    @virginmedia I’ve logged in and run the test several times in the past couple of weeks. Always no known issues. WiFi drops for hours on end literally everyday, it’s infuriating. My phone/laptop can’t even find the router name and I’m sat right next to it

    @virginmedia It is recommending a booster but says they aren't available at the moment. Our issue isn't the signal (some rooms are poor and yes it would be great to improve those rooms) It is the wi fi dropping out completely for hours at a time, quite frequently.
