  @virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.

  @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

  @marypaul32 @virginmedia Every organisation appears to be incompetent. Its on such a grand scale now that it seems deliberate because such things do stress the human bodi.   @virginmedia now that we have been forced to move the landline to virgin WiFi, the TV to virgin360, we not only dont have broadband,no phone or telly. The virgin mobile service i had was moved to o2 and I cant hot-spot as they say a mast is down. EN1 area. Any update on service?
