@vmbusiness LOST FOR WORDS I have been a business customer of yours since May 2021 my broadband has gone down 8 times and 6 engineers have come out. The broad band is down again I’ve called and now waiting for a message to confirm when someone will be coming out again!

@virginmedia Yes. It’s been a daily occurrence and I’ve had numerous engineers visiting my house. One stated the the signal is extremely weak here. Another stated that the new cable that we had laid was even worse then the old one. Constant calls, reboots, denials and then unable to cancel!
