    @TfL why is the 4G signal on the Central line underground only around the posh area's of Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Holland Park? Since @virginmedia stopped their WiFi in April it's annoying that a major metropolis like London has no internet connections on a lot of lines

    @ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

    So @virginmedia won't let me leave our contract despite their service continually crashing or not providing the speed it promises. Ultrafast broadband but getting nothing or 9mb download. Fed up with it now. Avoid them at all costs. #VirginMediaoutage #broadband

    @virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM

    Called @virginmedia , now a technician booked. Outages are now common, there’s little communication from @virginmedia on actual status, even the service status page is usually out of date and the call centre staff admitted to me they don’t know what’s going on.

    @virginmedia Hope we’re getting a refund for lack of service as daughter is trying to write her 10,000 word dissertation but very difficult to do without internet. Should not advertise deals to new customers if you don’t bother sorting out the network issues. Cancelling

    Virgin Media moving weird. My wifi is working but for certain things. YouTube, IG, Disney+ is all fine but Safari, Twitter and other apps ain’t working. Fix up man. I ain’t paying all this money for daily issues @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I'm having Internet, cable/Tivo and telephone service problems, all of them not working & this is regular occurrence with you every summer. Everything goes off during the night & then it takes you days to fix it without any care or worries for those that depend on it

    @virginmedia the Engineer who came to fix our Internet outage in the E5 0EQ remained professional & cutus. It is 35/36 degrees outside today. can make sure his manager is informed of how much of good job he did. I did offer him some water if he needed it
