    I called back explained again that I want to terminate my contract and that I was cut off earlier, I was then transferred to another number, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Can someone bother sorting this out for me @virginmedia @VirginMedia_One #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia I've already had a long online chat earlier, but only the phone operators can help apparently. I just can't ever get through. The waiting times are ridiculous

    @virginmedia She also doesnt do twitter. What she needs is a manager to listen and just sort the problem. Its simple to sort so they just need to. The phobe number they gave her used all her allowance and cut her off midcall today and she is with virgin mobile

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia I need to move a mobile number from an old 3G Virgin SIM to a new 4G one I got as part of my Oomph package, but I don't remember my 'telephone password' so the text chat people couldn't help, so I need to reset that somehow I think.

    @virginmedia i spoke to one of your representatives on tuesday and they put the phone down on me as i was trying to upgrade my services as i was getting on 3 mb download speed and oaying for 50. so i made an official complaint still not heard back anything. upgraded my line

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box that has become unresponsive on apps. I wanted to upgrade it to a V6. I have a V6 in other room. VM wanted £135 for that upgrade. As a long standing customer on one of the top packages I thought that was outrageous.

    Appalling customer service from sales @virginmedia this morning. I only wanted info as flat moving to has NTL box on wall. Queried hardware. When I would give my name to action a sale as I’m not ready yet she disconnect call. Still don’t have answers. Why should I bother?

    @virginmedia To cancel. But it seems you cannot help with this. I'll simply stop paying then we can sort it out when your debt collection people kick in. I'll work on the assumption they're more efficient than your customer services team.

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @virginmedia I'm confused. Upload speed has dropped to around 1Mbps (usually around 35-40Mbps). Service page says no issues in the area (20). Run test says there *is* an issue being investigated and to check the status page (which says no issues...). Stuck in an error check loop!

    @virginmedia Our broadband has been down for three days now and nothing fixes it. I used the online helper but it couldn't fix it either, so I booked a callout for the 3rd. We got a text today saying it'd been fixed your end, but it's still not working. Do we still have our appt?
