@TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

@virginmedia just witnessed the most outrageous and aggressive driving by one of your employees. I would have provided the number plate but they were so close I couldn’t note it down. Undertook multiple cars and almost caused a crash with a lorry on a roundabout. #awfuldriving

@virginmedia in Islington and have just been booted off a call on an internet issue after being on hold for 90minutes. Only two songs (both awful) as hold music is about the end of my tether. Try picking up the phone. Feel like I’m in the 1940s!

@virginmedia Well tried Customer Services, and they will not budge on the charges, so it seems he may have to switch providers, as £11 for 1GB data with you, and £8 for 12GB data (and he wont go over that for sure) will be the much cheaper option! - He said he will pay the bill under protest!
