    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    One time I got accosted by a @virginmedia person on a street, trying to get me to sign up. I told him there was no chance of that happening due to their awful customer service. He gave me a curse heavy reply, telling me how useless I was. I'm still with Sky.

    @virginmedia You now admit there is a broadband issue in parts of London but it actually seems bigger than that: your service status pages are not working & if I check that page logged into my app, it claims I have no broadband on my a/c, although the a/c page confirms I do!

    @Richard99366022 @edjenx I'm with virgin media so think it's all or nothing. No guarantee of coirse sky will always put them on the same channel either I'd assume. Also that they would show all games. I know prem sport is awful but at least you got them all

    @JohnChinner @CannonFodder @virginmedia Really I cant remember the last time i had a significant VM outage (did loose it for about 30 min a couple of months ago but it was back u before I had time to finish reporting it)
