    @a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

    @virginmedia To be fair got through after about 35 mins & they resolved my issue quickly & I was very happy with outcome, just a bit frustrated @ time because of hanging on phone for so long.

    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @virginmedia It is working now, but I want to know if the issue is fixed. By this I mean the same issue happened on Sunday night effecting local area. Fixed Monday morning, then out again Monday night. Fixed now, but is it fixed for good?

    @virginmedia I initially made the query on 25th Nov, last time I heard back was on the 20th Dec by Krithika. Another member of staff who promised to look into things and never get back, absolute joke your chat service. It's shambolic and not good enough

    @virginmedia why is the e4 reception so poor? Keeps freezing so making anything unwatchable. All other channels are fine (except for e4+1). Was like this yesterday as well.
