@ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Mesh Wi-fi is the only way Dave. Most ISP routers are a bag of crap, turn their wifi off and use an external mesh system. Obviously if you’re getting 12Mbps wired at the router you’ll likely need to speak to Virgin.

@virginhelp Virgin Media.FOUR DAYS now. They make you hang on forever then offer you a link to your mobile, and when you message on that as instructed, they never come back to you. Absolute disgrace. My bill has gone up by another 20 quid a month. I will NOT be paying £120 for this service!

@virginmedia phoned 2 weeks ago because the WiFi signal is virtually non existent. Recorded levels as requested, phoned back tonight, put on hold for 1hr then cut off. However fully expect to get the 26th sales call of the month tomorrow - funny that.

@virginmedia We have no broadband as of midnight, in London N3. Your status says no issues but rebooting router does not help. Can’t get through to anyone by phone or message and we are very dependent on internet right now. Please help.

@virginmedia After FIVE DAYS, hours on the phone, messages via the link you sent me etc, I hearby give notice that I have now CANCELLED my direct debit. If you want payment this month and keep me as a customer after 14 years of payments, I suggest you contact me today!

@virginhelp as much help as @virginmedia ABSOLUTE DISGRACE 5 days trying to speak to someone, and no replies to the link you told me to contact you on! I can't even bloody get disconnected coz I can't get through!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID ANYONE THINKING OF LEAVING SKY ETC !!!!!

@virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

@virginmedia called three times yesterday totaling 90mins holding on the phone with no answer. Still having issues with you service but is ok I’ll still carry on paying full price for a reduced service. On the phone now 17 minutes and counting..

@virginmedia Service came back after an hour or so. Not a long outage on this occasion. It is the recent frequency of outages (and the response form customer service that 36 hours without service wasn't worth some form of compensation) that has led to my upcoming move away from Virgin.

@virginmedia Just received one of the worst customer services in my life from virgin media broadband services as its almost been 3 months and they still have not installed my service yet. I’ve called like 20 times and each time i’ve to wait for one hour in this 3 months.
