    @virginmedia We have business broadband and received an email saying that there was a planned outage in our area. As we are due to give a live broadcast soon we need to know if the work has been completed.

    @virginmedia And @virginmedia another point.. you say you offer compensation when your service fails.. not charging me for something you aren’t delivering is NOT compensation.. like going to a restaurant and being told we won’t be charging u for the food we won’t serve!! A disgrace

    @virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?

    @virginmedia hey. Board and doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. I’ve tried restarting twice and called to have a check on my equipment. That seems to be fine. When I restart it works for about 30 minutes and then goes down again. Thanks

    @virginmedia Company has been wound up so there won't be any concerns about liability. This wouldn't be an issue if account had been set up properly in the first place Tried to do it properly and will screenshot the chat for future legal recourse

    @virginmedia Hi, we have turned on our TV and the box is making a beeping noise (Not the standing up box, the other one). Never had this issue before. The internet is working, but the TV isn't. It currently has a green light on the right hand side, and a red light on the left

    @virginmedia But when we call customer services we get put on hold in a queue for over a hour then cut off , no response from complaints how do we know that this will get the issue resolved? surely you can understand how angry I am

    @virginmedia Yes, I have tried the service status page on the website and it says everything is fine (Apparently) every time. I know a few people local to me that also have similar issues with their broadband with Virgin. It’s expensive and your not delivering. Not happy.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried the forums and am just getting a load of jargon back. I’m paying a lot of money for service from virgin which I’m not getting. Is there someone in customer service I can talk to? The website is just linking me to testing my v6 box which I’ve already done.
