    @virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

    @virginmedia Not really sure. All I know is that for some reason in various parts of my house the signal becomes very poor. Whereas it used to be perfect. Hub has been in the same place since I’ve had it.

    @virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.

    @virginmedia Yes I have spoken to your tech guys. I have tried everything they suggested to no avail. All they say is I need to pay £5 extra a month for a booster which I think is unfair as I have done nothing to cause this issue

    @virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

    @virginmedia so I’ve had a merry go round of experiences for the last few months I’ve had to give advice to managers engineers etc when I contact about issues I want to out this forwards do a job do it right correct. Say a time call me don’t not call happened 3+ times 1/2

    @virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

    @virginmedia Surprisingly cancelling was pretty straightforward (around 20 minutes) because I was within the 14 day cooling off period. However, it shouldn’t have come to this. When I threatened to cancel last wk, one woman tried to get me a “better deal” that was £6 more than I’m paying.

    @virginmedia No. And the subject never came up in any of my calls. A new router was sent via courier. I was told once we installed it, the internet speed would increase. It seemed to get worse. That was 2 was ago.

    @virginmedia When I log in I see none of my account details then get error messages and signed out. I spoke to a member of 2nd line team who reviewed my issue and advised he sent me a new registration as part of a fix. also didn't work so I have another 5 days whilst the next ticket is raised

    @virginmedia As far as I can see from my call you seem to be taking advantage of the complacency of your existing customers. £2.5 billion in revenue. I've never missed a bill, made a call, complained with outages and you were going to reward that by trying to fleece £216 over 18 months.
