@virginmedia It’s just an area outage. My brother in law in as an engineer in another area but cab check connections and ours is only one out. As i said lady time we had a booster fitted and all was ok until the upgrade was done on our street. 11 days is ridiculous even if it was with the...

@virginmedia Also, not one of the many text messages I have received during our 6+ days of VM Blackout indicate that the fault is a general area one to area. Please check the exact wording of the message. Terrible service from VM

Anyone thinking of signing up to @virginmedia - think twice. We live in NW London and are enduring day 6 of a total VM blackout - no WiFi and no TV. Not good enough.

Thanks for the retweet Christine. We are having a horrendous experience with @virginmedia, which is compounded by them sending texts which indicate that the problem has been resolved when it clearly has not. 6 days and counting with no service

@virginmedia Thanks - I’ve run through it but it seems like an actual signal issue rather than a local config issue. I’ve also checked the coax cable on my end and it’s in securely (tried re-seating it as well).

@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@virginmedia The internet has been cutting off everyday the past week. 1st engineer came 2 days ago. He didn't fix it. 2nd engineer came yesterday and said he will come back today with new router. He didn't come... On the phone we are put on hold forever. Here as last resort now.
