@virginmedia @virginmedia it goes on, we have had no Internet for 3 months, that’s finally been fixed and now no TV, and I am still on the line, 58 minutes, not sure where the guy has gone, I’m not putting the phone down!

@virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

@virginmedia I reset my router at least four times a day. If I was to ring every time my Internet dropped out I'd constantly be on my phone. This isn't and can't be 'a fault', the service is just absolutely crap!

@virginmedia my broadband has been down since yesterday and I’ve subscribed to text alerts for updates. Ironically no updates received so I can only assume you need your network to work in order to send them! Come on Virgin, this is unacceptable service.

Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

@virginmedia Our set up day was this week then you told us our street doesn’t have virgin so it would be delayed slightly. You delayed it almost 2 months. Then when I tried to cancel you said it could be installed next week but that was lie. Then you kept calling to sell another deal
