@virginmedia Yes did these tests on the app. The black spot is basically majority of upstairs. My brother had the same issue in a higher storey house and was resolved with no issues/no additional costs. Do not understand why I’m not given the same resolution.

@virginmedia we’re still having multiple daily outages in the CB24 Willingham area. It’s not a user kit issue, multiple users in the area lose connectivity at the same time. Normally connectivity & speeds fine but multiple 15 minute drops, looks like a server reboot somewhere.
