@virginmedia It’s working this morning but both broadband and TV have been having long outages (on av 6hrs per day) since Friday. I’m in NW10 and service status says it won’t be fixed until 12 Oct - is this still the case?

@virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

@virginmedia why does my TiVo box only record partial programmes? So annoying to sit down to watch a film to find it’s only recorded 28 minutes 😡I have two boxes and it happens on both. Why am I paying for a non-service? This needs to be fixed ASAP

One month now of hassle trying to instal fibre optic. @virginmedia constant hassle. Promised engineers that don’t arrive, promised call backs that never happen, 4 hours on hold, engineer installing wires incorrectly, 4 weeks and still no service. Cannot run business! Help!

@jimmywim @virginmedia Don't use their frequently broken / questionable DNS servers. It's been a rule for years. They've had a horrible history of hijacking servfail, nxdomain and the like. Chose something else (8.8.8.8,1.1.1.1,9.9.9.9 etc)

Honestly, why is it a consistent theme that customer service rarely gives good service. @O2 & @virginmedia whenever I have to contact you a 2 min job becomes an all day thing, people hang up on me, make me wait unreasonable amounts of time & talk to me like crap. I hate it.

@virginmedia Pay £35 for 70 down and never get that, and it keeps dropping. TOOB charge 25 for 900 mbps symmetrical, surely for the extra money for less speed you could make up for in reliability?

@virginmedia internet down, pay a huge amount for this and requried for working from home. Whats going on ? Thankfully have backup solutions, but much slower speeds - shouldnt need to use these but thank goodness they are in place.
