In a world that runs on the net if you are a @virginmedia customer you have to wait 4 days for an engineer to fix a modem, installed only in November 2018. IT’S NOT A JOKE!!! Thank you for letting me loose a day of work and 3 days worth of studying. #virginbroadband

@virginmedia Yes I’ve tried that lots of times but it says no known issues in the area. We’ve tried rebooting and switching on/off loads of times too. It’s getting ridiculous. Could someone please come back with a reply on what is directly happening with tv/internet in the SW18 area

It’s so annoying how broadband cos try 2 screw existing customers. They suck u in with an offer better than their competitors, then each yr, they increase the price, but offers small reduction if you u stay with reduced service #VirginMedia

@virginmedia very irritating. Sky sports golf is dead on Virgin 515:ladies open appears to be on sky mis 520. Tried to phone vurgin. Held for 16 minutes then gave up. Terrible.

@virginmedia I haven't spoken to them, some people have and it seems that the tech people have no idea what the problem is or how to solve it! Virgin Media & Cityfibre have been working in the area and the problem has been since then, so I think the fault in with the cables.
