    @virginmedia I’m on a sim only deal with you recently taken it out, but looks like I have under estimated how much data I need is it possible to switch to a higher data plan? And then if not needed move back down?

    @PaulLuckhurst @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia - This morning I'm having the same problem Paul was. A rights restrictions message on the video stream on BT Sport 1 via Virgin TV Go. Never seen this before. Can this be investigated. Fairly certain there can have been a sudden change in rights mid-season. Thanks

    @virginmedia Thanks. Yes the account was transferred to my mother - but we didn’t realise we’d lose his email address too. We haven’t been able to let people know he’s died because we don’t know who is still messaging him. I just can’t get anywhere with the complaint system.

    @virginmedia I did all that yesterday. On the laptop that recorded a speed of 1.28mbps, when I put the Ethernet cable in, it was 254.99mbps. On the Apple TV, it went from 1.06 to 651. It’s not just these devices, these are the worst examples

    @virginmedia Yes, it says I have a good internet speed which is incorrect. As I said before, Iv contacted your customer service and one of your agents said that the internet will be down until 23rd March & that there is an outage in the area. Surely it cant take that long to correct a fault

    @virginmedia Still no reply from @virginmedia over 8 hours after they promised they would call. Was told I would be called back at 12:00. It’s now 20:15. They seem to be oblivious to the very notion of customer service. #completefail

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done all that and it said the signal was weak. Pressed the button to optimise the WiFi or router or whatever it is and that didn’t work. Is it not the job of the router to emit a strong WiFi signal? All the devices trying to connect are modern and up to date.

    @virginmedia One of your service providers have just said there is a problem in the area and the internet will be down until the 23rd March... surely this can’t be correct...

    Thanks @virginmedia for sending me a replacement V6 remote control that's actually worse than the one I needed to replace! It's not even a new remote that you've sent me - there's dirt under the battery cover and along the sides! Some service 😡

    @virginmedia Terrible service from virgin media this morning. I sorted a new contract that included an O2 sim, but set up the o2 part with the wrong name. I have been on to them and o2 to get them to resolve since 9:30 am. Still not sorted

    @virginmedia Unfortunately we are unable to call through, as the landline is down and I’m currently not available to go to the property. The person at the property is disabled and uses the landline to use her AgeUK personal alarm.

    @virginmedia It's not the internet/tv/phone that's the issue at the moment, it's the way when we had a problem it took over 3mth to resolve, we were lied to repeatedly and had to keep chasing. Wasted lots of time on what should've been sorted easily. Official complaint open and ombudsman

    @virginmedia another day and yet more connection issues. That's about 9 or 10 times it's gone down for multiple hours this past week. I'd love to get some support since I can't call without a connection now. Charge nearly 17% extra annually but give even less help. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia Where do I make a complaint? Having been deceived into an inferior package vis your Whats App service on Friday (downgraded to Sky Sports SD from HD) I rang today well within the cooling off period of 14 days to give 30 days notice, and to reinstate the previous package 1/3
