@virginmedia @dpjohnston10 Complaints procedure is non existent. If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesn’t work and hasn’t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

Again my Virgin Media broadband has shat itself. Shows it’s connected to the net but with zero download zero upload yet service checks says no problems In your area. Can’t wait to leave fed up of this

@virginmedia It’s been erratic all day on both connections and your service check says no issues identified. One minute it’s doing 40-60mbps then it’s just plain dead but shows a connection

@adw1991 @virginmedia Your supports system are a loop, can't actually speak to someone. Your website hasn't updated it's estimated fix time. One side of the road is to be fixed by the 9th and one side was supposed to be fixed last night after it dropped too.

@virginmedia It had taken 5 separate occasions, having to repeat my myself when speaking to multiple members of your staff on the phone, 5+ hours of call time, 2x broken promises on call backs and 3x being hung up on to change get a simple fix on email addresses on my mothers account.

@virginmedia Nope service isn’t down it’s just incredibly slow and when I scan it says it’s a known problem and engineers are on sight. Yet the service status page says all is okay. So I don’t know what to believe haha
