@virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

@virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

@virginmedia since beginning of December you have been dealing with a ‘complex issue’ that means I have patchy internet and have to work using my phone signal and not virgin. No end in sight. Router flashes yellow - not 1 of the colours. And still being charged… 😕

So not only has Virgin Media been awful since November. But they make it deliberately difficult to cancel your plan, even out of contract. Yet another company that forces you to call them so they can try to persuade you to stay. Zero option to cancel online.
