with me and that there was clearly no information on how to cancel on your actual how to cancel page on the website. Which I believe is against Ofcom regulations

@virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

@Sloth_R6 @virginmedia Virgin media are the kings of terrible reliability. While the speeds may not be as high I have never had any issues with BT outside of very late night maintenance. VM customer service feels like it's run by nursery kids half the time as well
