    @virginmedia I am stuck in a broadband contract with u. The upload/download speed is awful. 25 hours to upload a 20 minute video to youtube. 2 mths ive had these issues. Your customer services and fault department cannot fix it. 45 mins on phone. 6 day wait for engineer. Angry.

    @virginmedia There is no link. No one appears to know what’s going on and there is no ownership or continuity of help. As the paying customer we are supposed to just wait, lose business and accept the situation.

    @virginmedia …and now download speed is 50-70 mbps as opposed to 500 mbps + before the incident (hard wired to router not over Wi-Fi). Please can you look into this?

    @virginmedia for the 3rd time today my broadband won’t work because my modem keeps needing rebooting and is crap I need a new one but can’t get through to anyone to speak to this is been going on weeks now, absolute terrible service

    @virginmedia Been a long term customer of Virginmedia and recently renewed contract along with O2 mobile but customer services has gone downhill. Having issues with Wi-Fi,phoned again today and was told technical support will call me by 1:30pm, but no one has bothered.

    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    Virgin WiFi is up and down all the time, but now it's really down and not working. Can't even turn on my Alexa smart lights so stuck in the dark and soon landlines will be WiFi so that won't work either. @virginmedia #noservice

    Didn’t realised upgrading our @virginmedia internet would cripple my home office. Wireless @HP printer can’t find the network and I have to get new boosters for the other rooms in the house. So frustrating - I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort it all out. To no avail.

    A man in his 40s has died after being struck by his van near Luke’s Bridge in Gortnaleck, Grange, Co Sligo. The collision happened at around 3.55pm yesterday (Saturday). Gardaí said the incident involved “a van and a pedestrian, the owner of the vehicle”. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and Gardai are appealing for witnesses.  More on Virgin Media PLAY.

    Dear @virginmedia I upgraded my package last night to add TV yet I wish to cancel this change due to the price for existing customers which is nearly double to what a new customer would get… I have tried to contact through various methods to cancel.

    @LPXIOP Virgin media customer here, had the same, got a letter they disconnecting the telephone line their end and told us to connect the landline phone to the internet modem with different cable. It worked first time. Copper lines being phased out in favour of VoIP.
