    @virginmedia been waiting 5 days for a call back about my package now. Rang 3 times and each time they have “guaranteed” a call back within 24 hours. I know we are in a pandemic but quite shocking customer service

    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia Sporadic outages and having to factory reset the hub3 when it throws a wobbler the intel chipset inside is **** your network is **** and to make it worse your customer service is **** yet you’ll never admit it you need to get a new hub4 sharpish 😡😡

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia paying for 100mbs broadband. Consistently getting below 10 and very often below 5. You sent an engineer who said our entire building had a problem and it would be fixed 2 weeks ago.

    @virginmedia Hi, I've the same problem every day. Every day, after 7-8 o'clock, the internet speed decreases and ping time increases. I can't get support from the Community. They suggest that I connect to the modem with a cable!

    @virginmedia Execrable service. complained by phone twice - no response (as with ALL other transactions). complained on web, got case number. No acknowledgement and no record of it on my account. You just have to take what Virgin dishes out and there is no comeback whatsoever

    @virginmedia We did arrange one after many phone calls but the engineer didn't turn up. We called again and were told we would get a response in another 72 hours. No promise of service. We've now been in contact, waiting since the 17 April. It's getting seriously frustrating.

    @virginmedia why is the email not working on WiFi? iPhone 11 Pro will not connect to imap but switch WiFi off and use data no problem. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted and reinstalled imap and smtp but no good.

    @virginmedia Yes. Virgin Tv Box is connected to the Internet by cable. I have the same problem with my other Wi-fi devices, regardless of distance. Also, I cannot open applications on the TV Box, except for Netflix.
