@virginmedia Sorry for late reply. I know my sim contract is about to end. When I tried CS I explained the issue I have. I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

One time I got accosted by a @virginmedia person on a street, trying to get me to sign up. I told him there was no chance of that happening due to their awful customer service. He gave me a curse heavy reply, telling me how useless I was. I'm still with Sky.

@JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Glad I'm furloughed, if I was working from home I'd be screwed. Their network hasn't gone back to normal since the national outage last week. Obviously something is down and can't be repaired. They're text conversation customer service covers up the fact they're partially reopen.

absolutely pathetic service from bang average @virginmedia trying to leave takes 30 minutes to get through...on hold 10 minutes after that then call drops off...will they call me back ??? no we dont make outgoing calls...well you have one less customer now...have a nice day
