    Virgin Media is down again why are phone and broadband networks regularly crashing far more than they used to, is it over demand for infrastructure issues networks aren't big enough for their customer base as ITV Hub crashed on Monday during Oprah and Disney+  during WandaVision?

    More **** with @Virginmedia - Paying well over £100 a month and now can't get any internet connection and cannot work from home! So I will not be paid. After hanging on for an eternity they say 3 days till a new hub can be sent out! Disgrace. That won't pay my bills 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia do you actually have humans employed at your call centres ? After spending a total of 6 hours going from one recorded message to a automated line I have given up. I have absolutely had enough of your lack of customer service poor service poor quality broadband

    @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

    @virginmedia so I’ve had a merry go round of experiences for the last few months I’ve had to give advice to managers engineers etc when I contact about issues I want to out this forwards do a job do it right correct. Say a time call me don’t not call happened 3+ times 1/2

    @virginmedia From 27 Jan onwards I have had problems with the supply and activation of the new TV360 System. I’ve spent hours on the phone but without success. However I did receive 3 separate promises of a call from a manager, most recently on 9 March, but I am still waiting!!!

    @virginmedia I would have hoped that if that was a possible solution, someone would have suggested the above. From what I can see I don’t have a compatible hub to use this app. Further more, my complaint is as much to do with how you have dealt with my connection issue.
